I purchased the Ugg Coquette Jan of 2020 and have worn them daily for 3 months and the sole is already wearing out and thinning, see photos.
I purchased these as I wanted a warm slipper for the snowy winter months and a slipper that I could wear in the house, as well as to the mailbox and taking the dogs outside for pottie. I also have an illness that makes my feet very sensitive and at times painful to walk on. I needed a slipper that had a thick enough sole to be comfortable to my sensitive feet. These slippers are versatile and extremely comfortable, and cushion my painful feet. However, I don’t think a 100+ dollar pair of slippers should be shedding its lining and losing its cushion within 3 months.
This is my second pair of Ugg’s, I also own the “Lorna Boot”. I absolutely love my boots and that is why I decided to buy the Coquette slippers, REGARDLESS of reading LOTS of reviews stating that the slippers were almost faulty to a point and a lesser quality than older versions. Now after owning them, I agree! For the money, you should have a high quality, long lasting slipper that is warm, functional and heaven on your feet. Ugg has met the function and heaven on the feet but FAILS TERRIBLY at the quality and longevity of their slipper. My boots have not lost their lining and they are “Ugg Pure wool” lined. I am extremely disappointed in Ugg and would caution anyone looking to buy these slippers. They will shed their lining and if you are ok with that and the lining and cushion thinning, then they are a comfortable slipper and I would buy them. However, if you want the 100 dollar quality you think you will get when you are purchasing a “luxury” brand, this is not it and I would buy the 50 dollar similar slipper and save yourself the money and shed that you have to constantly clean up from your shedding slippers.
Also, similar to other reviewers, buy a size down. I wear an 8.5 or 9 depending on brand and style of shoe and purchased these in a size 8 and they fit perfect.

I’ve bought these many times, but I am questioning if these are real....the fur wore off after only 2 weeks of wearing them (heavily, but they are meant as indoor outdoor) returning!!

Zappos is amazing and replaced my slippers for another brand but buyer beware.. the quality of these has gone way downhill. I wore them maybe two months and the fur wore all the way down in that short time. Also zero arch support. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on a different brand.

These were HUGE. Not as comfortable as other styles of Ugg I have.

After much anticipation, I was disappointed both with the quality and sizing. The slippers were very large (a full size plus larger) and did not feel plush as I had expected. This was my first time purchasing UGG slippers (had purchased other brands in the past) and, sadly, this will also be the last.

Every year I buy these slippers and every year the heel 'fur' wears out. This time it happened within two weeks. Can't they fix this issue? It's annoying. But they are so comfortable I just deal with it. It would be better if they fixed it though. Maybe put something else on the bottom where the heel is

Well, I am on the 2nd pair of UGG Coquette slippers. I have had them less than a month. The sage green color I returned was not available so I got black. I was fine with black, but my feet are stained black every time I wear them! And worse than that the heel and inside has worn down even more quickly than in my first pair. Shame on UGG. Thank you Zappos for being good about returns, but you should not carry such an inferior product. Such a shame. From other reviews it appears they used to be great quality but not any more. These are going back too.

I wear a 9.5 shoe and was going to order a size 10 but after reading someone's review saying they ran large I ordered a 9. Fits just fine and is comfortable. This is my second pair of these slippers. They don't seem to be as sturdy as the first. The sole is thinner and feels less dense and the lugged sole seems to catch on stairs. I don't think there will be a third pair in my future.

I have had my UGG Coquettes for 9 months and I wear them inside and outside. I can feel the floor and driveway through the soles of them. I still have my four year old Skechers to use for any tough ground outside. Their soles are thick and strong. I just bought some new Skechers for $ 35. You do the math.

I have to say, read the reviews! This is my 5th pair of these slippers. Unfortunately, the first two were better. When I went to order, I read that others have had my experience. The shearling and the leather are definitely not the same quality. I have absolutely loved my UGG slippers before, worn them bald on the inside. Similar to others this pair just doesn't do UGGs early quality justice, as the materials now seem synthetic. I come from a sheep farming family, and I'm not convinced this is the same or even real wool. UGG is charging the same price for cheaper materials. While I celebrate their success as becoming a favorite world wide brand, I wonder if they've gotten too big to keep it real. Frowny face! And the hunt for amazing slippers starts over!

SO disappointed in these Uggs slippers! I have had them before - and they were soft and cushy and comfortable - The quality of this pair (same slipper) is not what I have come to expect --
Sorry - but I want to return.

They should have said the shoe runs big. I special ordered it and am stuck with it. Also, the footbed fur squished down immediately to nothing.

