Customer Reviews Caterpillar Revolver Steel Toe

Not satisfied - I'm usually happy with Caterpillar's products but not the Revolver. Almost a size and a half larger than normal. The leather seems rubbery and cheap. It appears that it will hold up but not like a real leather product. Of course Zappos provided their usual good service. I have ordered at least ten pairs of boots here with above average reviews of the products ordered. This is just not one of them.

Great Work Boot - Love the boot. I was disapointed to hear they are discontinuing this boot. I went ahead and bought another pair to have when mine wear out. I hope Caterpillar comes out with a similar boot soon.

Doug Allen - I considered 2 different boots from Caterpillar:the Colt and the Revolver. Both are very nice looking and well made. They both fit about the same - about 1 size larger than stated. I wear an 11.5 usually but in both of these boots, the 10.5 felt just right. I finally decided based on price- the Revolver is about $20 cheaper than the Colt and has I think a nicer earth tone brown color. I am very happy with the choice !! You will be too

Awesome Boot - I am in the criminal justice field and this boot is very sturdy for this type of job. It is a bit heavy but very comfortable for wearing on patrol. Awesome look!

A sharp- looking and comfortable boot. I normally wear a 14 boot and I wished that I would have ordered a 13 - 13.5 boot, but I am using it for motorcycling so the fit should be great.

Great work boots - I look for comfort for my feet and I found it in the Catertillar's Revolver boots. I work on my feet and do a lot of walking and they are great. I recommend anyone getting these.

They where great

At first, they felt tight, but... after a few minutes of wearing, to "break down" the footwear, they felt great!

They were too big for me by about a half size, otherwise they would've been perfect.

These are the best

The only down side to this product is it took much longer than I expected to break them in to wear I could slide my foot into them without popping blood vessels in my eye balls.

Great quality boot, real leather that lasts a long time, This is my 2nd pair and the first pair lasted 15 years wearing and working in them every day.

really like the shoe =s having wide feet a major plus eliminating pain in my feet.

I got these on my expense account, as I needed some steel toes for the rare occasion I have to walk the shop floor for work. I freely admit being a bit skeptical of a boot sold by a heavy equipment manufacturer, but couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. I also ordered the Wolverine Floorhand Welly and the Dr. Martens Winch Workboots, and honestly could have been perfectly happy with either, but these Caterpillars just really fit my foot the best. Really happy with them so far.

I'm a heart patient nowadays and I purposely ordered a couple of sizes larger than what I have normally worn all my life. With a nice thick pair of Alpaca Boot Socks, these Caterpillar Revolver Steel Toe boots feet quite comfortable. The weather hasn't turned cool in my neck of the woods just yet so I am not wearing these at the moment but I feel sure they will be just what I have needed for a while now.

I love these boots! I bought the wide model and glad I did. My feet aren't that wide but boots always seem to be too narrow for me. I would recommend the wide. Also I wear a 13 and almost Every shoe or boot I buy is too small, these are perfect. They look really good too. The leather is really soft and oily, they will easily stand up to the snow and rain. I would definitely buy again.

All my life, I was an 8.5 and D width. Now I am in my mid 60s and a Heart patient and a Type 2 Diabetic. My feet swell some due to side-effects of my blood pressure meds and I ordered my Caterpillar Revolver Steel Toe boots in a size 11.5 and E - Wide width. With a thick pair of boot socks from Alpaca Direct, I believe that these boots will be "just what the Dr. ordered". The quality looks great, the bottom tread is awesome and I believe they will be just fine.
