I was a bit confounded when my Keens arrived. They were too small. So I returned them for a half size bigger. Those were too small too. I finally got a pair a full size bigger and then they barely fit. I've never had this problem before. My shoes (or maybe I should say my feet) have always been true to size.

Toe box too short. Big toe has no room vertically.

Ordered l 1/2 size larger as recommened. Glad I did perfect fit. I had some rubbing on the back of my achilies but after tightening the tension cord the rubbing subsided. Great shoe would and will buy again.

The Keen H2 is a fabulously built shoe that I live in as long as the weather permits. A new pair, couldn’t be happier!

I have a pair of Keen Newports that have served me well. I bought them on recommendation from my podiatrist for their arch support. Now that I need new sandals I bought the Newport H2s for better water resistance because I often wear the sandals while boating and sometimes walk in the water with them. Have worn them enough now to know that that insole of the H2 feels even more comfortable than the leather Newports.

I ordered size 12 and 13 for my husband. He normally wears a 12, but sometimes 12.5. The 12.5 probably would have fit, but I don’t think Keen makes them in 12.5. 13 was too big/gappy and on the 12 rubbed his little toes. I had to send both back. I’ll provably try to find a different style with open toe in a size 12.

Keen is our go-to sandal. Not many are as comfortable, durable and stylish and this sandal doesn't disappoint.

The shoes are very comfortable and true to size. My husbands only complaint is that his feet get stinky in them.. but that just might be his feet.

Good sandal and style

Since this is made only in a D I got a half size larger to accommodate my foot. This is a replacement pair for one that I bought years ago and wore all the time. They wear like iron and support your foot like an orthopedic shoe.

I bought this shoe for my 14 yo son who will be working in a water park this summer. He has flat feet and requires shoes with good arch support, and so far (3 work days with lots of standing and walking), these shoes have provided great support.

Great shoes for my husband. He was replacing a favorite pair and needed to go up a size this time. Thanks for the excellent service and quick exchange !

WOW!!! One of the soles came unglued and started flopping off the rest of the sandal. I looked back and see that I bought these in 2006! I guess they have served their purpose... BUT WAIT, I applied some contact cement and viola, good as new. Normal wear and tear, though I put them through the ringer.

These are good looking sandals, but definitely between one-half and a full size smaller than comparable shoes.

I did order a half size larger than usual which seems to have been the right thing to do with these shoes. They fit and were comfortable immediately, and I have been wearing them for long walks with my dog with no significant difficulty. I was hoping to buy a pair of shoes that could handle excessive wear throughout the spring, summer, and fall. So far, so go. And, Zappos.com had them at my door in truly record time.

My normal shoe size is a 10 but with this pair of Keen's it is a 10.5. Keep that in mind when you order them. The Keen website says they are about a 1/2 size small and they are. No matter though these are the best sandals on the market and I highly recommend them! I love the fit and the comfort. Great everyday sandal and you can wear them in the water.

First pair of Keen I have ordered. Always wore Sketchers but they stopped making this style. Very comfortable and I will be ordering more.

Very well made, love the style and felt wonderful right out of the box and that's a first for me. I ordered the men's size because they have always felt more comfortable than womens in these and tennis shoes. I wear a size 11 M in women s and I ordered a 9.5 in mens. I did ordered a pair in women s size but they aren't as comfortable to me and it has less of an arch support, so I'm sending them back and getting another pair in a men's 9.5. I've never worn Keen's before and I just love them. I will buy again.

I bought a pair of these many years ago but they are showing some wear. Mostly shoe strings. I walk about two miles a day in them, mow the yard in them, work on my old hot rod in them, they are well worth the cost.

I would wear these to bed if I could. ??
