I purchased these slippers to give as a gift to my daughter. Delivery couldn't have been more prompt. Zappos is the best retailer in the world--absolutely perfect.

I bought these for my wife as a replacement of her originals, after 5 years of everyday wear. It was time to step into a new pair. She loves them, did I say she loves them? Just in case I didn't make that clear, she loves 'em.

I bought these for my wife and she loves them. My daughter also has a pair that she can't live without. Zappos price was the same as I saw in stores, and they paid for the shipping. Super fast service! My wife is in the process of ordering boots form Zappos because of my experience.

This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and she loved it! Because of the sole it can be worn outdoors too! I was thrilled because this item arrived so quickly! When I placed my order by phone the people answering were so cheerful and pleasant!

This is my second pair of Uggs. I wore out the first pair. My feet swell and are very painful, so shoes are important to me. Uggs are comfortable, breatheable and sturdy. I highly recommend them!

Warm and comfortable...I wear to take dog out in snow and ice, and sometimes to the grocery store!

Bought these shoes for the wifey for Xmas, she loves them. First time she ever wore Uggs and says these are the only shoes she's going to wear from now on. Very, very comfortable and fit perfect. She normally wears between a 7-8 which these size 7 were a perfect fit.

As promised, shipping was so fast - and I didn't have to fight the mall traffic! Ordered it for my college-aged daughter - she wears an 8 1/2 and I ordered a 7. They fit perfectly and she was really happy. Wish I had ordered a pair for myself!

Uggs run a little big, so one needs to know to get a half to one size smaller. But these are incredibly comfortable. I'm actually on my third pair!

Best slippers ever! This is my second pair. I ordered these to replace the chocolate ones that I have had for three years. (They got a hole in the toe after three years of daily use). I love the thick sole, so if you need to wear them to get the mail, you can and they are so fluffy and warm. My whole family has these slippers and we all love them. They do run a little big. I usually wear an 8 and buy 7 in these.

I purchased these for daughter. They were her second pair and she still wears the first ones although they are totally worn. She wears them as regular shoes - not my style but she loves them. She also just purchased the high button boots.

Great shoe -- comfortable & warm. I'm usually a size 10 ordered a 10 and returned for a 9 which fits. By the way, great return/reorder service -- had my new shoes the very next day!

Was a great gift for my girlfriend for Xmas, she absolutely loves them! I got them in chocolate looks great. My girl wears a size 9 but got her a size 8 and they fit.

Wonderfully comfortable. Runs very large. I wear an 8 in the Cove boot, and a 7 in the Tasman slipper; these fit perfectly in a 6.

I love these slippers!!! These are my second pair that I have personally bought myself. I received my first pair as a Christmas gift and have been hooked since. I would recommend these slippers to everyone. Only issue is that after a year and a half of wear, the lining in the sole starts to wear down. In UGGs' defense, I do have very flat feet, so that may be the issue. I will never own another brand of slipper again. UGGS only for me. I do wear a size 10, and ordered a size 9 and they fit perfectly. They do run one size bigger.

I love these house shoes. I have worn them every day since I got them. I've had them less than a month so I can't speak to the durability, but they are very comfortable and can even be worn outside. As with all Uggs, they run big. I normally wear 8 1/2 or 9 but size 8 in Uggs is perfect for me. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone looking for comfortable & warm shoes to wear around the house.

I ordered not one but 2 pairs of UGGs and also a pair of boots right before Christmas and not only were the prices the best online but all items showed up within 2 days of ordering and 5 star quality too.

Bought these as a gift for my daughter, she loves them! But I knew she would because I have the same pair. Really comfortable and because of the thick tread it's ok to run out to get the newspaper, etc.
