Love them, love them, love them! Better in person than on the internet. Very true to size. Would not treat sizing as you would with the UGG Classics. Can't wait to wear them when it really gets cold up here in the NE. My husband loves them as well. Extremely comfortable. Excellent grade leather. Less chunky looking than the regular suede/classic UGGs. Thicker shearling inside. Very fashionable, yet great for the rain, and snow (wouldn't wear them in 10 feet of snow, but definitely a snowstorm, and/or a few inches of snow). Can't do that with the Suede UGGs. Would definitely recommend. Think this is the sleeper of the UGG collection!!!!!

A Michigan review - I have only worn my Ugg Larkspur 2x's, but so far I love them. I was hesitant when everyone said you don't have to wear socks, because I stay cold sometimes even in the summer. My feet stayed very warm, in temps outside of about 40 deg. I will know more as winter gets colder. I rated the look only a "4" because the area of the boot which your foot rests in seems pretty large, but other than that, the look is awesome. Zappo's is a great website, with excellent employees.

Very warm- Living in So Cal, not much need for boots here, but faced with Toronto and Utah in my travel future I needed boots for the elements. They were incredibly warm! The black ink did rub off on my feet which was fun at airport security. They did run a little narrow as well. Much cuter with pants tucked in or rolled up to see the cute buckles. With pants out over boots, they look a little clunky. Overall, pretty good boots.

UGG Review - LOVE these boots! Wore them in Alaska in single digit weather barefooted and was NEVER cold! The only comment I have is that the black dye rubs off on the skin and you have to really work to wash it off. I tried to wear socks and my feet got cold! Perhaps they could be lined with natural sheepskin....

I was a bit disappointed when I recieved the boots--the leather is not as "soft and shinny" as it look in the picture. In fact that the leather on this boots is the kind that Coach purse/bag use (thick, not soft). There is no doubt that these boots are absolutely warm and looks better than other snow boots in the market. I just wish that it can be lighter in weight and the leather can be softer. And once again, Zappos' service is the best!!

Nice, but itchy! This shoe fits well, and feels very comfortable. I also thought that it looks very cute. However, when worn without socks as suggested, I found that the wool irritated my calves. In addition, my feet were sweating, a problem most people don't seem to have. I do have rather sensitive skin, though, and these issues don't seem to crop up for everyone. People whose skin tends to be sensitive to various materials, dyes, etc., however, may want to look into another boot. While I wanted to keep this boot, as it's warm and cute, but I'm returning it because it's so itchy.

I hate wearing socks, so I thought I would be the perfect candidate for Uggs. I loved the look of these vs. the traditional Uggs. The buckles on the side are a nice touch. However...since I don't tuck my jeans into them, you really don't get to see much of the buckles. (I'm too short to tuck jeans into boots...that's a look better suited to tall women!) They are super comfy, though, and not wearing socks is everything I dreamed it would be and more. They are a bit clunky looking, but I knew that based on the photo. They remind me a bit of the Doc Martens I bought my freshman year of college in 1992. I'm more accustomed to less clunky shoes these days, so these feel a bit old school to me. But now that I've left the working world to be a stay-at-home mom, who cares about style! Comfort comes first, and these definitely deliver.

Very warm! I bought this for the winters in boston, and it was a great investment. It's really fuzzy and warm inside, and even though I usually get really cold toes, my feet have stayed warm in this. Also, they are more waterproof than other uggs because they have hard leather on the outside and fuzz on the inside, instead of just the shearling. I wear them barefoot! They don't let any water or snow in, and they fit well. I'm a 9 or a 9.5 and the 9 fit perfectly. The shearling has a little give, and it will mold to your foot. I have to say they are a bit clunky, and I was a little weary, but they fit under my boot-cut jeans. I can't wear them with pants that are too narrow around the calf, which is unfortunate, but it's worth the sacrifice. They still look ok, and I like the buckles on the side, because I have really small ankles and I made the boots narrower to fit my legs better. They are of excellent quality, and I highly recommend them to anyone trying to stay warm and dry in the snow and cold.

Happy black feet - I love these boots and would recommend them to everyone. They are extremely comfortable, warm and pretty stylin'. Easy on and off. The soles have good grip on ice and yet don't drag in too much snow from outside when coming indoors. The only "negetive" thing I have to say is, if worn as recommended with no socks (and I also recommend this!), the black dye bleeds onto your feet. But who's looking anyway?

Better in photo than reality - I own a pair of UGG slippers, the Ugg Brooks low, the Ugg Carlisle and the Ugg ultra low. So, I've had experience with Uggs. I was excited to try the Larkspur as they looked pretty stylish and a bit different. I felt that they looked cuter in the photo than in reality. Also, compared with the ultra and the brooks, which have a soft part which extends up the ankle to the calf, this part of the larkspur is rather stiff because it is leather and not suede. They were the least comfortable of any of my Uggs. Still, I would not call them uncomfortable. There are just better Uggs out there. I'd recommend the Brooks instead.
