Naot Sandals--Total Comfort - I have three pair of these shoes--black patent, beige nubuck, and bronze. I have rarely felt as comfortable as I do in these sandals. They have great support and you feel like you're floating. I met someone recently who said she wore them constantly for 3 weeks in Italy.

Kayla - This is a very comfortable summer walking sandal, but slightly too wide for my AA feet. I had to have velcro extended on the ankle straps on my last pair as the leather stretched and the footbed compressed to mold to my feet. If Naot could be talked into making a narrow width version of Kayla, it would be perfect and I'd be a customer for life.

Good looks, good comfort - This is my first pair of Naots and it won't be my last. This is a nice little sandal that looks good with just about anything. I love the embossed leather. They are very comfortable. I wear a medium width, but my foot is rather narrow -- the footbed on these is narrow too, so I wouldn't recommend them for people who have a wider foot but I do recommend them. Of course, Zappos is always 5 stars and I honestly don't know what I would do without them. I have a very limited selection of shoes in the area I live in without driving 60 miles to the nearest major city. With Zappos any shoe I want is just a click and a day away. Thank you, Zappos!

Comfort & Style - The Naot Kaylas are the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn. I can walk miles in them; they are stylish, esp. the cherry patent leather ones. Great shoe!

Naots are terrific. Very well made. I walked through Europe in them last summer. They survived heat and rain. Excellent arch support.

Very very comfortable great for plantar fasciitis - Very comfortable but ran very small luckily I had read reviews and knew this so I ordered a 44...I wear a size 11 1/2 -12 depending on the shoe. This 44 barely fits but is nice and comfy.

The best sandals for comfort and looks - I saw these sandals on a friend and tried her pair on. The arch support is outstanding. I have a narrow width and the wrap around the ankle strap makes this sandal perfect for me. I bough another pair in a similar style and love them both.

I bought my first pair locally, and loved them. Wore them all over China, Japan, Viet Nam, etc. When I went back for another color, they weren't in stock. So I tried your website, which I recalled from a previous purchase for my daughter. Got the color I wanted and the size is better. Now I want a couple more pairs in different colors...

Naots took me through Italy - I have severe arthritis and I was worried about walking during our weeklong vacation in Florence and Siena. On the recommendation of a friend who had traveled extensively I went onto the Zappos website and purchased the Naot sandals in black patent leather. I had been anticipating having to wear ugly, clunky, orthopedic-looking shoes so I was thrilled to see how stylish (I love black patent leather) these looked. I was still skeptical; however, if the sandals would feel as good as they looked. We just got home yesterday. I never once had a complaint about walking all week. We averaged 5-7 miles per day and my feet were always comfortable... no blisters, no rubbing of the straps, no turning of the ankles in spite of Italy's often-uneven sidewalks and paths. I went without socks and still had no problems... I'm glad I had had a fresh pedicure! If I had one caveat I wish that I had ordered the sandals true-to-size. From other reviews on the website, it seemed that many ordered one size up from their true size so I followed suit. The shoes were slightly too big, the straps slightly too loose...but not to any point of distraction or discomfort by any means. The price was well worth the investment of having feet-and ankles!- that were never hurting, swollen or aching even after long days of walking. I will definitely buy more Naots...maybe next time in red! Great shoe!

Look good - I admit they have some break-in time needed. Otherwise they are very comfortable and very cute.

Incredible comfort! Classy style! I've been searching all over for the perfect walking dressy sandal for European travel. These are the best I've found yet. So comfortable with no rough edges. Good arch support and even some metatarsal support. Go as well with jeans as with a little black dress! Highly recommend!

I love these sandals. This is my second pair. You can walk all day in them comfortably.

Naot Comfort - I normally wear a size 38, but my toes hung over the front and I replaced them with a size 39 which fit better in the length. I have a narrow foot and many of the Naot shoes are too wide, but the Kayla seems to fit in the width very comfortably, but because I had to change to one size larger, the strap over my ankle is a bit longer than I would like and I hope the velcro holding the strap in place does not wear out before the rest of the shoe. I love the comfortable sole of the Noat shoes. I have 3 pairs of Naot Ashley, which are my favorite. I have not worn the Kayla shoes outside yet as it has been too cold in this part of the country. I have foot problems (plantar fasciitis and a torn tendon). I love Naot shoes because the soles form to the shape of your feet and making the arch support feel like they are nearly custom made orthotics.

If you are in between, order up. Shoe runs wide for medium. Great support, soft leather. I can see why other reviewers liked this shoe, just too wide for me. Zappos service is excellent.

Beautiful! I ordered the red Kayla and I am very pleased with the shoes. This is my second pair of Naot sandals and while I appreciate the styling and long lasting quality of other similar, but more expensive shoes i.e. Mephisto, these are similar in workmanship and materials. My left shoe is post-market altered by adding 1/2 inch sole lift by an orthotic specialist substantially increasing the cost of my shoes. Naturally I want comfortable, hard wearing, and beautiful shoes for my money. This shoe converted so well that I will be proud to wear them to a very dressy wedding next week. I assume that other Zappos customers also wear "slightly corrected" shoes. To them I would recommend the entire Naot line. The styles are lovely, they wear very well, and they are stylish and comfortable. Of course, it is important to discuss your choice with your orthotic service provider or podiatrist, but you have so many beautiful choices available at Zappos. Sometimes we just need to climb out of our oxfords and into a pretty, comfortable sandal.

Glamorous AND comfortable! I just received Kayla in the red patent leather. This is my 6th pair of Kayla. The shade of red is gorgeous and they look so glamorous. I have a problem foot and really enjoy being able to wear such beautiful sandals without pain.

Most Comfortable - This is the third pair of Kaylas I've bought. The styling isn't so great, but you can't beat them for comfort. I wear these shoes out of necessity and recommend them to people with foot "issues" that require good padding.

Very comfortable! A cute, easy shoe that looks and feels great on a narrow foot. I love that the velcro is completely adjustable rather than the fold over type velcro strap that doesn't suit the narrow or very wide foot for that matter. The ankle strap keeps your foot right where you want it, but is very comfortable. A cute sandal that can be a walking shoe, too. Rarly do I find a sandal that is this cute & comfy.

walking on cloud - I was so thrilled to find such a comfortable, light weight shoes after I purchased a pair, I bought the same shoe in black recently. Highly recommended!!!!

Great fitting shoe - I have a very difficult foot - high arch and hammer toes. I bought these shoes 2 years ago in 2 colors and loved them. My feet are changing and I needed a 1/2 size larger. The new ones just arrived and they are just as comfortable. Great shoe for summer.

Finally a sandal to fit! After 3 attempts at a pair of sandals in the winter to go on a Caribbean cruise - I found success with Kayla - perfect for my: planter fasciitis, neuroma, burning soles, heel spurs, bunions. I am so very thankful that I kept trying - these are great sandals, highly recommend to anyone with foot problems.

Great shoe! I love this shoe. It is so comfortable. I can wear it for hours. I am a shoeaholic and this is by far my most comfortable pair. I usually wear a 41, but had to buy a 42 in this style.

Pure comfort! Fabulous shoe - most comfortable sandal I have ever worn. Because the straps are adjustable and the footbed is soft, this sandal fits my AA narrow foot. It’s a very attractive shoe as well - great for walking.

Kayla is the best - This is my third pair of Kayla’s - it is a replacement for the same color - I live in them all summer. Very few shoes, let alone sandals, have this kind of arch support so they're great for travel because they go equally well with shorts, as with casual evening clothes.
