I bought a pair of these a couple of years ago and the quality is not like it used to be a decade ago. Now, the sole cushion wears out fast to the point where it feels like I'm standing on a hard surface and isn't the most comfortable thing. Please bring back the good quality that the old uggs had. This applies to the boots too. I unfortunately cannot repurchase unless the quality improves.

Trim around black slippers not sewn correctly. Shows the white band. Had this same slipper before, but not made as well.

I finally had to replace my slippers as they got ruined - got them in the mail Today and I was so disappointed. They are narrow and the sole is not cushioned like the last pair . Super bummed by this - only 3 of 5 stars .

I love the grey color. However, I was a bit disappointed with the comfort compared to my last pair of Ugg slippers. The cushioning is not as plush. I had planned to get rid of the old pair, but haven't yet.

This was the third pair I bought for my mother and I was/am quite disappointed that the overall feel of the slipper has changed. It doesn't feel as though it has the same quality as previous pairs. The sole of the slipper feels cheap and the fleece shed on the (inside) top and wore down faster than any previous pair(s). I've owned several pair myself and don't think I'll be purchasing anything else from Ugg.

I always loved these slippers and got a new pair for Christmas. But he no time at all, a hole popped right through the front in the toe area. I honestly couldn't believe it. I tried to attach a picture, but somehow mess that up. The slippers are extremely comfortable, and always were my favorite. This is not my first pair, but I can't see myself spending the money again if they no longer wear like they used to. The slipper and bottom look brand new, but the toe came right through the top. I'm not sure if they've cut down on the amount of lining, but they just don't wear the way used to. Makes me so sad!

I've worn these slippers for years and they have gotten worse. The sheepskin inside gets thinner every time I get a new pair. I have always gotten insoles after wearing them for quite a while, now I need insoles within a few months. I loved the sheepskin because you stay warm without getting hot. Now, because the sheepskin is thin, you feel the heat from the material/sole under the sheepskin. I have reported this to customer service in the past with not help. I tried again and my slippers were replaced. That was nice for now, however, the problem is the same, so I will probably be looking for something else. Which is too bad because I use to love them.

I wear these only in my house. I have had them for three and a half months and the footbed has completely worn off on one side. I am disappointed in the quality. I am saddened because I waited to buy a pair for a couple of years and was hoping they would last longer.

i believe the quality but i believe the company has cheapened the materials use to manufacture the product. i thought the sole was a rubber base as opposed to the synthetic type product. i also think the trim on the top of slipper has changed too. i ha bought a black pair of similar slipper but the black dye used i slipper caqmevoff on my feet. not what one would expect but had similar problem with Birkenstock shearling too. so it must be a problem.

These slippers were comfy for about 2 months until all of the fluff started wearing off completely on the footbed.

The slippers are true to size but not as comfortable as others that I have purchased. I'm very disappointed how the inside has matted down so quickly.

I've had a pair for 9 years and maybe that's way too long but I loved my first pair. They were sturdy and felt quality. They feel a little less quality. The sole feels different, maybe different material. I ordered a size 9 which is my normal size but these seem to run big. I'm keeping them because I already exchanged the first pair I ordered.

These are nothing like the ones I had many many years ago, they almost feel fake and they're not nearly as soft or comfortable as years past. The stitching is irregular looking and it just looks messy. Still warm and fine to wear, but would not purchase again.

The slippers are cute and sturdy. They are warm and comfortable but not memory foam comfortable. Size down they run large.

For the price I thought these would be the most comfy slippers I'd ever wear but they are actually rock hard and kill your feet. My heals hurt after 30 minutes of wearing them! I might as well attach wood blocks to my feet.

I believe that the lining was too thick and hot.

what happened with the original shoe? the bottom of shoe is different, hardly any fur inside for comfort and the material has gotten thin.
