Finally shoes that fit perfect. Ordered 11B for my 10 1/2 - 11 B high arched foot. Great as is, fantastic with added insoles. Great shoes in every way. More comfort than any other high rated brands I have had. Zappos excellent to deal with.

I looks like a great shoe but ran big for me. Had to return, no half size available for me in this shoe.

Great fit super comfy, give them one day to break them in and you are good to go. I would buy them again.

I loved the shoe but what was best was the selection. I have size 11 woman's shoe and the cost is comparable to local stores which is wonderful. I try to shop local but it is very difficult with my shoe size. Hurray Zappos!

I've only worn these a few times so far but they are comfortable and reasonably priced. I LOVE that they come in wides. Other colleagues have the same shoe and the consensus seems to be that they are a good option for nurses who are on their feet all day/night. I am glad to have them as part of my small but functional work wardrobe.

These shoes fit well and are very comfortable and light. I work in a medical clinic and find them to be good looking enough for office wear, a step up from my black sneakers. I found a good price at Zappos so was pleased to buy them here. Great work shoes. I'm wearing them now!

Extremely comfy. First time wearing them I had to get used to them but my feet never hurt after working a long shift waitressing. Runs true to size.

These shoes are great! Great arch support. My ankles and knees feel pretty good after standing at work for hours.

I love these shoes...make my 12 hour shifts much more bearable. My only dislike is that I wear white socks and they turn my socks black. I stand in a recovery room or the ER most of my shift, we transport lots of beds to the floors, these shoes have been a godsend for my feet. I love the the support they give so much that I have worn them for the last two years to do country line dancing. The cushioned soles help protect the balls of my feet. I recently switched to boots to be more trendy but this past Friday I switched back!

I bought these for my wife as she works on her feet all day in a kitchen. Since she got them, she no longer complains of tired feet. They are very light, very attractive, easy on, easy off and they have great texture! You will not regret buying these - and, you need not add shoe inserts.

Very Comfortable - I have bunions and these shoes are very comfortable. I would not wear them all the time because of the soft ankle support. They don't look bad also. They are very light. I am impressed with them. My one question is whether they are too wide around the middle of my foot. We'll see!

Very nice shoe! This shoe fit perfectly the first time I tried it on, and it still feels perfect. I had to insert my own orthodics and the shoe feels wonderful. No rubbing, no tight spots, all in all a wonderful find, and they had it in navy - a hard to find color in a shoe!

Great Shoes - I put this shoe on and it felt like I had always had them. Very comfortable. No breaking in.

Super comfortable work shoe - I am very happy with the Dove Nurse Mate shoes I recently purchased - excellent fit, feel good all day. Sometimes in the past with new shoes, I've taken an old pair with me on the first day just in case... that wasn't necessary, these shoes were comfortable from the first time I put them on. Also, I love the Zappos service - easy ordering, fast delivery, simple plan for returning items if not satisfactory. I'll keep buying from Zappos!

I love them! These shoes fit nicely. They actually appear blue rather than black as lots of navy shoes do. They fit my flat feet, but may not fit everyone's foot shape. I would recommend them for any one who spends a lot of time on their feet. They are well cushioned and a bargain at their current price.

I love these shoes... I LOVE EM!! Never before have my work shoes been so cozy and light weight. I love these shoes. Right out of the box they were perfect. I’m a cashier and I have to stand and walk around for 14 hours. These little guys hit the mark. I love them...A great little shoe, cute and stylish for work. Granted they have that clinical look somewhat, but after 14 hours on my feet, I don’t care. These gems love my feet all day. I hate to take them off when I get home...

Greatest work shoe - Being a pharmacist for 24 years, I am always on the look out for comfortable work shoe. Nurse Mates has finally done the best thing in COLOR and a wide width, it’s about time. I now own the Dove in 3 colors and will be wearing them every day to work.

Real comfort - Being on my feet all night at work, I found these shoes had great comfort. Usually after 3-4 hours my feet ache. However, before I knew it, the 8 hours were over and my feet felt great. I put inserts in only because I have high arches, but the shoes themselves, I truly recommend them for anyone who puts in long hours on their feet.

Pleased with Dove - The grain on one shoe is larger than the grain on the other. I am probably the only one who will notice.

Comfy Cozy - I have been looking all over for a pair of casual blue shoes. I was surprised how comfortable these shoes are. They look great with jeans and also nice with casual pants.

Dove Nurse Mates - If you are on your feet for long periods of time, this is the shoe to purchase. I was standing on my feet for approximately 9 to 10 hours wearing a pair of tennis shoes and my feet and legs were killing me. I came home got on the Zappos site and found these shoes (of course with Zappos great service, I had them the next day) and I love them. They are extremely comfortable and give you the support and comfort you need when you're on your feet for long periods of time. The leather is soft not stiff, but still provides the support and comfort needed. Buy them. You won't regret it. I certainly didn't.

Look No Further - These Are The Best! Absolutely the best shoe purchase I have made in a long time. My back and feet love them!

Nurse Mate Dove - This is the second pair of Nurse Mate Dove's that I have purchased. The first pair I wore for over a year before the heel wore down to the point where I needed a new pair. I love these shoes and will continue to buy them. I am not a nurse but have had foot issues and these shoes give me the support I need in the arch and the heel. You cannot go wrong with a pair of these shoes.

Never thought I'd wear slip on shoes! I never thought I'd wear slip on shoes because nearly all the time the shoes would not stay on my feet. But these shoes are TERRIFIC! They stay on my feet and are comfortable all day long. I also need a lift on my left foot and the shoe maker can take off the sole of this shoe easily to insert the lift and the shoe looks like it was originally made that way. I buy these in a 6 1/2 and usually wear a size 6. You can't go wrong buying these shoes.
