These are very comfortable shoes. I work in them for 8 hours a day and I don't worry at all about walking on wet floors. I didn't have to break them in at all. The fit was perfect.

I bought these after picking up a 2nd job that has me running around on my feet all day. They give me excellent support and my feet do not feel as tired at the end of the day. I even bought a 2nd pair for when the current pair die.

Ordered these in March. Worn 6 days a week and preferred over other shoes as far as comfort. Love them. Lasted over 6 months of 10 hour days, 6 days a week. Totally comfortable. On the weekends I prefer these in white instead of a regular tennis shoe. Super cushioned and great arch support.

I have been wearing these every day at work for almost 3 weeks now & they are very comfortable. I work 10 hour days & there was really no break in time, feel very stable. I have a wide foot, so I ordered 9 W and they were perfect, just had to loosen the laces on my right foot, but I have a problem foot. Zappos rocks!

I am a server who works 10 hour shifts on hard and slippery ceramic tile floors and these felt great the first time I put them on. They are a little clunkier than the running shoes I liked to wear, but I was tired of slipping and falling every day, so these are a totally acceptable compromise. No breaking in necessary. Super soft and comfy! The arch support isn't great for me, so I ordered the wide width so that I could put in the arch support inserts that I put in every work shoe. I am really happy with these.

I wear these Sketchers every waking moment. I use prescription orthotic inserts and no other shoe is as comfortable as these with my many foot problems. Plantar fasciitis, rheumatoid arthritis, neuropathy and tendonitis all make walking hard for me.

I'm on my feet a lot and needed a comfortable shoe so I wouldn't be hobbling by the end of the night. The Sketchers Work Softie has fit the bill so well that they're almost the only shoe I wear now. I appreciate the support they provide, though I added gel innersoles for a little added comfort. I also appreciate that the sole provides a little added height. The non-skid sole works well and I like the industrial look of the shoe. I highly recommend them.

Love these shoes! I am on my feet at least 10 hours/day and they don't hurt at all. Felt true to size but I chose to buy a wide for a little extra room. This was my 4th pair and will continue to purchase them!

I work as a server in a restaurant, and these shoes have protected me from wet floors, oily floors, and floors covered in glass shards. Highly recommended for someone who needs to be on their feet and moving all day.

I work 60 hours plus a week and 12 to 14 hours a day for the last ten years and these are the only shoes I buy for work. I stand on concrete restaurant floors without breaks and my feet never hurt. I do wear arch supports and they fit into these in a wide width. All my employees swear by them as well. I recently tried a different shoe at twice the price and had to go right back to these.
