These were my favorite slippers for years. I actually own 5 pairs that are severely worn out and needed replacing the soles had started separating after year-long daily wear indoor and outdoor. Last month, I ordered a pair from a major retailer, but I was unhappy and thought the shoes were defective as the soles felt uncomfortable and, while I was walking, I could literally feel the ridges in the outer sole thru the slipper lining. So, my solution was to return those slippers to the major retail store and order directly from UGG!!! I am sorry to say that the slippers I received over the weekend are the same poor quality as the ones I sent back. Let's start with a foam type sole on the new slippers as compared to the solid rubber of the older versions. Then the lining of the inner sole---so thin that you feel every step that you take. In fact, the linings of my old slippers have a more comfortable and more fur than the new ones!!!! I am an UGG loyalists as demonstrated by by she closet filled with over 20 pairs of UGGS all colors and styles. This change in an old favorite is not cool!!! These shoes are going bak and I will find a shoe repair shop to sew my old ones back together!!! UGG, what are you doing?????

I have owned Uggs slippers for years and loved them. But....These slippers are so cheaply made and the fur inside is thin. I bought the black and the dye comes off on my feet. I have bought a size 8 for years and now a size 8 is huge. In the past, the inside fur was so thick and comfy but now pieces of fur comes out on my floor, which is making the slipper loser. The bottom of the slipper is not as sturdy as in the past. I will not waste my money on Ugg's slippers. I can buy this quality for a quarter of the price.

I have owed approximately 20 pair of these slippers. The pair I received from Ugg.com are no where the same quality as my other pairs bought in stores. The sheepskin is half the thickness of past pairs. Very disappointed. I returned them.

I've been wearing these same slippers for about 15 years. In the beginning, a pair would easily last a good 2-3 years. My last pair only made it about 6 or 7 months before the shearling started to wear down to the plastic sole, and then another 4 or 5 months before it was really time for them to go. But I like this style so much that I figured if they now need to be replaced every year, it's not that bad. So the new slippers arrive.....they are horrible! The sole has completely changed material - no support at all in these new ones. The Shearling is so cheap and thin feeling, I doubt these slippers would ever make it to the one year mark. And for some reason, my foot kept sliding off the sides of them. This has never happened before...possibly the cheaper shearling isn't firm enough to keep your foot in place? I'd gladly pay twice the amount to get the old Ugg quality back. Unfortunately I had to send these back. I'm on the search for some new slippers but they won't be UGG.

I just bought these slippers and already the shearling is worn away at the heel.

I wear these all of the time. I've always worn Old Friend slippers and was hoping these would be as comfortable as I heard such great reviews about them. The are very hard and there's not much fur in them. I originally ordered a size 10 as that is what was recommended. They were like clown shoes so I sent them back and ordered a size 9. They are still wry big. I could've went with an 8. My normal shoe size is anywhere from a 9-10. I'm disappointed because I really wanted to like them.

Quality is not great and shipping was poor.

I absolutely love Ugg! I have owned several products BUT these slippers were a huge problem. I bought them in black. Firstly the black stained my feet every time I wore them until all of the fluff started to come off on them. I have had them for less than two months and the heals are bare now. The quality of this slipper is disappointing for the price point. Step it up UGG. Disappointed by one of my favourite brands! So sad

I don't feel comfortable in them, it has no support for my feet. Not enough cushion. Boots have better support

I have gone through 4-5 pairs of these over the years. Over time they wear out and I am happy to replace, but I've had this pair for less than a month and already they're worn out and the fur is matted and rubbing away. They really dropped their quality recently.

I've been buying these slippers for years and they have had the highest quality...until last December- a new pair was purchased and they didn't even make it to the 6 month mark. The fur inside fell out in chunks- very strange for the ugg brand. I hope it was just a fluke- because it's hard to replace perfection.

I received these on June5th and my inside heal has already lost all fur lining under my heal.

I am so bummed to read all the reviews and see that many are having the same experience as me. Ugg is expensive and supposed to be good quality and last a long time for your money's worth. Meanwhile, the heals completely worn through in less than 3 months Ridiculous!!!! that's not why i am spending good money on the product. And apparently many are having the same issue

I bought these to replace my cluggettes I had for years. Walking in these are like walking on the floor. They have a lining but no cushion. They were pretty awful to be honest.

Was very disappointed with these as I only wore them a few times in my house and had to change and throw out numerous pairs of socks and my skin turned red from wearing them without socks. Waste of money as they will sit in my closet now collecting dust.

I was so excited to buy these! wore them in my house for a few minutes and unfortunaltly my feet were black! so Im returning..too bad
