Love these shoes. Bought them for Zumba class and have found my knees feel much, much better. Easier to pivot and turn, not "grippy."

I bought these for my son for son for his ballroom classes. He loves them and has thanked me numerous times. He says its like dancing on clouds when he puts them on! They have improved his cha-cha moves! Zappos, thank you for having such wonderful service! These arrived just in time for the holidays.

My daughter wears this shoe for hip-hop. She likes it because it gives her a lot of support and flexiblity. Also, when we go on vacation her feet always hurt because we do so much walking. I recommended for her to take her capezio dance shoes and she had pain free feet, which made our trip much more enjoyable.

Love this dance shoe. I use this in lieu of gillies for soft shoe Irish Step Dancing classes and long practice sessions. Buy 1 size larger than street shoe. Split sole allows for good toe points. Excellent support for leaps, although they are heavier than gillies so expect to be tired if dancing lots of leaps. Works surprisingly well for rocks too as split sole allows for feet to be pulled tight while crossed and turned out.

I need tons of arch support, so I can\'t wear just any old sneaker in my hip hop dance classes. These shoes are perfect and my calf muscles and knees thank me for getting them. They run about a half size small, so order up. \r\n\r\nZappos charges a little more for these than discount dance supply places, but they offer more sizes and free shipping both ways. Totally worth the extra money.

This is a great shoe. My daughter had a pair for poms in high school and she told me they were comfortable and worked well for dance. I bought them for Zumba and they are awesome. With my old shoes, my knees were sore. Now all is well. I love these shoes and have recommended them to others.

Too Small - Great shoes but I take an 8 in almost everything and ordered an 8.5. When it came it felt like a 7.5. I had to order 1.5 sizes bigger than normal to get a shoe that fit.

I LOVE THESE - I now have my entire dance class wearing these shoes, they are wonderful. I usually wear a size 5.5 in shoes, but wear 6.5 in these.

This is a good shoe for zumba classes. The bottom is a little slick, but stil works. The shoe runs small. I always wear a 7 and I ordered an 8.

I love the Capezios but will warn you that sizing is tough - I had to return twice for a larger size. But Zappo makes exchanges so easier, I almost didn't mind!

Nice, but not what I wanted - These shoes might be great for a different kind of dancing. I do Jazzercise, and my foot slid around inside this shoe just a little too much. I need more stability. Also, I wear a size 8 but due to the feedback on this shoe I bought a 9. It fit just fine.

I normally wear a size 9, but due to the reviews and the fact that I knew I'd be exercising hard in these shoes, I ordered a 10 and a 10.5 to try. I tried the 10.5 first and found them to be a bit crowded in the toe box, so I didn't even bother trying on the 10. I'm sending them both back for several reasons, the first being the slight crowding. The nail on my big toe (I keep my nails very short, so it wasn't because they were long) was bumping on the top of the shoe, and that didn't seem like a good idea. Also, the ankle area has a huge pad that doesn't seem to accomplish anything at all but looks awful and made it harder to lace the shoes snug. I have narrow feet so I always have to snug up the laces as much as I can. I did like the fact that the laces help support the arch area because there's no sole under the arch, which didn't seem to be noticeable at all. The arch felt supportive enough. The bottom of the shoe would work well for Zumba because it's slick instead of sticky, like most running/walking shoes. The main caveat I'd stress on these shoes is order up in size. Even 1.5 or 2 sizes. Depends on how your foot is in shoes. Mine always slips down and hits the end of the shoe because I'm flat-footed so I'm very careful to get shoes long enough. I can't really say I would recommend these shoes, but I think they would work well if you had the right kind of feet.

Knew this ran small especially for a man and usually wear a 9 1/2 or 10 had to get a 12 that fit right but it is comfortable and makes the Zumba moves easier. Even wore them to a ball room dance, not bad looking shoes.

I ordered Dansneakers to replace my worn to the bone 7 year olds. They arrived in 2 days. A little too small. Called support and they said send them back. I sent them back the same day and my 1/2 size bigger shoes arrived the next day. Charge to me, zero dollars. Couldn't be happier. I just had knee replacement and the extra cushioning is a godsend to me.

I have bought two of Capezio’s Fierce Dancesneakers this year. I have been a dancer for over 20 years and love Capezio shoes. However, this time I bought one for dance and one for work. I need shoes that I can wear for 9 hours straight and that won’t slip. These shoes are very comfortable and they grip the floor well. I actually wore them while climbing up the Eiffel Tower, all 1665 steps, while it was raining, and my feet didn’t hurt or slip.

I got these for my dance class because the sneakers I usually wear are too grippy and do not have enough support. These shoes are very lightweight and easy to move in. The split toe takes some getting used to. I felt like I was wearing lifts, the soles are so thick. If you don't need the added support or bulk, there are non sneaker type dance shoes that may be preferable. Also the rubber on the soles are very slick making it easy to spin and twist on wooden and concrete dance floors, but you should take care on carpet until you are used to them.

I purchased the Capezio Fierce Dancesneaker for Zumba. They are the best. I would recommend any one who is taking Zumba to purchase these shoes. They make the moves much easier to perform and relieves stress to the knees. Well worth the money. Thanks.

This is my second pair of these shoes. They are good for jazz, zumba, and ballroom practice. They are comfortable. I usually wear a size 7 1/2, but got these in 8 1/2. I remove the insole and put in my own orthotic.

This was my first experience using Zappos. The customer contact person was helpful and really pleasant. The product came when promised, received in good condition, and it is a comfortable good quality shoe. It has really elevated my enjoyment in dancing. I have already recommended Zappos to my friends and plan to use them again in the future. Thank you!

I bought these shoes for my Zumba class. They are great for pivots and don't stick to the floor. Very knee friendly. I love them!

I had trouble getting the right size and fit in a dance sneaker. Zappos was very convenient and customer service oriented, by providing free shipping and free returns. I finally got a pair I really like. I needed a 1/2 size larger than my normal athletic shoe. This shoe works great in a Zumba class I am taking. Very comfortable and flexible, also smart looking.

Capezio's Fierce Dancesneaker - These shoes are great. They are light weight and provide great arch flexibility. I needed a full size larger than my regular size for a perfect fit.

Like this shoe - I tried these out in Zumba class and liked them. I'm new to Zumba, but these were comfortable the first time. Based on reviews, I ordered them a size larger than street size, but still had to go larger, so I went to two sizes larger (13!!). I'm glad Zappos carries shoes that big and as always their customer service is beyond compare.
