The slippers are lovely. So comfy and soft and your feet do not sweat. I could not believe this in other reviews, but it’s true! They are so so lite weight. The soles are a bit hard on the feet, but I still like them. You should really water proof them to prevent staining. A bit of foam on the soles and an arch would definitely help. Buy them!

I love these slippers! They are warm, supportive, and extremely comfortable. Plus, they have a very good, traction sole, so you can run outside to get the mail, walk the dog, etc. The interior shearling very soft. These are not low profile slippers, but are fairly bulky on the foot. Okay, now about the fit. They run very large. I normally wear a size 8.5-9, so I initially ordered a size 8. They were huge on my feet, specifically too long. I exchanged them for a size 7 (Zappos, you rock) and while they initially felt a little close on the foot, the shearling smooshes down to the shape of your foot, and within five minutes they fit me perfectly. After wearing them every single day for the last two weeks (we take our shoes off at the door), they are actually beginning to feel a little loose on my foot and I have started wearing socks with them (like regular Ugg boots, these are really designed to be worn barefoot). While they are incredibly comfortable and super lush, I am a little worried about their long term durability based on the wear I am already seeing in the interior shearling (especially for how expensive they are), but in the mean time, they are the most luxurious slippers I have ever owned.

I purchased my UGG Coquette slippers before we went away on a trip to snowy Colorado. The slippers were almost perfect. Of course they shipped right away and i had them in time for our vacation. They fit and are super comfortable! The sole of the slipper is pefect for indoor/outdoor activity. The only issue I have with them is that the skin on my feet turned a little black. It must be from the dye. When I bought the slippers, I did read that so it was no surprise. I would still buy them again, just maybe in a different color. They also run full in size.

Just gave these to my Mom and she loves them as much as I love mine. Very warm and cozy and they even look great if you just need to run some errands. You should know that they do run a size larger that you normally would wear. Also they do take a couple of days to break in because the soles are really stiff, but extremely worth the time to break in. I just bought myself a pair of the chocolate brown. I don't know anyone who has them that doesn't love them. I'm giving 4 stars cause I didn't know that they ran so big when I bought my first pair, but if you wear them with socks they fit okay. But like I said, I bought another pair for myself and one for my Mom.

Two words sum these slippers up: Pricey and Warm! I looked at several different Ugg slippers and reviews, and settled on these because they didn't have the Ugg tag in the heel which got lots of complaints and instead is shearling throughout. I also liked the fact that they were sturdy enough to wear outside. Let's face it, none of the Ugg slippers are soft pliable little booties, so if they're all going to be substantial I figured it may as well be practical and wearable outside, too. I did size down as reviewers suggested and they were so right. I wear 8-1/2 and ordered a 7. They fit beautifully when I got them and now that I've been wearing them awhile and the wool is compressing they are actually loose. So, I definitely agree you should size down 1 or 1-1/2 size. These slippers are so warm! My feet are usually cold in the winter, but not any more thanks to these, and when my feet are warm I'm more likely to be warm also. They do seem a little clunky when you first get them, but I got used to that. I do wear them outside as clogs and they are fine for that. Best of all, when I come in and take off my Ugg boots I no longer have to run for a pair of socks, I just slip out of my boots and into my Ugg slippers! Love them. I'm marking them down 1 star because they cost so much and because they loosen so much as you wear them.

Nice House Slipper... So I finally broke down and purchased the Coquette house slipper. I am an Ugg girl in that I have 5 pairs of Ugg boots that I LOVE! I like the house shoe; I don't mind the firmness and in fact would rather that it be so. My problem is that it's not offered in my favorite color-red! Plus, as decent a slipper as it is I feel that it is too costly. The lining under my big toe started to give way after only a few wears. I'm not happy about that. Unless the company finally makes it in red, I doubt if I'll be a repeat buyer on this particular item.

FAVORITE SHOES - I ordered this shoe for my 12 year old daughter and she is soooo happy with them. She wears them to school and everywhere; she said they are very warm and comfy. Based on the reviews I ordered one size down and fits perfect, these are her favorite shoes and of course the great customer service I always received from Zappos.com is just amazing, I got them the next day!!!! THANKS ZAPPOS FOR MAKING MY DAUGHTER SO HAPPY.

