Great boot!!! I love these boots!! They are my first pair and they are just as comfortable as my tennis shoes!! They go with everything too! I wore them with a knee length black dress and a black bohemian knit shrug and wooden jewlery and recieved tons of compliments!!! As the other reviews say, they do run big. I am an 8.5 and ordered an 8...even then they feel a little big, but not enough to cause problems. I'd start by trying a half size smaller. Thank you Zappos for great customer service and next day shipping!!!!

Dori - Love the boots but they run really large. I had to buy 2 sizes smaller than what I normally wear. Regardless of the size issue, it is worth the money for the quality and comfort.

Durango RD5002 - I love them!!!!

Found Durango Love at Zappos! I bought these hot little Durango boots last week and they arrived so quickly that I had to check the box for wings! The boots are outstanding in style, construction and most of all comfort. I wore them today - no breaking in - and it was like wearing slippers! I love them and highly recommend grabbing them now if you're thinking about getting them while the Free Shipping lasts! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Best in comfort RIGHT AWAY for that trip you're taking... I went to New Mexico and knew I would need boots. I have a bad back and am very easily upset so I bought these from Zappos and though the first fit I had to return, the second size fit perfect (they really do run a tad too big) I wear a 7 and 1/2 or 8, ended up with the half size instead. Anyway, you cannot screw up if you buy these based on comfort.

These boots are so much fun! I wear them practically every day. They look really cute with skirts, dresses, and jeans. I have wanted cowgirl boots for the longest time and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I couldn't believe how fast they came either, they came the day after I ordered them! Great service from Zappos and a terrific boot.

Love the boot, but! Normally I wear a size 9. I ordered this boot in a size 8.5 and it was still too big. I returned it and got a size 8 and it is still too big. The boot is supposed to hug your ankles. My foot comes right up out of the boot. There is no hugging in sight and these too must be returned! The boot is a great looking boot. If you get embarrassed by getting lots of compliments then you probably shouldn't wear these boots! I absolutely love them, and everyone else seems to, too. I don't have much experience with cowboy boots, but in general, these are the best boots I've ever had. Beautiful leather work, good arch support and as cute as heck! The brown color is a bit lighter than it looked in the picture though. Fairly comfy before I broke them in, but even better now. I usually wear 6 1/2, sometimes 6, and I got these in a 6. Really glad I did or they would've been way too big.

Look even better in person! I'm very pleased with these boots... they look even better in person than they do on the site. Very pleased with them, and they didn't take any breaking in!

I am so in love! I had debated for the longest time over gettting a pair of cowboy boots. I didn't want to look too country, but I love boots in general and was ready to try these. I have ordered from Zappos many times, and I knew that if I didn't like these, it would be really easy to send them back. Also, to comment on Zappos delivery, I have never received anything so quickly. I ordered them at 5:30 on Tuesday evening, and they were at our house by 2:30 on Wednesday. This was amazing. Back to the boots. They are gorgeous. I love the look and the detailing. They felt weird at first since I am not used to wearing a cowboy boot. By the end of the night, they were very comfortable. My husband had to laugh at me however and call me a cowgirl. Oh well, he knows very little about fashion!

Love my boots! Great boot, I was more than impressed with the quality of the leather and construction. The fit is excellent.

Have worn this boot every day since I received it - I had worn Durango's years ago and wore them out after having the soles replaces 3 to 4 times. I ordered these Durango's and put them on and wore them out that night and they fit like a dream. Waiting for some new styles to come in so I can order some more.

These are great shoes - Well I was looking for my first pair of cowboy boots and when I found these I knew they were perfect! I bought them and I just fell in love with them--they are comfy, stylish and totally awesome. I recommend them to anyone who wants cowboy boots. there is no way to complain about them.

Ten stars rating - My wife order the wrong size boot. We order from Phila PA on Sunday night @ 7:00PM The boots came on Tuesday. Called Tuesday night and talked to your C.S. Dept. They sent the right size boot before we sent the others boots back. The right size came on Thursday and we gave the UPS the other boots to send back.The part I liked was the return label. I printed it on line with my name andd all the bar codes and Zappos paid the postage too. Zappos e-mail me and said they got the boots we sent back. 10 stars for a great service.Also a year return policy. Thanks Zappos D.N. Phila. PA

Durango RD5002 - I had gone to a country store looking for boots. I found the boot I wanted but they did not have my size and were not expecting any more to come in. I was very disappointed, but determined to find them. It was suggested I try finding them on-line. I found them, ordered them, and am wearing them. With my high in-step, I was very cautious, thinking I would never find a boot I would be able to get onto my foot. Not so with Durango. The boot slips on nicely. It is an extremely comfortable boot, which is also what I was looking for. I have had many compliments on the look of the boot. It is smart looking and stylish without being too fancy. Just enough for work or play.

Durango RD5002 - I had tried this boot on in a store but they weren't able to get the color I wanted. I have worn boots for years and have never found one to be this comfortable before. I have had so many compliments on them and I wear them as much as I can!

Thank you once again for the super duper speedy delivery! Love the boots! Durangos do run large. Unfortunately size 8 was not available and I went with 8.5. Roomy but will be fine with inserts and thicker socks. Being a bit big also makes them instantly comfortable. Solid and well made. These are keepers! Thanks Zappos!

Great Boot - Thanks to all the reviews, I ordered these boots a half size smaller than I normally wear. (I wear an 8, ordered a 7.5) They are still a little big! They feel ok length-wise but are just a little roomy in the width, and my heel comes up a bit when I walk. They will probably do just fine with a thick pair of socks, but I am torn as to whether I should go down another half size. I have a really narrow foot, so wide shoes are usually extra loose on me. Very comfy though, and very stylish! The leather is so soft!
