I love these slippers and have owned three or four pairs. Each time one wears out, I replace them with the same thing! I literally live in them -- the minute I walk in the door, they go on and stay on until I leave the house! Although I've tried tons of other slippers, none compare to these in terms of comfort and warmth. The rugged rubber sole provides great support for the bottom of your feet. I've tried other slippers, including other Ugg slippers, and my feet feel like they're hitting the floor hard when I walk. (We have hardwood floors.) So I much prefer the soles on these, which provide good cushioning for the ball and heel of the foot. I also like that you can wear them outside without trashing them, as the rubber sole keeps the rest of the slipper away from dirt and mud. Also, the fact that they're open in the back helps keep my feet from getting too hot. I've had them in several colors, and each time I've gone to a darker shade -- this is my darkest yet. The suede does tend to get dirty and stained, but I've found that the chocolate brown hides everything! I wasn't sure how this color would go with everything, but they've been great. I couldn't be happier.

I love these! A bit pricey indeed but if you like nice slippers-get these. My foot slides right in them as soon as I get home from work. Ah I wear a size 8 shoe and bought a size 7 in this style. Perfect, so size down.

Now I know why Uggs are so popular. I have a narrow foot so they are a bit wide but oh so warm and comfy. I tried a closed heel Uggs slipper, but they slipped off my heels. The scuff version is the answer. I usually wear a 7; the 6 is plenty roomy.

These are my second pair Now and I'm addicted - they mold right to your feet. Except I wear a 9 and had to order a 7 to get them just right after stretching some! If I could afford a pair if each color, I would.

Excellent product. We knew what we wanted and found the customer service offered by Zappos could not have been better as we had a few difficulties with the size and original order. I would order from Zappos at any time knowing my needs and customer satisfaction is of great concern.

I purchased these shoes for my mom for Christmas and she loved them. They are warm, cozy, and have nice support especially if you're a great cook like my Mom and on your feet a lot! FYI - she regularly wears a size 8 and took an 8 in these Uggs as well.

Just great slippers. My 12 year old daughter wanted them for Christmas and she now wears them to school almost every day.
