The classic Converse. My daughter wears them with everything. I'd say a full size larger than marked. Based on the size chart, my daughter's foot is size 11 shoe. I ordered an 11 Converse – they were huge! I ordered a 10.5 and they were still too big. A size 10 on the third try worked out.

Best kid's shoes ever - The flexible soles are great for little kids just starting to get the feel of walking. We bought these soon after our son grew out of his soft-soled shoes. The chucks were just as good as the transition shoes we also bought and the chucks were a lot less expensive! Our son is now almost four and has been wearing chucks since he was 18 months. They are a great investment!

Cool colors - My daughter loves the bright colors of the shoes! The shoes were such a hit; I ordered a pair for my nephew the next day. The shipping was wonderful; we had the shoes one day after they were ordered!

Great for play. I hesitated to get this shoe because from personal experience, I know Converse accommodates regular width feet. My 2yo daughter has wide feet and can wear these shoes just fine. The laces and floppiness of the shoe make it a bit time consuming to put on. I could have just bought similar, non-Converse shoes which are half this price but would not have been happy since all those other brand shoes have very hard soles. Converse soles are very soft and flexible - great for a kid running around. As others have mentioned, these run large. My kid usually wears a 7, but fits the 6 perfectly. There isn't any arch support in this shoe so beware. I'm assuming I can toss these into the wash on the delicate cycle since the material is canvas. Overall, a nice shoe for a nice price.

Great Classic Shoes - Every time my son grows into a larger size we get a new pair of Converse. With different styles and colors available we haven't gotten the same pair twice. We always get compliments on them and he seems to be happy wearing them. Great classic shoe for a reasonable price.

Keagan loves them. My 15 month old son Keagan really loves his Chucks; this is his second pair but first high top. The high top stays on his feet better and is very flexible. He has no complaints.

Great shoe! My 2 year old LOVES these! He wants to wear them all the time. They are incredibly comfortable for him and easy to get on and off.

Birthday gift - This was a gift for my niece’s son. She said that he absolutely loves them. She also said they fit his feet perfectly and he will not let her take them off his feet. He even wears them to bed at night. Another satisfied customer.

My son lives in Converse - While I never wore Converse as a kid, my son seems to have picked these shoes as his shoe of choice. These are the only shoes the he does not complain of hurting his feet. He actually calls them his "fast" shoes because he can run so fast in them. Overall, these are great and I will continue to order from Zappos. P.S. These shoes do run large so don't order too big.

Chuck Taylors for Toddlers - I ordered a pair for my 3 year old and one for my 1 year old. They arrived promptly. The shoes fit and look great. I took the advice I read on this site and purchased a size smaller than normal. They even work well on my 1 year old's wide feet. He is just starting to walk and these seem to do well on him. I will definitely be ordering more of these in other colors.

Work great with orthopedic leg braces!!! My daughter wears orthopedic leg braces. Converse sneakers work great for us. The shoes open fully, are wide enough to fit over the brace, high enough in the back, light in weight, great looking, and reasonably priced. A win-win situation for her and I both.

Too cute! I've been looking for these in black for some time now and was excited to finally find them at Zappos. My son wore them for the first time this past weekend, to a family birthday party, and I cannot tell you the attention these sneakers got! Everyone loved them and could not get over how cute they were and how much of a "little man" they made my son look like! I love them and recommend a pair in every color for every kid! I'll be ordering the rest of the colors this week!

The Chuck Taylors were a big hit at our house on Christmas. The grandson loved them and put them on right away.

Great Shoe! I bought these shoes for my two year old son. They were his first pair of shoes with laces. They are easy to put on and the laces stay tied. They look great with everything! They don't have a large amount of comfort value, but he has never complained that they hurt. These are a great all time classic shoe!

Classically adorable shoe for a little boy - The moment I put these on my child, I knew I'd repurchase them later at varying sizes, for the entirety of my little one's childhood. They are adorable, and classic. They can go with anything. Most boy shoes have loud, gaudy, designs. Not this shoe, it's perfect! I am so thankful to have found Zappos... Taking a toddler to a shoe store can sometimes be a "full-contact-event." But with Zappos, I just order and let the child try them on here at home.. I will buy all shoes from Zappos, from now on!

To darn cute for words...My daughter loves to tap dance in them (even though she isn't walking) she sits on the stairs and dances on the stair below!

Good shoe, the kids love em - Shoes are great and they arrived so promptly! All of my 3 boys love Converse. Only troubles - They don't have great support or shock absorption, but hey, they are kids...they don't care. Also they take longer to put on and lace up than other shoes, which can drive you crazy when running late. But my 4yr old learned to tie his own shoes on these, so that’s a bonus!

Classic Sneaker! I ordered this shoe to go w/my daughter's Halloween costume. It's often difficult to find shoes for little girls that don't have flowers or hearts...etc. I wanted something classic that she could comfortably wear w/many things. Converse All Stars to the rescue! They're a tough little shoe w/great support...they tend to be wide, which is perfect for my wide footed little girl. Some have stated that Converse tend to run a size large, I did not feel that this was the case...I should've gone a little bigger, as I found them VERY TRUE to size. But, they fit, they look fabulous, and she seems very comfortable in them.

Awesome shoes - I bought these for my 10 month old pre-walker. The Hi Top gave his little ankles the support they needed and I'm sure that's why he started walking shortly after!!!

The tradition goes on... I bought these for my grandson's 3rd birthday, perfect look, perfect fit, and they actually got here when they promised! All the uncles (and aunts) love to wear "Chucks" and it's wonderful to find the kid's sizes with a huge selection of sizes and colors. Thank you Zappos!

These shoes still make the grade - I dress my son in a lot of different outfits throughout the week and I needed a shoe that would go from jeans to shorts and still look great. I have several pair of Chucks in different colors and they all look good. Although they don't have the chunky soles like most sneakers out there, I feel that my toddler son has a better feel for the ground under his feet since he can feel it more - but still has great support and protection for his feet. These shoes may be from another era, but they still stack up to any other shoe out there on the market today.

This is the third pair of Chuck Taylor's my son has had so far. The sizing is a little large but it does not hinder his walking and running. He chooses to wear this pair of shoes most of the time so they must be comfortable on his feet. He is always getting complimented on his hi tops! Thanks.
