Quality was not as in past

I loved these shoes until I walked any distance in them; & too late I realized they were too wide in my toe bed. I was told they did not come in wides and as the strap appeared adjustable & the shoe is opened on the big toe side, I thought they would be fine. Unfortunately, the outside width (pinky side)of the shoe is too narrow & I cannot wear them due to the strap pressing on the bone. Not a shoe for anyone with a hint of a Bunion unless the wide width is an option. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with an expensive sandal that I cannot wear. However, a seemingly good quality shoe and attractive.

Like these sandals because they are SO comfy, but if they were a true size 10 and no SO expensive it would be better. I needed a white pair of sandals and they’ll do.

These sandals are so cute but have almost no support. I'm really surprised at the good reviews because they aren't great for walking long distances like I'd hoped. I took them to Europe on a recent trip and was surprised at how flimsy they feel, especially on cobbled streets. Would not recommend.

I normally wear a EU38 and these were both narrow which I imagine would stretch out but also a bit too short so couldn’t wear them. Will try another style in this brand

I was excited to try the wide Naots because the regular widths are far too narrow. Unfortunately, even the wide widths were too narrow for me. I'd also followed advice to order a size up but found that was unnecessary.

Although this shoe is listed as wide, it was not.

Like this sandal and wish that Naot could widen some of their styles. I will be returning these.

Really wanted these to work, but they’re too short & narrow. Tried the wide, they fit like medium width, but still too short. Nice sandal, comfortable, but small.

These are a very nice looking pair of sandals. I have worn Naot sandals for many years but not this style. I really wanted to keep these sandals but the left foot strap by my baby toe was hurting. Alas I will continue searching for a different style.

Loved the latte brown color as a nude! Not too dark or yellow like so many nudes are. Unfortunately probably going to return it as it just felt too small. Bought the same shoe in a different color in W and it fit perfectly but unfortunately it only came in two colors. This one felt like it ran narrower and shorter than the W in the same size

It appears the sizing has changed on the Naot Kayla. I’ve ordered at least 6 of these before - always in size 40 or 9 M. The velcro is not holding on the new pair. Can’t say that I’m really happy with my favorite sandal.

Bought these for a trip to London & Paris this summer. These were much wider than I need and just walking around home I was slipping on wood floor so I know that these won't work for cobblestone streets!

The style of these sandals is very cute, but the straps that go across the toe are very wide. This made my foot slip around and does not even look good. Unfortunately, I needed to return them for this reason. If they had fit, I would have kept them.

Runs SMALL!

I absolutely love Naot--but the Kayla style surprised me. The band across the toes was great. The ankle strap was great. But the middle band--the one that goes closest to the middle of the foot--is absolutely huge and not in keeping with the general sizing of the rest of the shoe. I had to return these shoes due to the gaping band.

These fit about a size smaller than I expected, and also narrower. Since they don't seem to make anything larger than the size I ordered (12 M), I will have to exchange for something else.

Arch support was higher than moderate it seemed to me.

These felt slightly smaller and not as supportive as my previous ones. I assume they are now being made by someone else. I previously bought several different colors. I will now search for another favorite brand.

The shoe put pressure over a bone in my foot and was painful. Otherwise, I liked the shoe.

The size 40 sandals were shorter than the Picolinos size 39.

I have owned many pairs of these sandles so I know how well they are constructed and how great they feel. The leather straps on the pair I received where not as thick and felt almost stretchy. They didn't feel as sturdy as all my past pairs. The fit was good and I still love the footbed. I just did't think this pair would hold up.

Unfortunately, this shoe isn't consistent on size and width. I've bought this shoe before and it fit perfectly. Tried to buy them again in a different color and it wasn't nearly as comfortable. Ordered in a difference color again and they were even worse. Don't recommend them.

Footbed was slightly too short.

Really was hoping to love this sandal (color was great) and thought I'd have lots of other colors in my future, but the top strap that goes near the ankle was too short. The company really needs to make straps longer and have more velcro to allow for a higher foot. Looked at the wide online but colors are so few. Disappointed.
