I have to say, read the reviews! This is my 5th pair of these slippers. Unfortunately, the first two were better. When I went to order, I read that others have had my experience. The shearling and the leather are definitely not the same quality. I have absolutely loved my UGG slippers before, worn them bald on the inside. Similar to others this pair just doesn't do UGGs early quality justice, as the materials now seem synthetic. I come from a sheep farming family, and I'm not convinced this is the same or even real wool. UGG is charging the same price for cheaper materials. While I celebrate their success as becoming a favorite world wide brand, I wonder if they've gotten too big to keep it real. Frowny face! And the hunt for amazing slippers starts over!

SO disappointed in these Uggs slippers! I have had them before - and they were soft and cushy and comfortable - The quality of this pair (same slipper) is not what I have come to expect -- Sorry - but I want to return.

They should have said the shoe runs big. I special ordered it and am stuck with it. Also, the footbed fur squished down immediately to nothing.

This was to be my third pair. The quality is inferior to what it used to be. Shoes were not a match and there was something really weird about the sole.

These were great at first but the wool wore thin fairly quickly on the soles. For the price I do not think that should have happened so quickly.

Comfy but worn out after a bit less than year. Love my Ugg boots, but the slippers didn't last as near as long I had hoped.

The shearling wears off the inside of the heel within a year, and they look really ratty. They shouldn't look like that one year later for the quality that UGG usually sells. I bought two pair. I don't think I will buy another.

My most recent pair is only two months old, and the sheepskin has already worn off, and I only wear them inside the house. The pairs I purchased five and four years ago, I use to muck around in, and wear them outside in all kinds of weather. The sheepskin for them is in better condition than my new ones. I threw out the ones purchased three and two years ago; not worth saving. I'm done paying so much for this brand and the quality is poor. This in no way is a reflection on Zappos as a company. I will continue to be a loyal customer.
I'd also recommend:
Certainly not UGGS

I don't know maybe i received a bad lot but my slippers do not look that color at all. They are tan and they are so hard they make my feet and legs hurt if I wear them more than an hour. Also, I've only owned them for 3 weeks and the fuzzy part of the sole has worn out! I only wear these for a couple of hours a day maybe. These slippers are by no means worth an expensive price. I think I'll stick with my cheap Dearfoams and replace them every 3 months. What a complete disappointment. I expected a lot more from Ugg.

I got these slippers for Christmas in 2008. The previous year I had purchased a pair for my sister for Christmas and experienced huge amounts of jealousy for a year until I got my own pair. I noticed after a couple of months of blissfully warm feet that little bunches of black fleece were coming out of my slippers. By summer of last year, there were noticeable bare spots on the foot bed of the shoe, mostly around the heel. Now there are many other large areas inside the shoe that are bare of fleece. I keep looking at my sister's slippers and she doesn't seem to have that problem and hers are a full year older than mine. I'm disappointed that these slippers didn't hold their fleece. They are expensive and I expected much better quality.

I got these slippers last year for Christmas and have worn them a lot. The sole is great. Very durable and thick enough for outdoor wear. However, the wool pile on the inside of the slippers has worn away over the past year. I find little black tufts of wool all over the house from these slippers. Now there are pretty large bare spots on the footbed of my slippers, especially under the heel. For the price, I haven't been happy at all with how they've worn. I suggest looking for other options. I'm going to have to replace my pair pretty soon.

After receiving my first pair of Ugg boots for Christmas I was pretty confident that I would love a pair of slippers by the same manufacturer. I bought these as a house slipper and was very disappointed at how hard the soles were. There is no flexibility or padding/arch support. They are simply sheepskin slapped on hard rubber soles. For this price, these should be the most amazing shoes I've ever worn. They are extremely soft and plush no doubt, but for scuffing around the house I'll take Deerfoams. I returned mine.

These slippers do definitely run a size bigger because I am normally a 5 1/2 and ordered a 6 based on the fact that I had a 6 in the Scuffette in the past. But they were really too big, but I kept them anyways. They felt great at first and were super comfortable and appeared durable. After about 2 months of daily wear, the "sheepskin" wore away at the heel and at the front based of the slipper. I cannot believe for the money that they wore out so quickly! The sole is still durable after 10 months, but they are no longer the cozy and comfortable Uggs they used to be. I truly believe the Ugg product has deteriorated over the last few years (probably from mass marketing) because I still have my classic short boots from 5 years ago and they are still full of sheepskin and are in great condition. I have been getting a new pair of the slippers for Christmas each year for the last 4 years and they are wearing out sooner and sooner. Not worth the money.

