After only a couple weeks of wearing these shoes the front toes have no Nubuck finish on them. It started to appear dark and shiny almost immediately. The shoes are also covered with tiny spots even though they are supposed to be waterproof. The point of this review is that the customer service at Zappos is AMAZING. I wrote a note this morning to ask about the warranty on the shoes and to see about returning them. Not only did Zappos respond within the hour but they issued a full credit, no need to return the shoes, no pictures needed and NO expectation of anything from me. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to deal with a company as amazing as this. I will continue to purchase ALL our shoes from Zappos.

I have ordered these in the past and I have to warn everyone they don't last longer that 3-4 months!The sole just disappears, tread is gone. Comfort was fine but if you wear them to work everyday you may need a FEW pairs

I like the sole; it's good for the ice and snow. But I am disappointed in the overall quality of the shoe. I kicked a curb and a small piece of the outer portion tore. There's a little flap on the toe now.

I've been buying Rockport for decades. This item does not have the quality you would expect from Rockport must have changed to lower quality materials I wore them to work (office) twice a week after a few months the soles were worn out. I will think twice about buying Rockport again.

Comfortable on my feet all day for a wedding, and look good enough as well. They could use a little more arch support, but I can get insoles to help with that, and I have larger than average arches as well.

Being that they are a dressy/casual shoe and hard on the outside they take a bit of walking around and making sure they fit goo. For a narrow, which is hard to find in a Men's shoe, it's pretty good. Will last a long while.

the fit was perfect after I tried two other different pairs of shoes. I'm diabetic and have swollen feet and ankles. These shows were the right fit for me and my condition. I highly recommend them.

My old Rockport waterproof shoes, bought back in 2001, finally were ready to go out. So, I went for their nearest replacement in current offerings and I am pleased. They look dressy and modestly styled without being flashy. Great soles with good traction. They fit well, and are comfortable. Yesterday I drove 600 miles while wearing them and had no aches or pains. Feet felt rested. The big plus for me (of course looking good is important) is the waterproof feature, so in travel I don't need to pack additional shoes for rainy days, not worry about wet socks. Rockports have always kept me dry.
