They are wonderful although I wish there was arch sorry for high arches like mine if I wear flat shoes or slippers like these constantly my feet hurt badly. They are also not at all water proof. Not that I would wear them in the rain. But if something spills on them in very quick to dry them so the insides don't fall out.

Very pleased after two tries. Wonderful customer service dept. Bought slippers for my wife. First try came without hologram tag that indicated a genuine UGG and inside heels were unfinished. Return and replacement was easy. Second time we got the true UGG slippers.

I adore these slippers. My feet actually crave them after a long day in shoes. Does anyone know if insole replacement works for these slippers or are they only for the boots?

Love these slippers - consider them my "outdoor slippers"! Live in the northeast - perfect for winter. Very pregnant and take many quick trips outside (dog) - great to slip these on and off while not having to bend over. Great traction - heavy duty soles, so I don't worry about slipping on ice, etc. End up wearing them to the store, work etc :)

A few years back, I got a pair of these slippers as a gift. After the soft insides became matted down, I tried replacing them with less expensive slippers (like Acorn) and similar slippers from LLBean. Wasted effort! All the others that I tried were so inferior that I finally just ordered the UGG's. These are super soft inside and the fluffiness actually lasts a long time (I wore my previous pair almost every day for two years). They are especially nice to wear with bare feet, since the interior is incredibly soft and warm. The sole is stiff and has substantial tread, so I can wear them outside in any weather: if the dogs need to go out and it is snowing, no problem! Also, these slippers do not slip off my feet, which was a huge problem with most of the other slippers that I tried. I have slightly wide feet but they are not too snug. The sizing is accurate. I LOVE these slippers.

My 92 year old mom ad a pair of UGGs that simply wore out! She wore them everyday. I replaced them with this style style since the other style is no longer available. She loves them! They keep toes toasty warm which can be an issue for the elderly.

The great thing about my ugg slipper is that it's comfy for wear all day around the house in the cold weather with out worrying about putting socks on. The only thing is the summer time your feet get to hot in them.

I was afraid they would be too small and tight. I normally wear 61/2 but these fit perfectly. I use them as slippers around home, but they would be very suitable to wear as outside shoes.
