Been wearing these for years but they've changed the manufacture process and they tend to squeak - have sent some back for that problem.

As good as it used to be, except that the insole was so hard to remove that I initially thought I couldn't do it without damaging the shoe. I take the insoles out to make space for my orthotics. My wife, perhaps more willing to use force, got them out.

These feel sturdy and comfortable when walking, which is great. Exterior feels like nubuck leather which takes some getting used to but seems to work well repelling water. Wife says they don't look super fancy but work well for everyday office/main street wear when you want to wear something better than sneakers or boots but still want some protection from the elements. We'll see how well these hold up over the long haul, but I'm optimistic

Comfortable, but still need to break in a bit, so I can't definitively rate long term but wore them for events over hours and they didn't feel bad. Keep feet from getting overheated in hot sun when walking. Sole looks a little hideous but its unavoidable for waterproof and high traction. Traction is good. Definitely looks good enough but is the most versatile and functional pair of work and semiformal dress shoes I own.

Pretty comfortable, and comes in wide size. Could use a longer shoelace.

Great shoe! Supportive and cushioning. Normally wear a 10.5 but it was small and returned it for a 11 medium. Now I am very happy! The price is reasonable.

I like these shoes and the price is fine, but I find that the soles, particularly the heels, wear down pretty fast, at least walking on pavement a lot (maybe 1 mile a day). I have replaced the soles and the replacement lasts much longer.

This is a great pair of shoes for walking. I have owned several pairs and can't find another brand that comes close to the comfort, weight, arch support and quality of the Northfield. My only issue with the shoe is that the laces wear out well before the shoe get's started and it's difficult to find lace replacements.

The shoes are very comfortable, but the laces are starting to fray after minimal use.

Fit was nice and quality is good. The lack of shoes in narrow width is the only negative.
