True to size but a little disappointed. I know so many people who had no problem with the boots but mine were like two completely different boots. Different material and one was almost a centimeter wider on the top of the foot, it felt like a HUGE difference.

Ordered a wide for my son in hopes they would fit him. The tongue of the boot is stitched all the way up to almost the top of the laces so there is no way to open the laces wide enough to try and get the kid’s foot in. Couldn’t even get his foot in to have a chance to find out if they were wide enough but they appear very narrow. Sadly returned them.

We received these as a gift for our toddler. At first I loved them on her, she loved them, too. After the SECOND WEAR I noticed that the soles on both boots had separated from the bottom. The left one separated at the toe, the right one had completely separated at the toe, heel, and started to separate on the inside of the foot. I tried talking to a rep (Jana) via chat and she informed me that because they were a gift I could attempt to file a claim but it wasn't guaranteed. What? Why ask if they were a gift in the warranty claim then if it's not viable? Can Timberland no longer guarantee or stand by their products? I am SO upset about this. My family has always loved our "Timbies" because of how durable they've always been. We've been able to wear them in all seasons. The fact that the quality has very obviously gone down SIGNIFICANTLY is pathetic. You seemingly can't find well made boots anymore. So much for being a trusted brand. Don't waste your money on something that is now merely a "fast fashion" item.

Just received boots today. They looks different than her other timberlands. These have no logo in the sole of either boots. Confused because they normal have tag and logo. So I'm worried I been scammed.

This shoe was ordered in the pink full grain. The pearl nor silver emblem was on the shoe. I'm so disappointed. The shoe is absolutely gorgeous, but this is not what I was expecting.

I am writing this review with tears in my eyes. I've dreamed about these boots for so long. And I'm disappointed. Having carried them for one season, I can't believe my eyes, they are cracked. Cracked at the bend. Just one season. I didn't think it was possible. Now I need new shoes, because there is a hole and water will penetrate. The backdrop is lost inside(
I stick a photo because it's hard to believe.
I cannot recommend waterproof Timberland(

Had these shoes for 5 months and did a couple of hikes. It started tearing at the front of both shoes (see pics) Disappointed since I love the way this shoe looks and that it was rated to be for tough terrain but can't handle a couple of easy hikes.

Unacceptable ordering directly from the manufacturer, only for the product to come stained and with creases. As if, it had been worn or used already.

How disappointing,
The main reason why I go these was because I needed waterproof shoes. THESE ARE NOT WATERPROOF!

This product is good to wear but the color comes off a LOT. My socks literally turns black after wearing this particular shoe. However for the men's shoe I didn't notice any color that wears off. Only the kids shoe is like this. With just a wipe on the outside my paper towel turns black. Will be great to return it but didn't wear it until after my 30day limit, trusted timberland too much

I just got my order this morning, and I found out that the internal material of one shoe fell out. I can see everything under that brown cover. I waited three days for this defective product, now I need to send this thing back for who knows how many days, order a new one for another three days. This process is annoying and unpleasant!

I was told that the youth sizes were made with the same quality as the adults. Got mine in and returned as soon as I opened at Fedx. The leather on the outside was cut super crooked and the stitching on one boot was not to the super straight standards as Timberlands are suppose to be known for. There was NO timberland tags on the inside of the shoe or stamp as I was told there was going to be either. Just a generic white size tag. You spend over $100 on a kid shoe, you would expect the same attention to detail, craftsmanship and tags as the adult shoe. I expected so much more from Timberland and got an order that could be easily looked at as cheap knock offs. If the company takes replicas seriously, you would think they would make their shoes better than the half priced replicas out there.

I ordered these shoes in black and wheat and got them in the mail yesterday, and they were FAKE!! I could not believe it. I have real Timberland boots purchased from Champs. If you look at the images, it is extremely obvious they are fake; I knew the second I took them out of the box. I will never buy shoes off of this site again. I don't know if this site is a scam and not the real timberland site or what happened.

Although the boots arrived in the promised time, they were damaged. Customer service could not exchange them. Instead, we were told to return them for a refund and order a new pair. This was disappointing because they were originally purchased on sale.

I received 2 left footed boots for my son, I bought them a week prior to thanksgiving so that they'd go with his outfit I purchased, and to my fellow moms out there, you no how important that is. And not ink did I not get new boots of the right feet in time for the holiday, I didn't didn't get them until a week AFTER thanksgiving.. it was just a frustrating situation all together. The constant emails to the different people I was told to send emails too, along with pictures. I wasn't getting responses so I kept having to call back. And then was told new boots would be overnighted to me, they weren't. They were sent with standard shipping. I asked for a discount and didn't receive it at first and then they offered me a 50% off the boots. I was so frustrated and disappointed with the company at this point I just returned the boots completely and bought from ugg instead

Giant scratch on the front of the boot. Also, bought "Youth" boots for 12 year old girl. They make them unisex so they were too wide for a girl.
