Bought these as a gift for one of my best friends. She normally wears an 8, and the 7 was a perfect fit. She loved them! And I’ve been wearing this style for 6 years. Love that it’s as home outdoors as in, thanks to the thick sole.

Love these slippers. This is my third pair. The last ones lasted 2.5 years, wore them all the time in the house.

Ordered a 5 and I wear a 51/2. Still a little to big but I love them so I kept them.

This is my 3rd pair of these gems. My first pair lasted 2 years before the fur on the heel started to wear, I tried to put in new insoles, but they slipped around and I never glued them down. My second pair, I purchased 6 months ago, 3 of which were summer months, and the heel area wore off. I bought them from Amazon, so whether they were real or not was a question? I also got my regular size of 7 and they were too large, however I had bought them on sale and they would not return for the smaller size. I ordered these in a size 6 and they are perfect!!! Size down! I am hoping that since I purchased them from Zappos that they are "real" and that if I have missing heel fur after 6 months they would honor my purchase. They are the BEST slippers out there!

Yes, these are awesome slippers! These are my 3rd pair over about 12 years. So cozy and comforable.

I purchased these for my husband who wears a mens size 10 1/2. On the advice of a Zappos team member, I purchased a women's size 12. The slipper fit perfect, however my husband decided he prefers a moccasin type slipper. I returned them. A big shoutout to Zappos for their excellent customer service! The delivery and return process was FAST and efficient.

These slippers are for my Mother in law, who is housebound. This will be her 3rd pair, exactly the same. She wears them all the time, every day. They help with stability and they are easy to get on and off without bending over. I wish that I know how to clean the insides - I haven't found anything on line. Can they be dry cleaned? they really don't wear out, just get dirty on the inside from skin, etc.
