They were so beautiful to look at but incredibly narrow and tight fitting. Had to return.

Very disappointed. I have bought these shoes 2x before over the years. I swear my feet have not gotten any bigger, in fact, they have gotten smaller due to weight loss. These run VERY short and VERY narrow. I know that these run small so I always order the size 12 / 43. No go. That's as big as they get and this is more like a 10.5 I'll have to move on to a different brand. It's a shame, though. I used to love these shoes.

too narrow

My feet were swimming in these. The footbed was too wide, and felt unsupported by the front strap. As another reviewer suggested, the front strap doesn't hold the foot in place (and will get even more loose as time goes on). Also, the front strap slightly covered the base of my toes, which was an odd look. The image is so cute, but in person, it doesn't work.

No complaints about the style or sizing but this sandal just didn't work for me. The straps around the ankle just didn't feel good.

Unfortunately, I had to return these sandals because the leather was so stiff it would have caused blisters. Very disappointed in comfort since they certainly cost a lot!

The leather feels cheap and plasticky, and there is now "NAOT" embossed into the leather on the outside of the top strap. None of my other Naot sandals have these letters on them. I wonder if these are authentic Naot sandals.

These are lovely: less clunky-looking than some Naots, excellent arch support, but for the narrowing at the toe, not quite enough room, either in the footbed or allowed by the straps, for the little toe and the one next to it. I routinely wear 35 and most Naot 35s fit like a dream; it's with real regret that I return these for the squeeze across my toes. Naot is the brand that spoiled me not to sacrifice on fit and comfort. Almost, but not quite.

I didn’t really like the color. The style is nice and comfortable.

The strap heads off across the top of my foot at a weird angle and rubs against my foot there and at the ankle. Cute sandals though.

I loved this shoe, even matched my nail polish. but it was way to narrow. I'm sorry they had to go back.

It really breaks my heart to return this shoe. I have 3 other pairs of the Naot Kayla and love them. They fit beautifully and were so comfortable from the first moment that I wore them. This pair that I am returning in the white leather is the second pair of white leather shoes that I have returned in the last six weeks. The first pair was bought elsewhere. Both pairs have the same issue, the middle strap (second strap above toe area) is so loose that it gaps. If I didn't have my other pairs, I would have thought that this was the way the shoe was designed. I tried to talk myself into keeping these shoes, but I put them on today and cannot stand the look of the bad fit. This is a quality control issue with Naot and I sincerely hope that it gets corrected , because I really love the comfort and style of the shoe. Very disappointed.

So narrow, and shorter than expected for its size. They are cute and seem like they would be comfortable, just make sure you size up.

I have several pair of Naot Kayla sandals sitting in my closet. I love the style, and the selection of colors. They are comfortable, but, as another reviewer wrote, the heel strap stretches out, and the sandals become useless after a short period of wearing them. I wish that Naot would use something to keep the ankle strap from stretching out so readily.

Had to return. It was supposedly a medium with but felt much too tight.

I love the style of these shoes. I also really liked this color, a shimmery bronze color. I had ordered a full size larger based on previous reviews. My usual size in other European brands is 41 so I ordered a 42, and the length was fine. However these just had to go back because they were much too narrow. I have average width feet, not usually needing a wide shoe, though I do prefer the more comfortable widths of brands like Dansko, Earth, and Born. I reordered this style in the wide and they were perfect, just disappointed that there were only 3 color choices, all rather neutral and boring. If Naot offered the wide in the larger color selection I would definitely add to my collection!

After 3 months of occaisional wear the tread under the ball of my foot has worn much more than expeted. The velcro on the strap has not held up. Also the cork on the insole pitted and felt rough. I put an insert in which did help After wearing one pair of Birkenstocks for 10 years I guess I had high expectations. I would not recommend this sandal

I wanted to love these shoes. They looked so comfortable, but when I tried them on, the strap that goes over the front of my foot was so tight it was painful. I could hardly get my foot into them. Have never run into this problem before. Really weird. Back they go!

These sandals have been great for my plantar fasciitis, especially since I live in NYC and walk everywhere. However, I've only had the shoes for about a month and half and the straps have stretched out pretty far. It wouldn't be such a problem but they fasten with Velcro and it's getting harder and harder to make sure they stay securely fastened. Hopefully I can get them repaired in such a way that I can continue wearing them.

Once again the black matte doesn't fit. I'm giving up on it. This was my third try this summer to get a matte black, and each time the fit is way off. I ordered this particular pair at the same time as two other colors in the same size. Both of the others fit, and the matte black has to be returned. Naot, you have a quality control problem at whatever factory is making the matte black!

After years of wearing Naot Kayla every day and owning it in several colors, suddenly the fit is not reliable. I've had to return several - but not all - of the ones I've ordered, all in the same size. Fit seems to vary by color. What has happened to Naot quality control? The ones that fit are not lasting as long and look the same but offer less support than earlier versions in the same style and size.

As a person with flat feet, I spent so long trying to find a cute pair of sandals with nice arch support for the summer and finally found these. One shoe fit my left foot well, while the footbed of the other kept poking into the sole of my right foot. I tried getting a size up in hopes it would be somewhat wider to accommodate my right foot, but it did not help at all. Unfortunately had to return both pairs. I really wish they made this shoe in a slightly wider size, it would be so much better!!! Really cute shoes though, they made my feet look nice.

I bought these after reading the reviews. First off, these shoes run small. I generally fit a medium but no in these. And the sole is not as comfortable as I thought from reading the review. I will not try this brand anymore.
