I bought these to wear on the beach and in the Guatemalan jungle. I have flat feet and am difficult to fit. These sandals are excellent. They give support and they stay on in water, which they shed very well, but they are light and easy to pack.

I'm battling still bilateral plantar fascitis. These Keen's appear to be the best shoe/sandal, as an "off the shelf" footware with no modifications, for me. I am currently at a convention, walking on hard cement floors alot, as well as walking in an urban environment, e.g, lots of cement. No pain wearing these shoes, even when on my feet upwards 8 hours a day. I look forward to wearing these outside on relaxing hikes.

Very solid, able to stand up to any terrain. Slightly less rigid sole than the Commuter (but quite a bit stiffer and thicker than the CNX), so better for hiking, but less suitable for bicycling.

I ordered my size and 1/2 size larger because I need a wide shoe, not a medium width. The larger size fit the width of my foot and still fit the length. Good color, keeps my feet cool in the hot weather. I haven't had a chance to use them in the water yet so I can't comment on that.

I was not certain how I would like these sandals. The look, the comfort and durability in the water.
I was blown away !!! They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I play golf in them, I jet ski in them, i wear them doing yard work. When wet they dry fast. This will not be my last pair of Keen's.
They are a great show. Try them out and realize the comfort !!!
