It was easy and convenient to order online and Rockports came 2 days later w/o payment for shipping. I am pleased with the shoes.

Quite comfortable, good looking, casual oxford. But, in my opinion, the Rockport Northfields run large. I had to return my original ordered size 9.5 pair, which is the size of all my other brand shoes, in exchange for size 9 which turns out to be a perfect fit. Zappos' customer service people are extremely helpful and made this process painless with the exchange taking place in less than a week.

I ordered the Rockport Northfield size 13W. I put them on and wanted to walk around for awhile to break them in. I ended up walking several miles and felt like I had had them for years, as they were very comfortable, literally right out of the box. They appear very well made and the treads and that they are waterproof will surely be an advantage in the upcoming New England winter.

Overall I am pleased with the order. This was my first time using Zappos and I would do it again. Shoes arrived promptly, and in good shape.

Bought for my son for traveling during "rainy" season. He absolutely loves the shoes, no breaking-in necessary, perfect fit & arch support good enough so didn't have to buy any insoles (which have had to for many of his shoes). Highly recommend.

The shoes arrived on time. They are exactly as represented. I am very happy with my purchase.

Shoes came on time. Wore them right out of the box, after changing out the insoles as I have to wear custom orthotics, on a two mile dog walk, no problems. Have gotten wet shoes several times due to rain on walks, shoes dry within hours and are just a comfortable as new. I do wonder how long the heals will last as they are starting to show wear after a month of wear (minimum 5 miles dog walking daily). I will be extremely happy if they last longer than my usual 45-180 days.

The Rockport Main Route Northfield Waterproof is an exceptionally comfortable shoe. It feels much lighter than it looks and it looks good with both casual and business attire. It appears to be well constructed from good quality materials. I've worn these for over a week before writing this review and I really like them.I would definitely recommend this shoe and would purchase it again.

These shoes really survived a trial by fire! Days after receiving them, I left for a very active two weeks in London and the English countryside. It was a risk taking brand-new shoes, wasn't it? But I wore these almost non-stop. Classy enough to wear someplace fancy, comfortable enough to want to wear them!

I bought these because I needed a pair of good walking shoes that would pass for "business casual." The Rockport Northfield did not let me down. They were very comfortable even after being on my feet all day. The size 12W I ordered was slightly larger than a lot of 12W's and fit perfect. Sometimes I have to go to a 13W, but not with these.

These shoes look great, and they feel awesome. As they are made of good leather, they require some breaking in. I wear a narrow width, and these fit my feet well. I highly recommend these shoes!
