This my 2nd pair... I wore the chestnut ones out... Now the black ones are on my feet everyday ... I love these slippers...

This is exactly what I wanted which was already a plus. I knew this type of shoe runs a size larger than I wear so I knew to order a size smaller. (You should probably mention this on the size chart.) The really nice thing is ordering it from Zappos. It comes the next day and if I need to change the size or the item itself or if I don't want it after all... it's a piece of cake to return it, free. This is the best company I've ever ordered with. On the phone the reps are friendly, helpful and patient. And on-line the website is easy and friendly to navigate. The diversity and amount of product is amazing. You rock, Zappos!

Love these! I order a size 6 (usually wear a 7 to 7 1/2) they fit perfect... Love the material, have worn them everyday for 3 weeks, find myself wanting to wear them outside of the house.

I love these slippers. They are my absolute favorite footwear. Period. They are warm, but not hot, have a slight arch and are extremely comfortable. I wear a 7 Ugg boot but with these slippers the 6 fits perfectly. Order a size smaller than you normally would - and enjoy.

I hesitantly ordered an 8 (I'm size 9), and when I tried them on they felt too small, but quickly stretched to fit exactly. I'm very glad I ordered a size down and love them. The sole is stiff and less rubbery than I thought, but it's fine.

I love these so much I got a second pair to use as shoes. Warm and comfy! Love that the grey ones are on sale. Thanks Zappos! And by the way, I wear a 9 but got an 8 in these! I'm a happy camper because I can now wear my slippers, shoes, to work!

Have to agree with most of the other reviews. Great slipper. Runs big. So happy I ordered these!

They are awesome. Put then on my feet the minute they arrived. They are on my feet now.

The Ugg Coquette is very cute and comfy, but note that it does run large. I normally wear a size 7 shoe or boot, but had to exchange these for a size 6. I called Zappos Customer Service and the rep. was very accomodating. Zappos shipped out the 6 even before I returned the 7!

This was my first Uggs purchase. I love my slippers in the winter time, so for Christmas I ordered myself the Coquette Ugg. I love them! They are so soft, and comfortable I hate when I have to take them off. I wish I could wear them to work. Definitely worth the money. I wear a size 7, so I ordered them in a size 6, which they recommend you do. They fit perfectly. I plan on getting another pair of Uggs for my Birthday. (From my husband of course.)

These are one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever purchased! Definitely worth the money!

My first pair of Uggs. I've had 2 Achilles tendon surgeries in 2 years, with another coming up soon. My imitation Uggs aren't comfortable anymore. I decided to bite the bullet and try Uggs. I don't want to take them off! The sole is very firm and supportive. I'm sold!

Awesome shoes to take your doggie out on the ice cold mornings. Also, if you have cold feet, they will get toasty in the shoes. I love mine!

I have been purchasing Coquettes for several years. Although my feet are size 8-8 1/2, I know to purchase this slipper in size 7 as it runs a full size large. This is a cute, cozy, comfortable slipper. As I virtually always wear these in my home, I find they do wear out sooner than I would like. In general , these last me a little over one year. For this reason I am subtracting one star. However, in an effort to save money I purchased some Haflingers last year. Within one month there was a hole at the big toe which has only gotten bigger. So all things considered, I think the Ugg Coquette is worth the price.

I have ordered countless UGG Coquette house shoes over recent years. The first few pairs were great quality and lasted. However, over the last few years the interior of the shoe shows wear almost immediately and are not half the quality they used to be or that I expect from UGG.

I like to treat myself with a new pair of these every year when I get my tax refund which, for the price, should not be necessary. The fur in the slipper either falls out or wears off or something. I think this will be my last year buying them, guess I wanted to believe that Ugg would improve the product when they got feedback...guess not.

The fit and size was correct going by the size chart. I have been wearing Ugg slippers for years. With these new ones I am not happy. The sheep skin fur inside of the slipper is way thinner than the ones I’ve had for years so the foot bed is not as protected from the hard sole of the slipper so it’s not as cushioned making it not any more comfortable than a sheep pair of slipper with hardly any padding. Maybe I got a defective pair, not sure, but I am going to call Zappo’s to see what can be done.

After reading the reviews I was very hesitant. I have had a pair for almost 18 years and they are still fluffy and comfy, but needed a pair for a vacation home. I decided to take the chance since they wouldn’t get as much wear. I also decided to order the color that was on sale, saving almost $40. The difference is astonishing. The fleece pile lining is less than half of what I have in my older pair even after 18 years. The soles are also probably a third of the thickness of my older pair. Ugg is apparently cutting quality to maintain price. if I had paid full price I would definitely be returning. It is sad the Ugg fleece that they used to be known for is not there.

Have always loved this style of Ugg slippers and have owned two pairs in the last 8-10 years. Returning these due to considerable decline in quality, materials and fit. Will keep wearing my worn out 4 year old Uggs until the company figures out that they can't cheap out and keep their customers.

These were obviously worn and returned. They were stained, creased, and the soles were dirty. The collar was damaged and the fur on the inside was flattened. I was so grossed out I didn’t even want to try them on!!!

I have only had the slippers a month and there are holes in the inside soles, I would like a replacement pair I have worn UGGS for years and never has this issue

I love this style UGG but sadly the quality of the interior has gone downhill significantly. I have worn these a handful of times since receiving them and here is my take: I wear a 7.5 (TTS) and I have to order a 6 in this style. The once fuzzy soft interior is now a cheaper version of its predecessor. They have already worn down so much there are balding spots all over the inside. I'm not a hard walker and I am light in weight solely for reference. I have a pair of these from 10 years ago and they have all of the 'fur' still in tact. These are nothing like those which is such a let down. I already returned one pair a while ago.. Zappos has fantastic customer service and I told them what happened and they let me send the back and get another pair. I was hopeful but UGG apparently has changed their interior of many of their products. :(
