This was my first purchase from Zappo's. It was a website recommended to me by my daughter who has used the site many times and has been very satisfied. I accessed the site to purchase the UGG slippers for my grandaughter's Christmas present. I was happy with my puchase and as far as I know, my grandaughter is extremely happy with her slippers. With respect to the slippers I purchased, I cannot offer any comment, but I do own a pair of UGG slippers myself and can attest to the quality of the materials used and the fit and I feel they are a good product, albeit on the pricey side. With respect to Zappo's, I was comfortable ordering based on the recommendations of my daughter and would order from them again.

Got these slippers for Christmas and thought they were overpriced but hubby insisted... Love them! So maybe they are worth the price... I have the gray color and they are very stylish. I almost wish I could wear them out with other things... but they are my house shoes. Thanks Zappos and UGG!

Pure love. The perfect slipper: cozy and fits perfectly if you order 1/2 to 1 size down. Could've ordered less expensive brand but since my Honey got them for me, I couldn't be happier!

Definitely order a size down. I'm typically a size 8 in UGG boots (8 1/2 in other shoes), and a size 7 fits perfectly in these slippers. They're warm and comfy, just what you'd expect from UGGs.

Oh so warm and cozy! These are sure to keep your feet toasty warm all winter. They're great for slippers and even can do outdoor use because of the soles.

When a careless part time UPS driver delivered my wife's soon-to-be Christmas present to the wrong address and nobody couldn't find it, the people at Zappos were right there to help. They were willing to send another pair via overnight delivery at no charge to me! My Wife loves her Coquettes and our Christmas was all around perfect!

I love these shoes! I have a back injury, and they are the most comfortable and easy to get on shoes ever! I bought two pair in different colors and I wear them every day. I wear them inside as slippers and outside as regular shoes. They are super warm too! They do run a tad large (about 1/2 to 1 size) but I don't mind as they don't slip off of my feet and I wear socks with them.

Best slippers ever. Period! I've had mine for just about two years and wear them every day. Just purchased a pair for my daughter and she loves them too! Funny thing is I have a wide foot and she has a very narrow foot, and they fit us both! How is that possible?! Mine are probably more of a snug fit than hers -- but they are perfect!

Why would you ever go to a shoe store again? Zappos has a great selection - free shipping and returns making your purchase risk-free. The return is simple and replacement arrives in a matter of days. I never had to leave my house to get a great pair of shoes!

These were a gift to our daughter. She specifically chose this particular style and color. She absolutely loves them and wears them everywhere, and she lives in Denver! She is very picky, like me, so I can assume they are really nice. But? What is not to like about Uggs? Thank You Zappos, you are the best!

I have ordered several items from Zappos and been very pleased. They have excellent service and you don't have to pay sales tax! I accidentally ordered the wrong size Ugg for my daughter for Christmas. They were quick to respond and pick up the postage for the return. I got the right size within days. I love this company!
