Capezio Daisy review- The classic dance shoe is very well made and looked great with my costume... I will use it for dancing, too... after I have the shoes stretched in length. I ordered a half size bigger, but should have ordered a full size bigger, as they do run short!

I bought these to wear as slippers when I travel. They are thin and will work for that use.

Bought for at-home wear and exercise...for NON-Ballerinas - I ordered a full size larger than my street shoe size. Not only was it too long, the "W" width is too wide for my E/EE foot. Within TWO HOURS of putting them on, the pretty floral lining began wearing off at the toe! The pink shoes are a beautiful color but I prefer the Capezio TekNik because it has a sturdier and more supportive sole.

Capezio Daisy - Rule of thumb for ballet shoe-fitting is to buy 2 sizes smaller than a street shoe. I wear an 8N. The width was perfect in the size 6 but the length was WAY too small. I'm exchanging for a size 7. Love the shoe, love the price, love the cute little daisy-printed fabric liner. Will keep trying until I get the perfect fit!

I ordered a full size larger than my regular one but the shoe was still too small. I really liked it otherwise and will try again.

I usually wear a 9.5 in sandals, street ballet flats, dress shoes, moccasins, etc, and a 10 in boots, gym shoes, Nike Musique dance shoes, etc. I ordered both a 9.5 and a 10 to compare as I just started taking ballet classes and wasn't sure how the fit would be. My recommendation is to go with your boot/gym shoe size. I'm keeping the 10. It was still a bit snug in the toe area, but after wearing to a couple of classes they are comfortable and fit perfectly. Hope this helps others as when I was trying to figure out what to order I didn't really come across anyone giving information regarding size and fit in their comments.

I ordered these slippers a year ago. I wear them so often that I wore a hole in them and will order another pair immediately. It 's like going barefoot. I wear them to work, shopping, whenever I just want to have my feet covered. I am not in ballet or yoga, I just got them because I wanted the flattest flat possible!

not comfortable in the toe area (too tight); i assume this will improve after the material stretches but i have broken toes etc. so having to break the shoes in (and not have them be comfortable from the start) is not ideal. there is also a lump under the ball of foot in both shoes where the fabric and leather are gathered in, it is especially noticeable since the shoes are otherwise very flat. i wanted something completely flat barefoot-style to wear as slippers. so that lump in the sole is my main complaint but it is just how the shoe is made. i will still wear them and may buy again in a larger size.

Loved these ballet slippers. Just what I needed. Soft leather and good look, but unfortunately even the Narrow width was too wide for me. I used to be able to find AA width shoes. Not many these days.

for me, these were a bit tight and had to be broken in. i wear them as house slippers and really like them, but unfortunately around the same time they were finally well broken in, the insole linings fell apart and then came out completely, leaving behind a tacky glue residue. now i wear them with no lining, which is kind of gross and uncomfortable. please sell a replacement insole thin enough to wear in ballerina slippers.

exactly how i remember them from when i was a kid, bought to wear around the house, very comfortable, i am between an 8 & 8.5 and the 8.5 fir best.

Perfect classic ballet shoe.

This is my second pair. I wear them around the house instead of slippers. Love them!

The fit is perfect and they are very comfortable. I bought a second pair by the second day. I love the style - much better than wearing slides or slippers. I don't dance in them

I ordered for my 9 year old daughter and her ballet class. She wears a 3 in street shoe size so i ordered a 4.5B. She loves them so far. They do look super cute on her feet.

True to size. Fine basic ballet shoe.

Durable dance shoe

I am writing the reviews since I know others have the same questions about sizing when looking for dance shoes for kids. The sizes available in Kids seem to stop at 1.5 or 2. My daughter is a size 3-3.5 in Vans and needed the size 5 adult in this ballet slipper. I ordered 3 pair and sent the size 4 back but kept the 5 which fit now and the 5.5 for when she grows out of them. She is thin so I ordered the Narrow width which fit perfectly. The value is excellent - these are not overpriced given the cost of jazz shoes and they really hold up. Her previous pair of ballet slippers look brand new and she has worn them for several months before growing out of them.

Perfect! Exactly what I needed for the dance class I'm starting. And so happy to be able to get them in black. They arrived quickly, just in time for my first class. I am a happy camper!

I ordered these in my normal street size shoe as directed but they feel at least a full size too large. I am returning them and re-ordering a smaller size because they are just what I was looking for except the size.

I bought these to tuck in my purse when I go to my son's wedding. If the heels I'll wear start pinching when I dance, I'll slip these on and dance all night! I was glad to find them so conveniently- and I didn't even have to sew on the elastic band- it's already on!

These are a great price for a very basic ballet slipper. I got them to wear as flats on dry days. Initially stiff, but I think they will mold to my foot after a bit of wear. Very pleased and will likely order in another color.