Sole Fleece too thin - This slipper is great to wear outside. However, the fleece lining on the sole wore thin within a few weeks. And now after a few months of wear, it is absolutely bare in spots. My other UGG slippers were Sheila and Sid and they were fabulous, but it appears as though they are no longer making them.

Too clunky of a sole for me - I ordered both the cluggette and this slipper and I liked the cluggette better. It has more of a flexible sole to it than this style. This style runs really big so order a FULL size down. I wear a 6 1/2 and I ordered these in a 6 and they were too big. The cluggette style runs about 1/2 size large so order down 1/2 size for that style. This slipper felt more like a shoe to me since the sole is hard and not flexible and pretty chunky. The sole on the cluggette is similar to the Ugg classic boot sole. At least you can bend the sole on the cluggettes, these soles are stiff feeling and clunky. The fur inside was comfy though. I ended up sending these back and kept the cluggette style because it has the thinner sole and aren't as poofy and clunky feeling. They made my feet look wide too. Maybe the soles soften up after awhile but they were just too stiff and clunky for me.

Baby 56 - I can only say that I agree with someone else that wrote about the heel area. There is not enough Shearling in the heel area and it wears down within one month of owning (and that is being generous giving it a full month). This is a very hard soled slipper and I guess if you wish to wear it outside that is fine but just for comfort slippers to wear in the house I feel I would prefer a softer sole. I usually wear a size 9.5 and bought the 8 and they fit and are nice and snug on my narrow feet. I think in the future I will look for something softer but at the cost of these slippers it will be a while before I start looking.

True comfort... Decent support and protection on hard floor - extreme softness and comfort. You'll never want to wear real shoes again.

Super Warm - These slippers are very warm and fuzzy. My only wish is that the footbed were softer. The insoles of my Ugg boots are very soft, but these are harder, which makes the bottoms of my feet sore after a few hours.

These slippers run large so order a full size smaller than you normally would. They are a bit "boxy" feeling (hard) but the furry lining is nice. Wear them barefoot as socks make them slip and slide on your foot. Great to run errands and then walk out of them when you get in the house.

Warm, comfy slipper for indoors and taking out the trash! This slipper is great, I ordered the gray, and it's a beautiful color. I specifically wanted something with a hard sole so I could go get the mail or take out the trash/recycling without worrying the the ground was damp. The hard sole makes them not as comfortable as a soft-soled slipper. They're very warm and comfy. I ordered a half-size down from normal per everyone's recommendations via Zappos and they fit pretty close to perfect.

Great fit, rich looks - I took the advice of Zappos and ordered a size 7, when I'd usually take an 8 or 8-1/2 and the shoes fit perfectly. They are beautifully made and comfy.

Super cute shoes, definitely run big - I really like this shoes a lot- very comfy, and can be worn as a slipper or out to run errands or for casual wear. However, they do run really big. I got a full size smaller than I normally wear, and they are still a bit big.

Ugg Coquette review - This Ugg is as stated much larger than a true to size fit. My daughter received this in the smallest adult size and it is still extremely big. They also seemed to have stretched with wear. That being a few times. They are cute and comfortable, so she tells me.

No arch support, but warm and fuzzy - Take Zappos advice and order a smaller size. I'm usually an 8.5 to 9 and the 7 is a perfect fit. Also, don't get Sand, the shearling on the footbed is skimpy and wore off in less than a month. But Zappos is awesome and exchanged it for the Chestnut which is way plusher. Don't know about the other colors, but don't get Sand! Oh and there is absolutely no arch support so if you need that, don't get these slippers.

Ugg does a great job - These slippers are stylish enough to wear out and not get called out for wearing slippers. They are warm, and very comfortable. The one drawback??? They turn your feet black. But if that doesn't bother you, then you'll be fine.

This is a very comfortable slipper with a thicker sole than the first style. This slipper ran one full size larger than my normal shoe size. Some people may even be able to order this slipper two sizes smaller. As with most black Uggs, this slipper tends to bleed the black die on your skin or light colored socks.

As promised, the size smaller fit perfectly. The only down side is the dye rubbing off on feet/socks. Hopefully that won't always be the case. I'm very happy with my purchase!
