Love this sandal! I exchanged the buffalo leather color for the black lace nubuck, because the leather is softer and the end of the velcro piece doesn't "stick out" (I have narrow feet and have to pull it closed pretty far) like it did on the less flexible leather. Love love love. Extremely comfortable and just great looking. Wish I could buy more!

I love these shoes. Wore them the first day for 9 hours walking all over the Ohio State Campus when visiting my sons. I do recommend going up a size. I am usually a 38, but had to return them for the 39. These are particularly good if you have a narrow heel. They are a good looking sandal. I would like another pair!

My feet love these sandals. Am on my fourth pair, and keep coming back for more. (The Velcro eventually stops sticking and the heels do wear down.) But the arch support is a perfect match for my narrow size 5.5 foot and the bounce in the soles takes all the stress out of walking. I have other footwear that's more stylish, but where comfort is concerned, nothing beats these babies.

I ordered these in rumba and love the color which is sort of a deep rust, not as red as it looks on my monitor. I have a narrow AA foot and usually wear a 9, but my toes hang off these size 40s. Naot says they run narrow to medium; they fit my narrow foot perfectly but I think they'd be too narrow for a true medium foot. All the straps fit snugly -- no loose extra space, even the front two which are not adjustable. One unusual thing is that the second strap back crosses the foot just behind the big toe joint, which camouflages my bunion without covering or rubbing it. I'll probably reorder these in a 41.

I agree with those who say the Kayla runs small, like many Naot. I wear an 11 but have always purchased a 12 in Naot due to the narrowness. Having said that, I got these in a 12 and they are perfect. Extremely comfy out of the box, and stylish in their simplicity.

I need to order at size 44 (13) in this shoe and a hope it fits, as the 43 was too short. I have NEVER worn a 13. (usually 11.5 or 12) This Naot is sized incorrectly. That said, I am very pleased that you carry these larger sizes, as they are difficult to find in retail stores.

Too tight around front of foot. I have four other pair of Kayla sandals and expected these to fit immediately as all others did. I don't know what to do next - because Kayla was my favorite shoe.

Love Love Love these! They are SO comfortable, have great support, and look very nice at the same time. The quality is excellent. No breaking-in. Great to wear all day. I love the earthy look. Look great with dresses or jeans or capris or whatever. All good things to say about these... :) And Zappos rocks...great customer service, very helpful, love the free shipping both ways. I bought both a size 6 and 7 and kept the 7. All went smoothly. Highly reccommend!

Very good for narrow foot. I have plantar fasciitis and these are the first sandals that have allowed me to wear for several hours and still be comfortable. Took them to Morocco and was pleased to finally be able to wear a sandal instead of tennis shoes with a skirt. Thanks Zappos for carrying Naot. Shoe is basic looking but serviceable for my first pair of Naots. Order one size longer!

Great shoe! I have been wearing this shoe since the day they arrived! I recently broke three bones in my foot, so I was desperate to find a shoe that was comfortable and this one has been a life saver for me!

Naot shoes are so comfortable! I bought another color of this shoe several years ago and it's proved to be durable and oh so comfortable. So I bought another pair, this color. It's not quite as rich a blue. I also bought a black pair for when the blue was too colorful, but returned them because this blue is almost neutral.

I bought these shoes for a trip to Italy last summer and they never left my feet the whole summer. We hiked everywhere around the country, yet dressed up at night and these shoes worked perfectly in both settings. They're exceptionally comfortable and stylish. I wore them to Vietnam last winter and, again, they were exceptional. So much so, in fact, that my daughter ended up stealing them from me and is now wearing them all over Asia. I'm planning on getting another pair.

Great shoe -- looks and feel! This is a really nice looking, extremely comfortable shoe. The Naot footbed is always reliable -- soft, padded, and supportive (how do they do it?). I have this in two colors -- taupe and black patent -- and I will caution that the black patent is not as comfortable because the upper does not breathe and is "sticky" inside when you sweat even a little. But that's just the way patent leather is. The looks are very feminine for such a strongly supportive shoe. Naots always feel a little small to me, so instead of a 9 or 9.5 I always go to the 10.

Super sandal - This is one great sandal - extremely comfortable - excellent support for long days on your feet - traveling, etc.

Kayla sandal - This is the most amazing sandal! It fits my foot perfectly in both the soft suede and the leather. I highly recommend it for comfort, looks and durability for everyday wearing.

Nancy from Chicago - I wanted a good leather sole summer shoe. Saw this one in Copper and LOVED the color. I wasn't sure if it fit quite right as 9.5 narrow would be perfect. A friend told me to return it as it looked a little small BUT I was determined to make them fit. I did a test run at home, then finally "bit the bullet" and wore them outside. I haven't taken them off since the first of August and would buy them again in a heartbeat. By the by, I have hardware in one ankle and plantars facsitis AND I was in the shoe business for 20 years and this was a Birthday present to me.

France on Foot - These are the first sandals that I've ever purchased on line. They were comfortable from the first time I put them on. We just returned from a month in France where I walked at least five miles daily. My feet were cushioned and supported. I would buy this sandal again.

Naot Kayla sandal - I am enjoying my Naot Kayla shoes. Very comfortable. I have 3 pairs of different styles of Naot and enjoy them all. Next summer I'm going to buy a different color of the Kayla model. You can depend on the Naot brand for quality, fit and comfort.

Worth the price! Definitely worth the price! Sandal's sole contours to your foot and actually feels very luxurious against your skin. 3 (out of 4) leather straps don't have any sewing or seams on them - this meant no rubbing or blisters for me, no break in time either! Slight wedge adds a little height - overall, the shoes look cute, I got many compliments, people were asking about the brand and where I got them.

best walking sandal ever - I bought these before a trip to San Francisco and they've turned out to be wonderful for city hiking (even SF hills) as well as park trails. I also have a funny, top-of-foot bone protrusion and these are the only sandals I can walk all day in. Worth the price.

Naot Kayla Shoe - I love the comfort of this shoe. I never had to break the shoe in. The strap in back is a little loose on me but everywhere else fits good. I love Zappos' quick service & friendly customer service.

Good choice for problem feet - I have an inoperable bunion deformity of my left foot and these sandals are the only ones I have found that make the pain go away every time. They are so well made, I don't even have to use an arch insert with them. Give them a try if you are in pain!

Extremely Comfortable - This sandal fits my foot perfectly. I have worn this before and the foot bed fits nicely.

3 days at Disneyland with no break in time - Comfortable, comfortable, comfortable! Couldn't be happier. The light green color is so cute with this summer's colors, too.

Durable and classic look - I have worn this sandle for two summers now. They still look good with jeans or dress up. Very comfortable if you suffer from foot problems. Easy to adjust fit with velcro strap.
