Zappos is the best. Not only do they have anything you could possibly want but their website is well done and your order is at your door the next day. I'm not sure how they do that!

Size runs about 1 1/2 sizes too large but these slippers are very comfortable and very warm. I love the fact that the soles are sturdy enough to ar outside.

These are very comfortable, warm and durable. I love the black, but beware if wearing with bare feet. The dye will rub off a bit. You can't go wrong with these in the winter or year around.

Love my new Ugg Coquette. Order a full size down. I wear an 8 and ordered a 7 in these, and they were perfect.

My 14 year old daughter wanted a real pair of Ugg boots. Since they are expensive (they're never on sale) I bought from Zappos to avoid shipping costs and sales tax. They arrived as ordered in a few days, which is saying a lot during the holiday season. She loves them!

My husband got these slippers for me for Christmas. They are my first Uggs and I love them! They are very cozy and warm. I wear them around the house without socks and my feet are happy! Just one note of caution: Be careful going down the stairs. The heel hits the step and if not careful, you will trip! I haven\'t but I know others who have and their slippers fit perfectly as do mine.

Christmas gift for my wife. She absolutely loves them. The fit was perfect (be sure to order a full size less); the quality is excellent. Toasty warm, the perfect slipper for the long cold winters here in Upstate New York. And as usual Zappos service was excellent and shipping time was quicker than I expected.

Zappos Customer Service is the Best!\r\nOrdered a pair of these slippers but the size was too large, so didn\'t wear them and just left them in the box for almost a year. Finally got around to asking for an exchange and Zappos shipped out the replacement the very next day. They now fit and I\'m always very happy to order with Zappos.

I just love my Ugg slippers. I can walk around outside with them since they have a real sole on them. And they really keep my feet warm. Would buy them again! It was suggested that I buy a size smaller than I normally wear, and I did. They fit perfectly!

These are the best slippers ever! Comfy enough to sleep in, but you can walk around anywhere, inside and out, and they don\'t fall off. Worth every penny! I have three pairs!

These UGG shoes are beautiful and well made. The color is a deep chocolate brown. They are gorgeous and hides things better than a lighter shade. They are very comfortable, pricey but worth it!

I love these slippers! They are awesome. They feel just like my Ugg boots, so much so, that I drove to my daughter's school without realizing I still had them on. They are warm and lovely and the chocolate color is holding up great.

So glad I got these Uggs! It has been unusually cold here in Texas and I am wearing them more than I ever thought I would. I have to hide them from my teenage daughter, or they definitely go missing! I ordered a size 7 (my usual size), but could have followed another reviewer's advice and ordered a size smaller. They really do run big.

Well, to begin with, I can't say enough good things about these Ugg slippers! They are so incredibly fabulous, so warm and comfy that I never want to take them off! This could be a bad thing. I am hard to fit, with a wide foot and a high instep, so I was hesitant as to how they'd fit me. But when they arrived, I slipped my foot right in and now, honestly don't take them off much. I love mine so much in fact, I bought a pair for a good friend and she loves hers' too! Thanks Zappos for your wonderful service. I'm hooked on Zappos now, too!

I love these; however, I bought them in black and my feet are now black. The dye comes off and it doesn't wash off. It doesn't scrub off. It has to wear off. I would order a natural color next time.

Excellent product. Comfortable and warm. Remember to go down a full size. It is strange; I normally wear an 8 and a half to a nine, and I ordered the 7. I tried the 8, but it was too big. They tend to be at bit wide, but very comfortable.

I am very pleased with my Uggs slipper and with the service I received from Zappos. I bought this slipper in Lilac about five years ago and loved it but due to constant wear I needed to replace it. My new pair will last another five years I am sure as they are made very well and are sturdy. They are very comfortable. I also appreciate the speedy delivery from Zappos.

They are a great looking slippers with a nice comfy feel on your foot. I feel they are a quality slipper; however, the fur on the heel of one of the slippers wore down after one winter season. I contacted Zappos and they replaced the slippers with a new pair. What retail store would do that? That's why I love buying my shoes from Zappos!

Bought 3 pairs of these for daughter and daughters-in-law. I ordered a size smaller, as instructed and they fit fine. Girls all love them; in fact, hardly took them off.

I have three pairs of the Ugg Coquette and they are great. For Christmas I received a new pair (Chestnut) and they have the softest and thickest sheepskin of all my previous Coquettes. I save them for evenings and mornings before work and I wear my other Coquettes (Natural) during the day or even outside on errands, shopping and when we go to the movies. Since the Coquette runs somewhat large, I bought my husband a pair, size 11. They fit him perfectly, so now he no longer wants to wear my Coquette slippers. My only complaint is that the sole could be slightly softer, but it is great to have thicker sheepskin on the insole. Needless to say I highly recommend Ugg Coquette slippers and Zappos is the best, with great service.
