I live in these shoes....so comfortable ...fit true to size

There was something very wrong with the right foot footbed. The outside rear arch and heel of the right shoe was raised, and made walking impossible. I'd like to return.

Loved the appearance and materials. Couldn’t adjust width to fit my wide, flat foot. I usually wear 6.5 W. Ordered 7M but didn’t work out.

This was my first try at Keen sandals. I am not hard to fit or please, but I just couldn’t get my foot into the opening to even try the shoes on. I had recently bought a pair of Keen sandals for my husband that wears Crocs and he couldn’t get his foot into them either. After I tried them on for myself, I loved how they felt, so I ordered a pair in my size. Well, sure enough, I had the same problem my husband had getting his foot into the sandal. I have skinny legs and ankles, but I just couldn’t get my little foot into the allowed opening. We live in Florida and I wear sandals 90% of the time and I wanted the Keens style because I do a lot of yard work and thought the extra toe protection and stabilize would be helpful, but unfortunately, they just didn’t fit. I was saddened and disappointed.

Fifth pair of Keen sandals. Only pair that I could not get my foot into. Very, very disappointed but so happy that I purchased them through Zappos. Seamless service.

I’ve had several pair of Keene Whisper that were very comfortable. This pair fit differently. Length was ok but shoes were too narrow. Returning.

Very comfortable right out of the box; no break in period needed. I’ve been wearing them nonstop since they came three days ago. They fit perfectly, don’t rub anywhere, and the sole cushioning is great.

I have wide foot and it fite me perfectly.

I really like the Keen Newport H2. I would like them better if the quality and sizing were consistent. I’ve tried on about 4 pair in an 8.5 and only one pair fits correctly. On this pair, the rubber toe box is too low and rubs on my big toe. Then, two side straps on each side dig into my foot. I keep hoping that if I try enough pairs on, I will find another one that fits correctly. I was specifically wanting this color because it’s a neutral color.

These were terrific shoes on a recent trek along the northern California shore. The fit was perfect straight out of the box, the shoe was sturdy and I felt completely secure hopping from rock to rock. My only complaint is they must be pulled on; there is no velcro latch anywhere to more gently ease your foot into the shoe. Once they are on, they're wonderful, but the struggle to get them on is a pain!

I wanted to love this sandal, but it just didn't fit like my other Keens. It was too narrow in the toebox. It also went farther up my ankle that I was looking for, and the back strap was tight. I'm returning it for the Ravine.

This is my second pair of Keen Newports. The first pair lasted three years of almost daily wear as these are my "house shoes". I also take them to the river as they keep your foot stable and secure-not sliding around in the shoe when wet. Yes, they are bulky, but if you need arch support (like me) and have older feet that need support to be happy, these shoes are perfect.

I have been buying Keen's since 2008. I am not sure what happened but they do not fit like they use to. I went up 1/2 size and they are still to narrow. Disappointing.

I’ve worn Keen Newport for years and love them. Either my feet got a little bigger or these are now being made a half size smaller, because I had to return the 9 and get a 9.5, which fit well. I think they’re being made smaller because other shoes, even the Keen Rose, fit in a 9.

Perfect

I usually wear new shoes around the house for a couple days to make sure they'll be comfy for my needy feet. But we were taking the pups to the river and I decided, what the heck. They were amazing! So comfortable and stable walking on a sandy/rocky beach, including the steep, downward trail to the river. I'm still pretty agile at my age but these feel super safe, especially when there's a GSD puppy on the lead 6 feet out and anxious to see the water. Also, got a small grass stain on them but a Shout wipe makes them look like new.

The fit was very good and they are comfortable right out of the box. Very glad that I purchased them.

I wear a 9.5 narrow normally and 10 narrow for running shoes. I saw reviews that said to order a full size up. I didn’t because Zappos didn’t recommend it. They fit great and I have plenty of room in my toe box. I wonder if the recommendations to go one full size up were for people with wider feet. A 10 or 10.5 would have been too big on me.

Love these shoes , they are my third pair. Super comfortable and rugged . I wear these on flat or rocky trails with no issues. True to size.
