Great functional daily shoe. Not too heavy. My son doesn't like the waxy laces (need to double knot!), but that is an easy fix. They seem pretty durable, but we've only worn for 1 month. The buck is very nice-looking; not too dark or light. Happy with this purchase, would recommend. We bought a second pair as backup to rotate, but not sure that will be necessary. The soles are industrial! Run true to size.

Very confortable shoe for work. It can be used in a semiformal way, too.
I'd also recommend:
Rockport is best for me since I have a wide and very short feet. Shoes are very hard to find.

I have wide feet (12E) and these shoes fit great. Rockport shoes generally have always been a good fit for my feet.

These shoes look great, and will end up looking better as they age. They run a little longer and more narrow than my normal shoes/sizing, so I had to go up in width and down half a size to get the right fit.

have been wearing these since the 1980's the originals had softer upper leathers with better leather feel, but still love them.... will wear them to retirement ! Will retire old ones to lawn care, bottoms wear smooth and cause slip on wet concrete usually get 2 years out of them, still comfortable, don't stop making them. used to cost $100 way back then.

I have been using this style in various colrs for many years. very comfortable. Sized right, Excelent wear I walk 4 to 5 miles a day in these at work .

I love the shoes but the issue is the shoestrings. After 1 week of wear, the laces are starting to fray. I have requested replacements (Brown and Round).

Ive had these shoes for about 4-5years and they have been one of the best pair of shoes ive ever had. They have very good support and are waterproof, so they are great for walking my dog before going to work and especially when it is raining. Because they are low-tops i also happen to slip them on whenever i need to throw shoes on quickly to take out the trash etc. Its convenient when your throw-on shoes are sturdy and waterproof too! I will probably order another pair of these soon

I live in the Pacific Northwest. We get less actual water from rain, but it's rainy a lot more of the time, so it's useful to have shoes that can handle the weather. I've been wearing Northfields for years. They are comfortable around the house, when out and about, and on my 4-mile walks along local streets and trails.

I love the Northfield Waterproof Oxford shoes I received from Rockport, they fit well and are comfortable to wear right away. The delivery was very quick. Can't go wrong with Rockport Shoes!
