Instant Comfort - Beautiful shoe/slipper. Extremely well made. True to fit/size. Instant comfort. No break in period necessary. Worth every penny. First time I ever tried SoftWalk and I will definitely be back for another pair.

Best Shoe I own! I have had a partial knee replacement and these are absolutely perfect in terms of how high they are, how supportive they are, and how blessed cute they are. I have owned softwalks now for a couple years, and they continue to perform as awesome shoes!

This shoe was even more comfortable than I expected. It's like walking on pillows.

Great comfort!! I love the soft walk San Mateo slides. They are easy to walk in and extremely comfortable. Only negative note is that I had to return the regular ones and reorder the wide width. I do not have particularly wide feet, so that is something to watch for.

Most comfy shoes I own - I have a shoe f‏etish and own a lot of shoes, but this shoe is a toe above all the rest! I had to return them and get a 1/2 size larger due to my high instep, but these shoes are worth the money.

2nd pair - My first pair of SoftWalks wore out after two plus years. I loved them so much that I bought this pair to replace them. They are getting a good workout - been shopping in them and they were very comfortable the whole day!

Love this mule! Beautiful embossed, detailed mule, Oh so comfortable! I am wearing them alot. I wanted a dressier black mule that I could also wear to work, and would still look perfect with my jeans...this is it. I am getting compliments on my mules!!!! In my first experience with Softwalk, the insole makes a squishy sound, THESE DON'T. I am glad that I ordered them. I ordered a black Clarks, and a black Josef Seibel to meet my needs. I love these the best, but I kept them all. The Softwalk San Mateo is a classy mule, the Clarks more casual, and the Josef Seibel has a nice low heel for those pants that are a bit long. All are super comfortable. Zappos upgraded my 3 shoe order shipping to overnight!

All I wear - SoftWalks are all I wear anymore, they are so comfortable. I would recommend them to everyone. Have walked for miles in them & never had my feet feel uncomfortable.

Very comfortable - I'm a fan of the Soft Walk brand and already wear (and love) San Mateo in the black woven style. The Congnac Calf seems roomier in both width and length than the black woven, even though I've been wearing the black pair for several months. The Cognac Calf is a little shiner than I realized it would be from looking at the photo, but still cute and a nice shade of copperish-brown.

Comfortable - Very comfortable. Style is ok, I would have preferred another color but they were all gone. Wore it shopping, had no problems. Very soft inside.

A comfortable attractive shoe - I have problem feet due to arthritis and these shoes are very comfortable. I wear them all day without a problem. They are also a very nice looking shoe. I have another pair of Softwalk shoes and this brand receives my highest recommendation for comfort and style.

Comfy fit - These shoes feel great from the minute I first put them on. I can wear them to work all day and my feet and legs don't hurt. This is my second pair. I receive a lot of compliments.

Great Shoe! This is a great shoe I was able to take it right out of the box and wear without any "breaking in" I love all the SoftWalk shoes, I am only wearing the mules or clogs, I have a swelling problem and these styles make it easy to slip on and slip off.

A Soft Walk Thumbs Up! I have enjoyed all of my SoftWalk shoes, but the San Mateo is just perfect in terms of fit, comfort, and design. It looks good, feels good, and couldn't fit my long, slender feet better. I am so very pleased with this purchase.

Attractive and comfy - This is the second pair of this style that I have purchased. It is an attractive and comfy shoe.

Great Comfy Shoe! The first time I wore these shoes I walked all over Las Vegas and continued to wear them for four days! I finally got a sore spot where the lining seam is but that's gone now and they're by far my favorite shoes. I may end up with every color they offer!

Mother's Day Present - I'm a big fan of SoftWalk. The San Mateo is a big favorite of mine and my mothers. The last pair I purchased in the metallic color was a present for my mother for Mother's Day. She loves the ease with which you can slip them on and the comfort of the inner sole can't be beat. I happen to be wearing a pair even as I write this review. A real winner, one of your best.

Comfy but stretches - I love this shoe but I bought a wide the first time because that's what I normally need. The shoe stretched so much that the fit became very sloppy and I was walking out of the shoes all the time. But I did like the shoe so I ordered a medium and it has been fine. The little that it has stretched has been exactly what I needed.

Good Shoes! These shoes are super comfortable, yet nice-looking. I like them so much that I have two pairs--one to wear when the first pair expires!

Comfort Plus - These are wonderful shoes. Soooo comfy!. I have a narrow foot and they were just right. So comfortable that I wore them all day the very first day. Highly recommend this style and brand.

San Mateo SoftWalk - I love them! I may have a pair in every color available. Very comfortable without them being athletic shoes - yeah!

Love them! This is at least my sixth pair of San Mateo's. My favorite is the woven style. I wear them with dress slacks and jeans. They are exceptionally comfortable and sharp looking. I am very heavy, have arthritis and my feet are extremely sensitive. I wear these shoes to work almost every day, because they are the only ones that are truly comfortable all day. I wear 10 1/2 WW, so Zappos is the only place I buy my shoes, and they have the best service ever!

Love these shoes. Light weight, plenty of toe room, can be worn with casual clothes or business casual. Mine are the black flower design and they are beautiful, even for an 8 1/2 WW.

Feels like a slipper! This shoe is wonderful. I have it in different colors and suede and leather (5 pairs). It feels like you're wearing slippers. I highly recommend this brand.

This Mule is No Donkey! This is an extremely comfortable and attractive shoe. I ordered it first in the Denim Flower, but wasn't really happy with the color. I decided to return them, and a few weeks later the Navy Flower appeared -- I love everything about the shoe including the color, which works great with jeans and other wardrobe staples, both pants and skirts. Unlike some other mules I have ordered, these stay on your feet without sliding. Highly recommended!
