Soles are thinner and not as comfortable as my previous pair. Quality is definitely not there - so disappointing. These were my go-to for years but not any more!

Great, comfortable, warm slippers that already have a spot worn through in the heel. Such a shame. Not worth the high price tag is their going to wear through within two months.

I have a collections of UGG boots and slippers...I was always very happy to buy from this company...but things changed...they use very cheap material now...the slippers fur at the heel disappeared within three months of wearing...so disappointed!

I've bought several Ugg coquette slippers over the years. They usual last me 2-3 years but these wore out in 3 months. I was happy to hear that they were covered under Ugg's warranty policy! I purchased another pair. Love my Ugg slippers.

While I absolutely love these slippers-only wear them in the house-I was disappointed to see that the 'fur' on heels wore away after about five months! Now they are useless. I guess you need to buy a new pair twice a year which for this price I"m gonna pass

I love UGGs, and was looking forward to owning one of their slippers but this was not the pair for me. I appreciated all the reviews about running large (ordered a size 10 vs. my regular 11) as the 10 fit for length. But the overall fit felt sloppy. My toes seemed to slope down onto a less padded sole. Hard to explain but I want these to be supportive enough to wear all day if needed. I work from home and have a sit down/stand up desk and don’t always want to wear shoes. I sent them back and will continue my search.

Bought these slippers so I would have something durable to use year after year in college. They have a thick bottom making them good shoes to walk around the lobby or cafeteria in, but they do run wide.

Love these slippers gave them 3 stars because they so tend to get too wide and stretch out a lot. Deff go with a smaller size if possible other than they they're great.

This is not the shearling that used to be in all UGGS. I was disappointed with the quality compared to my other pair of slippers that I bought ten years ago.

These slippers look nice and they are very warm. They could be perfect, but they paint your feet in black color. It is disappointing. Next time we will get a different color, not black.

Have been wearing this style for years, and always purchased a size 7, now 7's are too small and 8's are way to big.

This is my third pair of these, each lasts about 1.5yrs. My first pair I still have and use them for outside easy slip on and off shoes, they were the tan color and the fur is still great on them and the leather on the outside has held up well. My second pair I got was gray, the fur is gone where my feet touch on the inside so I wanted to get a new pair. I just got my third pair and they are black. I can see right away that the quality is not the same as previous slippers. The leather is not as strong as the others, feels thinner and the sole feels/looks cheaper. On day two and my feet are black from the dye in the fur, so far not happy with this purchase.

I found these to run large- I typically wear an 8.5 and the 8 fit me, but they were too wide so I returned them.

I have been ordering Uggs like forever and my Coquette's have never disappointed until now. I need the excellent arch support and the strong sole for the fibromyelgia, neuropathy and plantar fasciitis ...it has been 3 months and they still bleed the dye...I can NOT wear them without socks, which defeats the whole purpose of the warmth, sheep wool lining...having to wear socks because of the dye is so disappointing...but the dye has stained my feet and is so difficult to wash off....what happened Ugg????

I have wide feet, but these are too wide for me. I wish I had returned them. I bought a size 7 even though I normally wear an 8-8.5. They were wide as soon as I put them on, and within a week they were flying off of my feet as I walk.

Hi there. This was my third purchase of the Coquette slipper and I have to say I'm disappointed in the changes to the style that were made. Used to be that the slipper went straight across the top of the foot, and now it it dips down to the toes. Doesn't feel as snug and comfy. Feels a bit too loose. Sorry to say I'm disappointed.

Wonderfully comfortable - I mean heaven!!!! But after only one week of a couple hours a day of wearing my toes are turning black and there are little black tufts of fur all over my apartment! It's such a bummer because I absolutely love wearing these slippers.... Wish there was something to be done.

Rather than feeling the new soft lining, it just feels a lot less and therefore, makes my normal size now too big. I prefer a snug fit and disappointed with this change. Seems almost an inferior product to the old.

I've been buying Coquette for years and these don't quite feel right. The fleece isn't quite as thick and the suede isn't as stiff - leading to shoe not supporting and staying with the foot as well. I'll keep these since my old pair are totally shot and covered with paint, but these feel kind of like counterfeits. I may try LL Bean the next time around if Ugg quality has really dropped.

I’ve been wearing this style of Ugg slippers for nearly 8 yrs. Unfortunately the arch support and quality has changed in the last few years.

First of all, these slippers run a full size large. I didn’t heed the warnings in the earlier reviews and ordered my normal size. The first thing I did was exchange them for a full size smaller and they are still plenty big. Secondly, the quality of these slippers has decreased BIG TIME over the years. The amount of wool on the inside is half of what it used to be. It’s thin and mats down quickly. Additionally, and this is the biggest disappointment, I’ve had these for 2 months with daily, evening wear and there is a bald spot worn under the ball of my foot on the footbed. There is so little wool that it has worn through and my foot is directly in contact now, not with the soft wool, but the top of the sole. It’s way too late to return or exchange at this point. I was hoping these house slippers would last me 1-2 years but with this level of decline in just 2 months of indoor use, that clearly won’t be the case. I won’t be spending this kind of money on slippers again. And I have been an Ugg’s fan for years.

I had these in the lavender leopard print years ago and those were fantastic! 5 stars al the way! I wore them out over several years of regular use. I ordered them again in the gray. Beautiful! However, they are barely 8 months old and the sheepskin in the footbed liner is wrecked. It is worn and thin. Parts of it are threadbare. I only wear them inside to make sure they stay clean and have worn these less than the last pair. I'm very disappointed. Sad thing is, I got my husband a pair of slippers that look like a driving moc and the sheepskin in those is like what was in my first pair.

I'm pretty sure I left a review already but it deserves another review after only having my slippers for a month and a half and the sole is already losing fur. The soles are not as fluffy as I would have hoped. They are very thin and hard. The top of the slipper is wonderful and soft and they do keep my feet warm. Just wish the soles had more cushion. They also run about a 1/2 size too big. Would like to add a pic but can't.

They were great and I loved them until I used the ugg protection spray. That ruined them and changed them a darker color.
