First of all, these slippers run a full size large. I didn’t heed the warnings in the earlier reviews and ordered my normal size. The first thing I did was exchange them for a full size smaller and they are still plenty big. Secondly, the quality of these slippers has decreased BIG TIME over the years. The amount of wool on the inside is half of what it used to be. It’s thin and mats down quickly. Additionally, and this is the biggest disappointment, I’ve had these for 2 months with daily, evening wear and there is a bald spot worn under the ball of my foot on the footbed. There is so little wool that it has worn through and my foot is directly in contact now, not with the soft wool, but the top of the sole. It’s way too late to return or exchange at this point. I was hoping these house slippers would last me 1-2 years but with this level of decline in just 2 months of indoor use, that clearly won’t be the case. I won’t be spending this kind of money on slippers again. And I have been an Ugg’s fan for years.

I had these in the lavender leopard print years ago and those were fantastic! 5 stars al the way! I wore them out over several years of regular use. I ordered them again in the gray. Beautiful! However, they are barely 8 months old and the sheepskin in the footbed liner is wrecked. It is worn and thin. Parts of it are threadbare. I only wear them inside to make sure they stay clean and have worn these less than the last pair. I'm very disappointed. Sad thing is, I got my husband a pair of slippers that look like a driving moc and the sheepskin in those is like what was in my first pair.

I'm pretty sure I left a review already but it deserves another review after only having my slippers for a month and a half and the sole is already losing fur. The soles are not as fluffy as I would have hoped. They are very thin and hard. The top of the slipper is wonderful and soft and they do keep my feet warm. Just wish the soles had more cushion. They also run about a 1/2 size too big. Would like to add a pic but can't.

They were great and I loved them until I used the ugg protection spray. That ruined them and changed them a darker color.

I love the warmth of the slippers, but will never order the black ones again. The dye kept turning my feet black & it took a lot of scrubbing to get it off, especially around the toenails.I tried wearing socks with them , but they turned black as well. I ended up ordering the lightest color they had and those have worked out well.

Got this for my mother who has a bad back hoping it would bring her comfort. It's been two weeks and the foot lining is already starting to lose it's fluff and creating a mold around her foot. She has cheap ones from a year ago that doesn't do that. Additionally, the texture of the lining feels different, a little more brittle. I think it's bc it was produced in Vietnam instead of China. It still insulated, and it's helped her, but it's not as soft as the other uggs. The slippers do the job, but I was hoping I'd be more soft and would lose its fluff this fast.

I have two other pairs of these shoes, but in the 2 light colors. For some trance reason, the black ones don't feel the same. Like ... a knock off

I was looking forward to wearing these, but the fur on the inside of the left shoe started shedding immediately and within a couple of weeks the majority of the fur was gone. I'm not sure if I got a defective product but it was upsetting to spend so much on a pair of slippers, only for them to come apart. They were comfortable and cute looking, though!

My first pair are about 4 years old and I work from home and wear them constantly. So, they are pretty worn on the inside but perfect outside. Unfortunately, I can't replace the insoles like with the boots, so I bought a new pair. THEY CHANGED, so I sent them back to Zappos. The soles are as hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. Ugg, please go back to the original construction.

We have bought many pairs over the years. This year the Clugette doesn't seem to have the same support thickness/quality as in the past, unless it was just this pair. I had to buy ugg fluffy inserts to get them to the level I needed.

I love these slippers however I couldn't rate them higher because one month into owning them and the fur is already worn through. I feel like it should last longer. My husband has had his for several years and hasn't had this problem.

I bought this product to replace a pair of Ugg slippers purchased in 2015. This pair isn't as comfortable as my old pair. The black fur dye seems to rub off on my toenail cuticles. They're nice but liked the old pair better.

We have many many boots and my daughter asked for a pair of moccasins. We looked st the different one, picked one and then ordered. They arrived and I expected to have the same leather as the boots. I didn't return, they were okay for my daughter. I, however, feel they the look "fake". The leather bunches a bit when you walk and there padding in the inside is almost zero. I should have returned , for that's how disappointing they are.

My feet slipped around in them too much. I wear a 10 or 10.5 and bought a 9 and they were the right length, but I couldn't keep them on so they're going back.

Dye or fibers inside turning white socks a dingy grey.
Something in the fit of left slipper twists sock toe sideways and bunching, Having to continually adjust. Never had this problem with Uggs before.

This was purchased for someone as a gift. The slippers have a sturdy sole for indoor/outdoor use and the fur lining is very warm and comfortable. The one complaint about this slipper is the footbed tends to wear down, as expected, but does not make the slipper as comfortable.

I have a 4 year old pair of Ugg Coquette slippers that have been just great. I decided to buy a new paid despite reading the reviews. Sadly these new slippers feel and fit like a cheap imitation in that the sole has no support and the fit is super wide. I kept the new slippers but still wear the old ones almost all the time.
