Ordered half size larger as advised by reviews & they fit perfectly. A fun, sporty shoe. Very comfortable. Put them on & wore them for hours! Can do anything in them -- in & out of water, walking/hiking & even jogging.

Great for rafting -
Just got back from an 8-day rafting/kayaking trip on the Middle Fork of the Salmon in Idaho, and the Keen Newport H2s were the perfect shoes for the trip. The toe guard protected the toes much better than Tevas and the Keens dried out much faster than sneakers would have. Plus they were very comfortable for hiking and scrambling over rocks.

Gymsandle Hybrid -
I am writing again after wearing the H2 everyday all summer in rain, on the beach in salt water, hiking on trails, bike riding in the airport and just everywhere doing everything all day long. They dry quickly and are even comfortable when wet. I actually forget that I have feet because my feet feel so good and are so well supported. I love the toe protection, arch support, and how balanced my foot feels in them. Lateral stability and balance is vital for me as I often turn my ankles but that hasn't happened once in all my activities in these gymsandle hybrids. Do not miss out on having this shoe in your wardrobe. You will probably not wear you other styles of shoes much. Will there be a "winter" model coming out too?

I love this shoe!
This is a great shoe to take off for the weekend in. It has the support of a tennis shoe, doesn't require socks and has the comfort and coolness of a sandal. It's perfection.
Because of the elasticity of the cord and the fabric, and the generous width, I am wearing the size I normally wear.
It does, however, look more like a tennis shoe, so I can't wear it to work as often as I would like.

Finally! Cool shoes for sailing!
How dull normal deck shoes are! Now I can look like my artsy bohemian self while sailing or on land. I have received numerous compliments on these shoes and I have huge feet. (size 10) They are so comfy I am on this site to buy more. Hurray to whoever invented these.

These are great!
I have been wearing these constantly except when it's super hot and I want my Tevas instead. They were comfortable from moment one. Only drawback so far: walking on a sandy beach, they took in a lot of dry sand and didn't let it back out so easily. I did need a 10 and I'm usually 9 or 9.5; the width is excellent. Zappo's rocks!!

Love these amphibians!
Have had many pairs of Teva's and still love them, but my toes when on boats or hiking/around water have been compromised many times. I found these shoes are the perfect fit for summer time diverse activities, keeping toes in tact! Very compfy, come on and off easily, lots of room to breath, no stinky feet... My problem is I never want to take them off--I have two pairs now in red and black!

Amazing -
I have a wide foot and bunions and was looking for a comfortable, multi purpose sandal. They were wide enough (yeah!) but do not allow my foot to slip, even on rocky surfaces. Pinkie toe got tweeked, at first, in the side bands on the shoe, but I quickly got used to that without blisters. The toe protection really comes in handy. I wore them all over Nicaragua on a recent trip, including hiking, and use them constantly on our boat. Besides my well worn Birks, they are my favorite shoe to wear for casual use.

The best Shoe on the market my wife and I were looking for a shoe that would be good in the water, protect your foot, comfortable, and would allow the water to leave the shoe quickly. Style is fashionable. Able to put on and off with ease. Great all around shoe.

These shoes are by far the most versatile and most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned. We recently took a trip to Hawaii and these sandles went everywhere. I hiked, ran, snorkled, climbed over reef and coral beds, shopped, and went to dinner all in the same pair of shoes. They really are an outrageous all around outdoor shoe.

This is great shoe, I have finally found an all-around sandle that is ready for whatever---it is very comfortable and does a great job of keeping my toots cool. Before I purchased, I went to a store and tried them on first--I wear a size 10 but the size wasn't available so I tried the 9 and was shocked at how large it was and decided to get a 9.5. I have narrow feet (AA) and I did the read the reviews of previous purchasers and everyone was going larger--know your feet before you buy!

I was tempted to give this shoe all 5 stars but in regards to comfort it does take a couple times of wearing them to break them in. It's not uncomfortable but they are difficult to get on at first. In regards to look--I consider these shoes to be functional but they are a little funky. I love how they protect my toes from getting hurt when I'm trailing walking but I wouldn't consider them a casual shoe.

First of all I want to say that if it wasn't for the reviews written here I probably would not have purchased this shoe...I had been searching for a durable shoe that could handle the rigors of working at a garden center in the peak of the summer season--this shoe lived up to all that was written. My first pair of Keen's. I am impressed with the quality of the materials. The style has a box-like appearance on the foot, I bought the red pair and for me it helps to mitigate the clunky effect. I was able to wear them without any break-in period. I have a square shaped foot and the straps provide adequate coverage.
It is a little difficult to put on, but I think over time (as the straps soften) that will improve.
Teva has been my choice in the past for a water use sandal, but I like the closed toe of this style. Too early to tell which I will buy the next time.
