PERFECT! I just moved to SLC and am super excited about snow in the winter (it didn't snow in the Bay Area, CA where I'm from), so I bought shoes as soon as I could. These boots are incredibly comfortable. They fit perfectly. The people who are complaining that they're a little clunky were insane to think that a shoe totally lined in sheepskin would be super sleek. It's a great looking boot - I think they look professional, fun, and are not at all too big (not nearly as big as Doc Martens). Zappos delivered in ONE day!

Great boots at a great price - I just received UGG Sierra boots, and they feel very comfortable (I wear 7.5 W and 8 M fits perfect). They look great and they are very well made. I saw the cheaper price at another place the next day after I bought them, and I called customer service. I was given the price adjustment and the shipping was upgraded to 2nd day air. I was really impressed with customer service and Zappos overall.

Another excellent Ugg boot - I love this boot! It fits well and is very warm. I also have the Ugg Summit which is another great winter boot. Keep up the good work Ugg.

Ugg Sierra - Best Ugg! I wear this boot every day to work during the winter time. It's so comfortable and keeps my feet toasty warm! If you're on your feet the entire day, the lack of arch support may become an issue; but it's perfect for those "desk job lunch walkers"! It's adorable with khakis, cords, or jeans. I love having a stylish winter book that actually has traction on snow & ice. The size is right in line with my usual shoe size, and the comfort/style/quality factor is A+!

Ugg Sierra boots - Looking for a good cold/wet weather boot for many years; these are them, love these boots. Clunky, country, unrefined earthy looks. Definitely keep feet warm and dry. Easy to get into and out of, don't have to do the zipper if you're in a rush. No real arch support. Run wide enough for my wide-ish feet. Have some weight to them, feel very grounded wearing them. Zappos very user-friendly company.

Love these boots.... Generally, I'm not an UGG person. But I love these boots. They have made me regret that this winter has been unusually warm so I don't wear them as much as I could. I have circulation problems, so my feet are very tender and easily freeze in the winter. I wear these, as instructed, without socks, and they are soft, warm, and cozy. I wear leg warmers above them, to keep my calves warm. They are just terrific!

Love the UGGS and Love ZAPPOS!! Just to let you all know from someone who is VERY leery about buying online and especially something as expensive as Uggs. I LOVE the Uggs. I wasn't sure what size to order but the lady at Zappos was SOO NICE! Their customer service rocks! Plus the free shipping and if they don't fit you, you can return them for free! It’s a win-win situation! Anyway, after I had purchased my shoes, I had noticed that they had gone down in price about $20 so I called Zappos ready to fight to get my money credit. I didn't have to at all! The lady at Zappos (a different lady this time) was so nice and offered to credit my credit card the difference in price... NO HASSLE AT ALL!! These shoes are great for winter time. The brown ones look really cute, with jeans or with whatever. The lining inside feels like a slipper and I thought they were pretty true to size. I usually wear around an 8 1/2 to a 9 and I ordered a 9 and it fits perfect! Couldn't ask for a better fit! Nothing like the classic Uggs where I had to go down about 2 sizes from normal & order a size 7.

The Ugg faithful - Definitely clunky, which I normally like. It’s NYC, don't want my feet touching whatever is mixed in at the crosswalk SLUSH... but really clunky, not "cool" chunky. Zippers fall a lot, and although have gone half size down as opposed to the normal half size up with the Ugg, I find it annoys an otherwise quiet ingrown toenail. But its an Ugg, and I am a faithful. Buy it. You’ll like it.

Love love LOVE these! I moved from California to Minnesota and bought these last summer in preparation for the midwest winter. I havent had snow yet, but I tell ya, these are warm and cozy even when the wind-chill was 18 outside, I was toasty warm and sock-free! The most comfortable shoe I ever wore. Sure, they are a bit clunky, but they look great with jeans on. Really great boot! I see these as my new favorite pair and they look and feel as they'd last for years!

Toasty and comfortable ... but frankenstein looking - I love these boots for warmth and comfort but they make my feet look huge. They are not very feminine - I also have the Ugg Carlisle which is cuter - but needed a black leather boot. The left zipper does come undone about once a day, so I hope that works itself out as other readers said. I love Zappos! I've bought over a dozen shoes / boots on this site and have never had any issues!

Love 'em - I had frostbite a few years ago and have tried many winter boots over the years. My toes are numb if it's even slightly cold out. Boots are usually either warm and ugly, or stylish and impractical. These, however, seem to fit the bill. I haven't taken them out in the snow yet, but the fit and comfort and "look" are fabulous, and they keep my feet toasty warm without getting sweaty.

Confortable but not very good looking - This boots fit great and I bet they're great for cold winters, the leather is very good quality, but they're not very pretty... Much bulkier than in the picture.

Heaven! I put these boots on and thought I was walking in the clouds!! I bought a 7M, which is my normal size, and felt like I was wearing the coziest bedroom slippers. WOW! These will be my new black boots for fall and winter AND I don't have to wear socks with them!! They are much lighter in weight than my hiking boots. Too cool. Thank you Zappos for treating me like royalty every time I order shoes - I get them sooooooooo incredibly fast (like sometimes the next morning after placing the order on the previous afternoon!!) What a shoe store - and always free shipping, no matter what! I am your customer for life!!!

UGG Sierra After Dark and Obsidian - Very comfortable and warm, perfect for Chicago winters. I own both black in "After dark" and brown in "Obsidian". The quality of leather and fleece varies - it is thicker and softer on the black ones and they feel true to size, while brown ones felt almost a size larger than marked.

Ugg sierra - These are by far, the most comfortable boots ever!! Just received them today, and fit true to size. Comfort is UNBEATABLE!! Not a heavy boot like others are saying. Buying another pair for me, and 2 more for gifts. You won't be disappointed. As always Zappos is #1, great service, shipping, and quality.

Cool - Just got these last night, can't wait to wear them. Tried them on, and they are so comfortable.

Great boot in time - The fit is great and the comfort level is excellent. I usually wear a 7-1/2 to an 8 and bought these in an 8 and they are perfect. The only problem I had with them at first was the zippers kept falling down after every couple of steps. I kept pulling up on the zippers when they would slide down and that problem worked itself out after about 2 weeks.

Super comfy boots - These are incredibly warm and comfortable. They're a little clunkier than I would have liked, but they feel great.

Love these boots - I love these boots. They are very warm and comfortable. I love not having to wear socks and yet my feet are still toasty in the snow. I wore them to take my children sledding and was warm and dry the whole time. They aren't high enough for a deep snow, but perfect for everyday winter wear.

uggs - great shoe but had to return these boots were a bit heavy for my taste, but overall it was very warm and comfortable even though the zipper kept rolling down on the right foot.

Love them! So comfortable and warm. Also, customer service at Zappos is the best I have ever seen...Two days to get my shoes and I made a return for a different size over the Holidays and they were so helpful and it cost me nothing...

They feel great - I got these shoes as a Z-mas present from my spouse. They are so comfy, keep your feet warm and most definitely makes you look real sexy in then especially when u wear a nice pair of jeans.

Great boot - This is a great boot. I was very apprehensive about the whole 'no sock' thing, but it is great, feels like a bunch of cotton balls on my feet. The zipper on the right boot kind of digs into my calf, but I just leave it down a little bit. (Only the right one...strange..probably me and not the make of the boot). Overall, shipping was great (upgraded for free), great quality, just what I expected, I am totally satisfied. Worth the money.

The best winter boot I own! I LOVE this boot. I wear it with no socks and my feet are toasty warm even in the snow. I work on my feet and my feet are happy at the end of the day.