I've heard people rave about UGGs and I was finally able to afford to purchase a pair and I'm highly disappointed about the quality. The leather upper and sheepskin lining are nice but the sole is ridiculously cheap! I thought it would be made of a nice rubber sole or something, not this cheap looking plastic type sole. This will be the only pair I own and never own another again. Too bad I spent so much money on them for this China product. I have a knock off pair that I bought at Target for 1/6th of the price and love them! I wore them out from wearing them so much and thought I would treat myself to a pair of UGGs. Boo hoo, bad treat, never again.

Not happy... I have purchased Ugg slippers in the past, as well as their shoes and boots, and been happy with them. Not with this pair of Ugg Coquettes. Only 5 months after purchase, most of the fleece has worn out of the inside and this morning I noticed a small hole worn through the top, where my toes are--these are VERY roomy, so its not a matter of being too small or too tight, its just poorly made. They look and feel great, but for almost $100, I expected slippers that lasted at least a year!

When I got them back in June, they felt very hard and it took no time at all before they were stretched out worn through. I don't know what kind of UGG you sold me I bought them through the company To make sure I was getting the original UGG I had them back in the 90s and they were fantastic I mucked my horse stalls with them on never had any wear or tear. They lasted forever and I don't even remember what happened to them It's been so long. They completely stretched out the width. It's hard to even keep them on.

I was so excited to get these slippers as a gift to myself for my birthday. Well I purchased them about a month prior and they sat in a box for 2 weeks and yes, I was waiting for my birthday to wear them. Well I started using them early and the footbed starting peeling within those last 2 weeks. I purchase UGGS as I feel they are a quality & comfy shoe/slipper. Well I guess we can throw quality right out the window. I'm beyond disappointed. What a waste. I wish I could add a photo. :(

Purchased the coquette slippers for my daughter for Christmas. She didn't start wearing them until the end of December. Within a couple of months the fur began to shed. We thought some shedding might be normal but it continued and now the footbed area is almost completely worn away. They make a mess every time she wears them. The material is clearly defective. The slippers were only usable for about 4 months. Not worth the price for a few months of use!!!

I received these as a gift from my husband, they were beautiful and comfortable but unfortunately the quality was not great. I've only ever worn these inside and the seam that attaches the upper to the sole already split. Unfortunately I was told since it's just over a year they will not allow it to be covered under warranty. I've owned many UGG products over the years that were worn outside and they lasted much longer than these UGG slippers. It's disappointing to see the quality go down and have no options to repair or replace I produce I really liked.

I own many ugg shoes from previous years, and the quality used to be great, I think for people like me,who know the brand from many years,we can see the declining in quality,is sad and offensive at the same time, I return them,I have noticed that the color chestnut is the worse, in top of the horrible quality,is the worse company returning the money back, takes forever, I used to buy Ugg from department stores, and I started buying from ugg directly thinking that was better, believe me is awful,I was wrong, come on ugg don't put in jeopardy your costumers,

I have purchased multiple pair of the same slipper. Two months after I made one of the purchases the fabric is tearing away from the seam for no reason. Ugg denied my warranty claim as 'normal wear and tear'. Save your money, don't buy these. They are horrible quality. If you only get 2 months of wear before they fall apart they are certainly NOT worth the hefty price tag.

I have bought Uggs since they first came out but the last few pair have been all over with quality, but 5 out of the 6 pair I've purchased in the past 2 months have been horrible! Right out of the box fur is missing or poor on all of them. The "suede" is so soft my foot slides right to the top, they are super wide, and my size has dropped down 2 sizes. These are super expensive therefore quality should not be way worse than a low budget store. My favorite brand has sadly now become my least.

Heel started showing wear after 2-3 months. At 6 months of minimal wear, the heel is completely worn through & bald. and the inside of the slipper is equally worn (mushed, matted, & bald wear foot hits). i don't recommend this product for the high price tag. the quality compared to price just isn't there.
