I thought I liked this shoe, but I wore it once on the stage and the heel started to wobble on the right shoe. My foot slid forward and the heel bent backward, like it would snap off if I put too much weight on it. I am not a very heavy person, so I am sure the heel should not loosen up from standing on it! It's just not well-attached to the sole. The design is bad...needs some kind of connecting bridge between the heel and the rest of the shoe to prevent it from separating from the sole. I am very disappointed but Zappos is great and said I could return it because it's defective. I have ordered some other brands to try to replace the shoe, in a mary jane style to look like a theatrical shoe. This shoe is cheap and you get what you pay for! I like the Capezio professional line...costs three times the price, but they are sold out of the lower heels in my size. I have the 3" Professional Stage t-straps and needed a low heel.

After I had made my choice, returning the other choices was a breeze. Zappos makes returns a simple and efficient process. The Capezio T-strap shoes fit true to size and seem to be of good quality.

I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit due to my narrow heel and more average ball of the foot. Zappos is my saving grace! This is the second pair of shoes I have bought from Zappos and they fit just as well as the Vanelis I bought the first time. They are so comfortable, the heel is not too high, but high enough to be stylish, and the shoe runs true to size. Additionally how can you not love a retailer that gives you upgraded shipping just because? These shoes arrived in one day! I am so impressed and will be a customer for life.

The shoes are extremely comfortable. I was able to attend a wedding, dance and walk all day without discomfort the first time I wore them. This is quite unusual for me. They also are true to size and a very good buy. They come up a bit higher in the back so they are a good fit for those that wear inserts.

My favorite Capezio shoe is the T-Strap. My husband and I dance country western. My first pair was 26 years ago. I had black and beige. I wanted more colors, but they weren't available. When the beige shoes got so scuffed (from husband stepping on me) the shoe man dyed them a light gray for me...to match my husband’s boots!! The black ones are being resoled and heeled for the third time! The first time I wore them, they fit like a glove...and to my delight I didn't get any blisters. I am the proud owner of 5 pair now and I won't wear anything else for dancing or when I get dressed up. There is nothing else that compares...and Zappos was wonderful to deal with. Thank you Zappos. I look forward to many more years of doing business with you.

This is a great shoe!! I have unusual feet - 10 AA and I wasn't sure these shoes would be very comfortable when I received them because they still felt a little wide. My fears were totally unfounded because the first time I wore the shoes I danced for 2 hours and they were extremely comfortable! That was the first time I wore them! I was shocked! I would highly recommend them!

I am in a theatrical production and needed a medium low heel that I can really run across the stage in. I have the 3" Stage Professional T-strap of Capezio's, but I needed to be able to run in these. I usually wear a size 8M, but I got several pairs in different sizes and the size 8.5W fit me just right with room to put in an orthotic. However, this is the first Capezio I ever saw with padding and an arch support already! Even the expensive Professional ones I already have no padding or arch support! I really like these and they don't look wide even in the wide width. Only thing is I wish Capezio would standardize their fit and sizing! I'm sick of trying to guess what size I wear! Thank goodness for Zappos and their great shipping and return policy! Got 'em overnight and have the others already packed to send back. I love Zappos!