This was to be my third pair.
The quality is inferior to what it used to be. Shoes were not a match and there was something really weird about the sole.

These were great at first but the wool wore thin fairly quickly on the soles. For the price I do not think that should have happened so quickly.

Comfy but worn out after a bit less than year. Love my Ugg boots, but the slippers didn't last as near as long I had hoped.

The shearling wears off the inside of the heel within a year, and they look really ratty. They shouldn't look like that one year later for the quality that UGG usually sells. I bought two pair. I don't think I will buy another.

My most recent pair is only two months old, and the sheepskin has already worn off, and I only wear them inside the house. The pairs I purchased five and four years ago, I use to muck around in, and wear them outside in all kinds of weather. The sheepskin for them is in better condition than my new ones. I threw out the ones purchased three and two years ago; not worth saving. I'm done paying so much for this brand and the quality is poor. This in no way is a reflection on Zappos as a company. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I don't know maybe i received a bad lot but my slippers do not look that color at all. They are tan and they are so hard they make my feet and legs hurt if I wear them more than an hour. Also, I've only owned them for 3 weeks and the fuzzy part of the sole has worn out! I only wear these for a couple of hours a day maybe. These slippers are by no means worth an expensive price. I think I'll stick with my cheap Dearfoams and replace them every 3 months. What a complete disappointment. I expected a lot more from Ugg.

I got these slippers for Christmas in 2008. The previous year I had purchased a pair for my sister for Christmas and experienced huge amounts of jealousy for a year until I got my own pair. I noticed after a couple of months of blissfully warm feet that little bunches of black fleece were coming out of my slippers. By summer of last year, there were noticeable bare spots on the foot bed of the shoe, mostly around the heel. Now there are many other large areas inside the shoe that are bare of fleece. I keep looking at my sister's slippers and she doesn't seem to have that problem and hers are a full year older than mine. I'm disappointed that these slippers didn't hold their fleece. They are expensive and I expected much better quality.

I got these slippers last year for Christmas and have worn them a lot. The sole is great. Very durable and thick enough for outdoor wear. However, the wool pile on the inside of the slippers has worn away over the past year. I find little black tufts of wool all over the house from these slippers. Now there are pretty large bare spots on the footbed of my slippers, especially under the heel. For the price, I haven't been happy at all with how they've worn. I suggest looking for other options. I'm going to have to replace my pair pretty soon.

After receiving my first pair of Ugg boots for Christmas I was pretty confident that I would love a pair of slippers by the same manufacturer. I bought these as a house slipper and was very disappointed at how hard the soles were. There is no flexibility or padding/arch support. They are simply sheepskin slapped on hard rubber soles. For this price, these should be the most amazing shoes I've ever worn. They are extremely soft and plush no doubt, but for scuffing around the house I'll take Deerfoams. I returned mine.

These slippers do definitely run a size bigger because I am normally a 5 1/2 and ordered a 6 based on the fact that I had a 6 in the Scuffette in the past. But they were really too big, but I kept them anyways. They felt great at first and were super comfortable and appeared durable. After about 2 months of daily wear, the "sheepskin" wore away at the heel and at the front based of the slipper. I cannot believe for the money that they wore out so quickly! The sole is still durable after 10 months, but they are no longer the cozy and comfortable Uggs they used to be. I truly believe the Ugg product has deteriorated over the last few years (probably from mass marketing) because I still have my classic short boots from 5 years ago and they are still full of sheepskin and are in great condition. I have been getting a new pair of the slippers for Christmas each year for the last 4 years and they are wearing out sooner and sooner. Not worth the money.

I've heard people rave about UGGs and I was finally able to afford to purchase a pair and I'm highly disappointed about the quality. The leather upper and sheepskin lining are nice but the sole is ridiculously cheap! I thought it would be made of a nice rubber sole or something, not this cheap looking plastic type sole. This will be the only pair I own and never own another again. Too bad I spent so much money on them for this China product. I have a knock off pair that I bought at Target for 1/6th of the price and love them! I wore them out from wearing them so much and thought I would treat myself to a pair of UGGs. Boo hoo, bad treat, never again.

Not happy... I have purchased Ugg slippers in the past, as well as their shoes and boots, and been happy with them. Not with this pair of Ugg Coquettes. Only 5 months after purchase, most of the fleece has worn out of the inside and this morning I noticed a small hole worn through the top, where my toes are--these are VERY roomy, so its not a matter of being too small or too tight, its just poorly made. They look and feel great, but for almost $100, I expected slippers that lasted at least a year!
