I have only really worn work and combat boots in the past. Let me tell you that I now wear these boots all the time, they are so comfortable and look great. The break in is almost non existent as I wore them for 6 hours the first day and walked all over with no blisters and my feet really did not hurt the way boots normally do for the first week. If you are on the fence just get them you won't regret it.

These boots are incredibly comfortable! I wear them every single day! I wear an 8.5 in most boots, but a 7.5 - 8 in regular shoes. I bought these boots in an 8.5 and they are a bit too big. Next time I buy these amazingly comfortable boots, I'll try them in an 8. Bottom line, I highly recommend these boots!

Bought these boots for my daughter and she loves them. She says they are the most comfortable boots she's ever had. She primarily wears them to ride and they're great with her spurs. They are Ariat so they are strong and sturdy. No complaints.

These boots are the most comfortable I have ever had! The sizes are perfect. Usually in boots you have to go up one size but these shoes are true to size. I love these boots!!

I bought this boot recently and really love it. It is very comfortable and I use it as a work boot and really give it a work out. Will definitely buy this boot again.

I'd never had western style boots, but had been eyeing them for a long time. My husband gave me these for Christmas last year. At first they felt a bit tight (I wear either a 7.5 or 8 and he bought 7.5). Within a few days of wearing they had conformed to my feet. I now wear these basically everywhere outside of work. I've worn them traveling, walked miles around New Orleans and more. They are SO comfortable. I don't like the color pink, but the pink is subdued enough (I have the brown ones) that it isn't horrible. I would LOVE it if they had some with orange stitching instead! The only bad thing about these is that I can't get the exact same pair in steel toe (which is a requirement for me at work). The boot truck came to work and I bought a competitor's steel toe boot and it's quite uncomfortable. I will be going back and looking at the Ariat offerings again to see what they have in steel toe that is short like this boot and is attractive (dark brown with orange stitching would be ideal!).

These boots need no breaking in! The second time I wore them, I wore them to work and I was on my feet for 6 hours and had no issues! Love them!!!

I have been wearing these days in and out and by the end of the day, my feet have not felt fatigued! Love these!

I'm still wearing Ariat boots I bought 15 years ago! These boots are comfortable right away and absolutely beautiful!

I purchased this gift for my mother as a birthday present. She was tickled with them! This is the first pair of boots she's owned. They're comfortable enough to wear daily and that's exactly what she's doing.

I have the distressed and they are the best fitting work boot. Nice and snug true to size out of the box. Plenty of room for my toes and narrow enough that I don't get much heel lift. For those who have narrower feet that's usually a problem. If you watch the fit video, you should have no more than 1/8" lift. That's not much! I have been working in these boots for a month now and the foot still fits great. The shaft has gotten a little wide so I seem to always be dumping out stuff from them if I have pants tucked in. If jeans on the outside you can really see the line of the boot. I do a lot of bending, etc. so I'm sure this is just normal leather break in. After all, I wanted a work boot - not a fashion statement. There are other choices for that.

Bought two pairs so my wife and daughter would both have new barn boots for barn work. The reports I'm getting are that they are comfortable and keeping their feet dry. While shopping the other day, my wife had to look down at one point because she thought she had sneakers on.

I work as a steel construction manager and needed boots for occasional onsite visits (or atleast that was my excuse for buying these!) Love them!

Came in lookin great and they have already started to break in! Worth every penny and a classic look.

These look lovely, the fit is so comfortable, and they feel very well made. I originally got the regular but they were too narrow on my foot, so I exchanged them for wide and they fit perfectly.

I have been browsing cowboy boots online for about a year now, and was very hesitant to commit. I def wanted cowboy boots, but since my feet are really wide, I was worried about finding some that weren't too narrow (sometimes even "wide" width shoes are too narrow for me), and I don't really do the time and pain to break in shoes anymore -- if they are not comfortable from jump, they're not for me -- too many blisters/raw skin from past shoes that looked cute but never really broke in anyway. BUT THEN. I finally took a chance and ordered these boots with my birthday money, and I LOVE THEM. It's true what everyone says about size -- I wear a 7 1/2 normally, so I went a half size down to 7, but they still seemed too big (way too much space between my toes and the end of the boot). Ordered the 6 1/2, and they were great! They were a little too tight over the instep, so I did do a little of that steaming the inside/stretching with my fist, wore them around with thick socks for a few hours, and they are perfect now. Living in NYC, I walk everywhere and they are so comfortable. YAYYYYYYY BOOTS!!!

I bought these to replace another pair of the same boots that I've had for years. The old boots had logged many, many hiking miles plus lots of time in the yard and at work. I'd had them for so long I was worried that the new ones would be different/not as good. I was so happy when they arrived and they were just the same! So comfortable, they don't need any breaking in.
