My Dad and his wife got married on Jan. 2nd and the children had all pitched in on the UGGS... only problem was, they didn't get there on time. I ordered on Christmas Day and selected the free shipping. There was no estimated arrival date, but I assumed it shouldn't take too long. They just sent me an email on Dec. 22 that orders placed that day would be delivered by Dec. 24. I looked around to see how long it might take for free delivery on my order, but to no avail. I was surprised to see, after I ordered, the shoes would ship from different facilities, but I didn't sweat it. I began to sweat it when they were still not there on the wedding day... and was really disappointed at the date they finally did arrive. I think they finally came in on about January 6th.... I have purchased UGG slippers once a year for years now. I was so excited to open my new pair when I recieved them. After opening I was no longer excited, the slipper quality was a 0 on a scale of 1-10. There was glue showing on the whole top part of the slipper, the fur was anything but lamb or sheep, it was stiffer than stiff. I put my foot in it and tt was all scratchy, nothing soft about it. The tissue paper the slippers were wrapped in, looked like it was pulled out of the trash, it was dirty and wrinkled. Never have I had such a horrible experience buying my UGGS. I don't know what kind of fur it was, but it felt like wirey dog fur. I'm so disappointed. I'm scared to get my replacement pair, now I'm scared to open the box, I'm no longer excited. Worst experience ever, with my favorite brand of slippers. I would of added images, but I returned them the day I recieved them.

Uggs insults our intelligence by providing a very expensive slipper where the best part is gone in a year, while the rest of the slipper stays intact. good for nothing without the sheepskin

I really love UGG slippers. I got these to replace my 10 year old ones. When they arrived they were in a new box, but they were used. REALLY used. Dog hair inside, worn out material inside, bottoms worn down.

These aren't real

These slippers were supposed to be high quality material as well as durable. They may be cute and stylish slippers but they are cheaply made and expensive as hell. The soles remind me of hard styrofoam and the outer material is cheap. I would rather spend half the amount somewhere else for a higher quality, comfortable, and durable pair of slippers. I will NEVER purchase from UGG again. CHEAP, POOR QUALITY SLIPPERS!! I might as well have purchased a fuzzy cardboard box for my feet!! Paid a ridiculous amount for a brand name with zero quality... I am so disappointed!!

I bought these and needed to get another size but already waited 3 weeks to get these. So I ordered the correct size from another online retailer and got them within a day. I wear them everyday since I live in Wisconsin and it's winter. The wool on the bottom of one was worn out after 3 weeks and now it worn on the other as well. I ignored other reviews and now regret it. I just called customer service as it's under warranty. However since I didn't get them from ugg.com I have to pay shipping to get a warranty evaluation. Are you kidding me...another $10++ in addition to the 120 I already paid for these. And they said it's another 2-3 weeks before I might get another pair if it's approved to be under warranty otherwise they will ship my current pair back. The only positive is they are warm except where they are worn out. Now that I've worn them 3 months they are also worn in however big watch out is they are very hard and stiff out of the box.

I buy a new pair of uggs slippers 3 times a year and have for several years. These slippers are very flimsey, stretched out, and only had them for one week and the sheepskin is wore out in the toes...very diappointed.

I am very unhappy with this product. My wife has had them for less then a year (11 months) and the inside heel on both slippers is worn out. For this price, less then one year for the item to be worn out like this is not acceptable. I would clearly not recommend this product.

My original UGG slippers finally had to be retired. I planned for new thick, fluffy, fleecy Ugg slippers for a long time. When they arrived the fleece inside the slipper was thin--almost like the end of a carded fleece. I expected to have the fleece thick enough to form to my foot but here was barely any fleece on the foot bed. So sad.

My daughter and I finally got UGG slippers! What a disappointment. Both mine and hers, owned less than a month and the inside is worn down at the heels. These are a let down. Von Mauer replaced my first pair, but said they would not replace again. I have owned allot cheaper slippers that have maintained the furry inside for years!

I wear these around the house and within 2 weeks the wool started to wear away under the heel until it was bare. For the price I thought the quality was AWFUL. However, UGG customer service was GREAT and I sent them back and they sent me a new pair free of charge. However, I believe the same thing will happen to the replacement pair. I was very disappointed as this was my first pair and I had hoped to purchase more but not with such poor quality. They are very warm and very comfy!

Overpriced and overrated. The wool wore off the inside at the ball and arch of foot in only a couple of months. I would have expected this product to last much longer for the amount of money it cost.

After just over one year of infrequent wear, the inside sole of the slipper has no fur left. All that's left underneath is a plasticky textured sole. I contacted the company about repairing, or replacing and they informed me that I could purchase their insoles and have them permanently stitched in by a cobbler myself, that this has worked for other customers...so clearly this is a problem with all of them. Not worth the money if you ask me which is sad because I really love my ugg boots and was expecting the same quality for the price.
