I ordered my regular size first and had to return...too big. I reordered a half size smaller and size is just right with socks. The color is a bit darker than shown, but still real nice. Leather is real soft and looks already broken in. I now love Zappos. Will order from again!

I bought these as a birthday gift for my daughter and she loves them! Great color, very comfortable.

They are light, stylish, and so comfortable. Within days of having these boots I trekked all over Washington, DC with no blisters whatsoever. You can wear these with dresses in the summer and skinny jeans in the winter. Any excuse to wear these boots, I do. Plus, the price is pretty unbeatable. I think Durango just makes fantastic products and would recommend these to anyone.

Also, the heel is nice, because it gives a little lift, but is small enough to still be easy to walk in, which is good for a somewhat tall girl like myself. Buy these!

Great boot! After looking at previous reviews I decided to buy my size and one size smaller and the smaller size fit. I have very wide feet and usually have to go a half size up but this was not the case. They are super comfy and have a nice rugged casual style, plus they look cute with sun dresses! These are not my first boot but they definitely look like they will last a while.

These are some really good looking shoes! They did require a break-in period. The length is good; I ordered 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear and they fit my feet well. They do feel a little narrow though. After the break in period they feel great.

These shoes were basically AWESOME. I'm usually a shoe size 8 to 8.5, and so I purchased size 8. It was definitely the right choice, since the boots seem to run on the bigger side, and more so once you break them in. Overall, beautiful boots! Awesome riding boots! I first ordered 1/2 size smaller based on testimonials, but had to reorder my correct size. They are snug when you first pull them on, but soften up very quickly. I rode with them the first day and then left them on for the rest of the day. Very comfortable with no break in period required. They have rugged good looks perfect for riding and working. Not a dress boot. I love them and highly recommend them!

Great boot. I've been searching for comfortable woman's boots for 2 years. They're all so pointy and uncomfortable, but these are wonderful. Not as pointy and has a nice insole cushion. I did put a grip on the bottom of the shoe because it was very slippery though.

I love these boots so much. I usually wear a 9 but ordered 8 1\/2 and they fit perfectly. They were a bit tough to get on the first time and I thought they were too small but after the first wear they do go on easier. They are very comfortable and the color is perfect. I want them in red and black now. I have received so many compliments on them and have reffered all my friends to Zappos. I am going to buy more boots from them. I received them within 3 to 4 days after I ordered and never had a problem.

I love, love, love your service. These boots fit true to size. I am very petite, but my feet are on the wider side. I wear a 6.5 shoe size, and was afraid that these boots might be painful. From the 1st day that I put these boots on, it was like wearing an old friend. I have gone riding in them twice, and they are a dream come true. It is extremely hard to find riding boots in our area. I purchased these boots as a present for my daughter and she absolutely loved them. As with most everyone else reviewing these, I ordered a 1\/2 size smaller than her normal shoe size and they fit perfectly. You should note that the color is slightly more tan than the photo, - but it\'s a pretty tan.

Beautiful boot! A rich, distressed brown, barely noticeable Western stitching, which makes them elegant and versatile. I read the other reviews and ordered a 6.5 instead of my usual 7 and they fit perfectly. I am returning them only because I also bought a pair of Justin shoes in the same color which are slightly taller, so the calf fit a bit tighter on my slim legs. For a dark boot the taller, slimmer fit looked better on a petite like me; however, if these came in a caramel or other light color I would definitely buy them!

These are great boots. The only thing I would suggest is ordering a size smaller than you normally wear. I usually wear an 8 1/2 to a 9. I ordered the 8 1/2 and it is a little roomy, but nothing thick socks can’t fix, and they don't slip off my feet. I felt that the 8 would have fit me more like a riding boot. But overall, they are very comfortable, good-looking boots.

These boots are so nice! They are stylish and fit like slippers! I could wear them all day to work, and then to walk the dog and not want to take them off! The only thing is, they do run large. I usually wear an 8, so I got a 7 1/2, and now I've worn them a few weeks and wish I had gotten a whole size smaller. It is soft leather so it will definitely stretch with thicker socks. I would definitely recommend this boot!

Great boots for someone, not really into cowboy boots. They are comfortable and clean up easy (wore them horseback riding). My 14 yo can’t wait to get her hands on them.

These boots are so comfortable...and stylish! The size is true - no need to buy a larger size, but wear good boot socks. I was going to buy them at a western wear outfitters but found and bought a fancier pair. Then I decided I had to have these and chose to buy them on Zappos - glad I did. Based on others' comments I ordered a size smaller than normal, and they fit well. They were a little loose in the ankles...but I've never worn cowboy boots before, so I'm not sure if that's how they're supposed to fit.

Am positively thrilled with these boots. I heeded advice from others and ordered a half size shorter and they fit perfectly from the first minute. Wore them all day teaching middle school. I have a narrow to medium foot and have never had confidence in ordering boots or shoes before. Ordered one evening and got them the next day. Yeah! Zappos!!

Bought my wife her first pair of boots for Christmas and she was extremely pleased with the color, leather soles and the overall look. She wears these boots all the time now and they look GREAT with just jeans or even dressed up. They looked just like the picture on the web and continue to look better and better with each day of wear. I read a lot of the previous customer reviews myself before purchasing these cowboy boots and found them to be very reliable. I would definitely buy them again and delivery was fast and reliable.

What a great experience with Zappos! The boots I ordered came in record time and fit wonderfully. I normally wear a size 8.5, but after reading the very helpful reviews left by others, I ordered a half size smaller. This was definitely a good move and I was very pleased with the whole experience. I go through a pair of these boots every year or so while working on my Ranch. They are very well made, and the only reason I ever buy new ones is because it cost less to buy new than to have them resoled. \r\n\r\nYou need to order one size smaller than your regular shoe size, so they will fit well. \r\n\r\nThey feel so great that I never notice that I\'m wearing them while on the horse, fixing the fence, or mucking out the stalls.

Nice boots, quick service - They still slip on the heel. Boots are nice, service during order perfect.

Distressed Durango - These boots are really authentic, but very fashion conscious. It takes awhile getting used to the "slip" fit of the heel, but well worth it!
