Its been one month since buying these and the fur is already wearing off at the heel. These are only worn inside at my home, with socks. The quality of Ugg has definitely gone down.

I own many ugg shoes from previous years, and the quality used to be great, I think for people like me,who know the brand from many years,we can see the declining in quality,is sad and offensive at the same time, I return them,I have noticed that the color chestnut is the worse, in top of the horrible quality,is the worse company returning the money back, takes forever, I used to buy Ugg from department stores, and I started buying from ugg directly thinking that was better, believe me is awful,I was wrong, come on ugg don't put in jeopardy your costumers,

I have purchased multiple pair of the same slipper. Two months after I made one of the purchases the fabric is tearing away from the seam for no reason. Ugg denied my warranty claim as 'normal wear and tear'. Save your money, don't buy these. They are horrible quality. If you only get 2 months of wear before they fall apart they are certainly NOT worth the hefty price tag.

I have bought Uggs since they first came out but the last few pair have been all over with quality, but 5 out of the 6 pair I've purchased in the past 2 months have been horrible! Right out of the box fur is missing or poor on all of them. The "suede" is so soft my foot slides right to the top, they are super wide, and my size has dropped down 2 sizes. These are super expensive therefore quality should not be way worse than a low budget store. My favorite brand has sadly now become my least.

Heel started showing wear after 2-3 months. At 6 months of minimal wear, the heel is completely worn through & bald. and the inside of the slipper is equally worn (mushed, matted, & bald wear foot hits). i don't recommend this product for the high price tag. the quality compared to price just isn't there.

this must be my 6th or 7th pair of these slippers--each has served me for well over a year before the insole wore down. This recent pair was received on 10/4 and today 12/7 they are down to nothing. Will not purchase ever again.

I love UGG , I ordered a pair of slippers last year and I love them so much! I ordered a new pair this year and after only one months my UGG slippers had lost the shape and some of the fur around the bottom is gone

I have only had these slippers for 6 months when most of the fur fell out on the inside. Totally not worth the high price for a low quality product. Super disappointed when I thought I was getting the "best of the best". Just not the case anymore!

I have had many pairs of these as an Ugg fan for over 20 years. That said they used to last a couple years before needing to be replaced but with every pair the last 5 years they have had to be replaced annually now it's Aug and I need to replace those from Dec???? Maybe time to look for a less expensive option.

I have purchased this product several times in the past. This time I was disappointed. I have worn this pair for just a month and the suede looks worn and old. The fur lining on the bottom (especially on the heels) of the slippers is already worn away in big patches. This pair looks older than the pair (same style) I purchased last year. I tried 3 times to upload an image, but the site would not allow the upload. Again, disappointed.

This is my fourth pair of Coquette slippers and a surprise Mother's Day gift from my daughter. DO NOT PURCHASE. They are COMPLETELY different and it is a shame. The lamb fur is nothing like it was, this "fur" feels stiff and prickly and unpleasant. The soles!!! These are my go-to slippers because the lug sole had firmness, unlike so many slippers that have a thin sliver sole or a sole puffy and unsteady. That is exactly what you get with this latest model. The sole appears very similar until you put weight on it and then you can feel just how hollow the sole is, it actually "squishes" when you put weight on it like a pair of Crocs. I am so so disappointed, this was a great model for several reasons and I dread the search for a new slipper. In spite of the fact that the Coquette inner fur liner wears down quickly, I was willing to replace every year because it had all of the qualities I named above. I'll upload my comparative photos so you can judge for yourself. Keep in mind- the worn pair is my current pair worn for more than a year. Look particularly at the lamb's wool and the material making up the sole. They are totally different and the new material is by far inferior. What a shame UGG's that you are going the route of cheapening a product rather than raising the price and giving your loyal customers an opportunity to decide. I will never buy these again which makes me very sad.

These were delivered to me on December 1, 2021. The fur continuously shed and in less than 3 WEEKS was completely bare on the heel and toe areas. There is absolutely no padding in the insoles other than the fur which wore off. I don't believe the insole fur was actually even shearling as it feels different. The black dye also transferred to my feet. They run a bit large - I wear a 7.5 and got a 7. Size was perfect for me, but the quality was bad!! Worst slippers I've ever purchased at any price.

I've had about 5 pairs of this style. Loved them. Just bought a new laid and they are nothing like the old style. The bottom used to be rubber. Now it's hard stuff plastic. They weigh nothing. Like s crock with fuzz, They used to be super cushy and comfortable. Now they're as hard as walking on wood floors. They're also huge- and as others have stated, the black stains. Why change a best seller? If it's not broken, don't fix it, Super bummed. I'll be returning mine.

i have ordered these slippers in the past. These were much bigger and wider than usual. my foot was falling out. Usually when they are new and fluffy they start out tight on my foot. also the bottom seemed to be plastic and not the usual rubber bottoms that they have. thanks

First of all, I don't think they're genuine because they don't have the "R" following the word UGG as advertised. I purchased the same pair of UGG coquette slipper 5 years ago and it had the letter R and also I purchased a pair of boots that not only had the letter R after it. In addition, the fur is already flat it the slippers feel like flip flops. I am able to wear thick socks with the ones I just purchased that I could not with my previous pair. I am extremely disappointed and furious considering on how expensive they are.

It is totally a fake and cheap brand. The sole is made out of plastic and the leather is flimsy as fake. I will return this product ASAP.

I have had over a dozen pair of UGG slippers. I bought my first pair in Australia before they were available in the US. I had a friend who lived there and would bring me home a pair, or two, every time she came to the US. Once they were available in the US I bought them myself here. I bought a pair early 2020 within a few weeks there was no fur left, I returned them to Zappos and then bought them directly from UGG, the same thing happened. I will not buy another pair. The sad thing is, I love them and have not found anything that replaces them. If anyone has a recommendation please speak up.

I have been wearing Uggs for years, but there seems to be a decline in the quality of their products. Like so many other customers have experienced, the inside of the slippers started to rub off just couple months after I got them. I’ve only had them for 7 months (only wearing them around the house) but as you can see in the picture, they already look old and raggedy. I am extremely disappointed after paying so much money for them.

I received these as a gift. After only wearing for a couple of months, the shearling under foot is rubbing off! Completely in some places! I would expect better quality for the price!

This is probably my 4th pair of these UGG slippers over the years. Unfortunately, this particular pair wore out within six months. The shearling shed all over the place making a constant mess. I’m very disappointed with these slippers.

CHEAP! I bought a pair of Ugg Coquette slippers over 5 years ago. After wearing them nearly every day to pad around my house, I finally decided to get a new pair when I discovered the beautiful Wild Berry color. Big mistake! As others have commented, within weeks to fur started detaching from the insole. I bought these shoes in late October and now a few weeks before Christmas, the insole of the right foot is almost bald of fur. :-( Ugg charges too much for this poor quality of product. In addition to the fur detaching, the weight of the shoe is "off." These used to have a nice weight to them. Now the sole feels a lot less substantial and feels cheap. Buyer beware! If you've worn the Ugg brand for years, you'll definitely notice a decline in quality.
