I just got my boots in the mail! I took everyone's advice and ordered a 1/2 size smaller. Glad I did. They fit well with enough room for thicker socks.

Let me start by saying Zappos customer service is #1! The speed at which things are shipped and arrive is amazing. The boots are great, they do run large so don\'t be tempted to size up, fashionable without being too trendy. Great buy.

Love my new boots, they are everything I was hoping for and more, from comfort to totally posh! If you are looking for a boot to pair with jeans, skirts, leggings these are the ones. The "de-stressed" look of the leather makes the outfit pop with style! May I add, the customer service team unbelievable. I ordered these boots needed them in two days for a trip. When I asked if it was possible I was told "We will get these to you overnight." Now that's customer service, first class!

I love my Durango boots. I was tired of wearing high heeled boots and these are a great alternative. The bonus is they are very warm. You do need to order half a size smaller. They come with great instructions on how to care for your boots which I thought was worth the read. I will never again be without this type of boot, fabulous, and they came very quickly after I ordered them. Get 'em, enjoy 'em, wear 'em! You don't have to be a country girl to wear them, and like them (but it doesn't hurt).

My daughter needed western boots for a school program. This was a basic boot that wasn\'t too expensive. It is a good-looking, well-made boot that fits very well. She has a narrow foot, and the medium width fit her very well with a sock on. I would say it runs a bit narrow, but true to size. This is a great boot, and I would highly recommend it.

Great boots for a great price. They run a little big. I normally wear a 10 and I ordered a 9 1/2 and they are still a little big; I think I could have worn a 9. But I'll just wear thicker socks. They are comfortable as far as boots go, and easy to get on and off. They are a great style too, western, but not so much that you feel like you just got back from the cattle drive.

These are really cute boots. I bought a pair for myself and when my daughter saw them, she loved them too. I ended up buying a second pair for her. The color is great and they look much more expensive than they are. They are very comfortable. I usually buy a larger size in boots, but bought the same size I wear in shoes, and they fit fine. A fantastic pair of boots for the money!

Love these boots! They run a bit large; I usually wear a 8.5-9M. And I have had to start putting in some special insoles in my boots. I got 8.5 M and they are tall enough in the foot area for my insoles. I had a girlfriend try them on and they are comfortable enough for "regular" feet to go all day in!\\r\\n\\r\\nThe nubuck leather is nice and substantial and it seems that they will hold up well. I have gotten many compliments on these. Hint: I did put spray protectant on them as these will be my Houston Rodeo "work" boots!

Forget about the quality of the cowboy boots I bought my daughter for her birthday (she loves them). The customer service of this company is outstanding! I was so impressed with the young lady I talked to on the phone to place my order that I am writing this review! The boots were perfect, too. The size was just right. I love these boots! I don\'t usually wear boots because I think they get uncomfortable, but these ones weren\'t at all. I would definitely recommend them, and I\'ll be wearing them all the time! They look cute under/over jeans or with a dress or skirt.

I bought these boots for my 15 year old daughter and she just loved them! They were exactly what she wanted. They looked so cute with her sundresses. Perfect for today's styles! The fit was perfect and she said they were very comfortable. Great price for this boot too.

First, thanks to all who recommended ordering a half size down. I did and the fit is perfect. I have another pair of Durangos and like them for the comfortable footbed--there's decent arch support. I like the distressed leather on these. The only thing I don't love is the slippery sole, but hopefully some wear will fix that soon... Also I am so impressed with Zappos customer service: free next-day shipping! That plus the selection and free returns makes shopping online almost more convenient than going to the stores! Good business people.

I am a boot lover and I recently retired my high heeled ones because they hurt my feet too often. This is my first pair of \'cowboy\' boots. I read how they were so comfortable and it\'s pretty much all true. I\'ve already worn these for several days with no foot issues. I did order the half size smaller than the average size I wear which is 6.5 and the 6 feels fine with thin socks. I\'m not really into country western style but I may be converted now. These are some wonderful western boots. The only flaw is that they are a little bigger so I had to put a pair of shoe pads in. Other than that, they are very nice boots. These boots are great. The break-in time was about 10 minutes. I wore them out to work in the barn and they were comfortable almost instantly. I did take the advice of others and got a half size smaller than I usually wear. They felt a little tight in the width with heavy socks at first, but then loosened up nicely. They look really nice; not too pointed and not to blunt-toed. The distressed leather is great because they don't look "new." You can easily wear them for work or dressing up a bit. Mine will be used for both. The height of the boot is very comfortable as well. They are a little shorter than some styles which might be nice for someone with shorter legs. I personally just like the boot just at calf height for comfort.
