Ordered these to replace my old worn out Rockport Northfields. I love the way the fit and feel. Great for everyday casual dress.

I've been wearing the Northfield shoe for the last 3 years. Every time I need a new pair, I buy two. That says it all!!!

This is a great shoe. Waterproof, comfortable and durable.

I received my 12M Northfield shoe this week and it is a great shoe. It replaced the same shoe I bought many years ago. The shoe is good looking, very light weight for a great walking shoe and apparently water proof (not tested). It is a little darker than picture shows. I wear a 12B shoe and the 12M fit perfectly. I would highly recommend this shoe to anyone. Also the customer service people are were very helpful.

I've been wearing Rockport Northfields for more than 10 years. Have a special needs grandson who I take to therapy all over Manhattan. Always have dry feet whether puddles or snow. Long wareing and good Looking!

I'm hooked on these -- I must be on my 10th pair. My only complaint is that the sole+heel material is a bit softer than I would like, and wears down at the edges after a few months of daily wear. I periodically build up the heel edges with Shoe Goo, and that extends the life considerably.

Have bought Rockport for years with good results. Purchased the Northfied Style and hasn't been disappointed. Very comfortable shoe for prolonged standing and walking.

I recently purchased the shoes about a month ago and I'm sure glad I did. Wish I did sooner. I would actually wear these shoes at a track meet. I'm always walking and standing for long periods of time and I'm glad I found a shoe to keep me supported comfortably.

The shoe is light weight and very comfortable - I haven't had the opportunity to see if it is indeed waterproof - but if it is, I will order another paid in black.

This is my third pair of Northfields. They are comfortable right out of the box. The pair I had before lasted six years and are still good. I bought a new pair just to make sure i got another pair before they get discontinued. I'll wear these daily for another five or six year. Please don't retire this style. Great. Thanks.

I've been wearing Northfields for approximately 5 years now. I wear them on a daily basis, find them easy to break in and move around in. When new they work well on wet surfaces, can be a bit slippery once treadss are worn down but more than satisfied with them.

EVERY COUPLE OF YEARS I ORDER THE NORTHFIELD SHOE AND HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. I WOULD RECOMEND THIOS SHOE.

This is a follow up to my earlier review (see walking bob), which I wrote before reading any other reviews. When I subsequently looked at others' comments, I was surprised at the negative tone of some of the recent ones. Maybe I got lucky (I bought size 14M, which isn't exactly a common size!), and the durability remains to be seen, but I can attest that mine are very comfortable, good fitting shoes right out of the box. I look forward to years of enjoyment wearing them.
