I have just ordered my fourth pair of these. I love them. They do tend to run a bit short. I'd order a 39.5 if I could but make do with the 39. They're so comfortable.

Hard time understanding Naot sizing. My favorite dress shoe "Attitude" by Naot I wear a 41 and it fits perfectly. This sandal is too short. Love it, so comfy, but I think in this particular sandal you should order up a size. Would be perfect if it came in half sizes and I could order a 1/2 size up.

Love these sandals. I've been wearing Birkenstocks and Mephistos for years, but as I've gotten older, the footbeds of those brands are just not cushiony enough for my feet. Decided to try the Naots and ordered 4 different styles. I liked this the best. They felt great from day one. Footbed is nice and cushiony and gives great support in the arch and also because the strap goes across the instep. They do run a little narrow, but that works for me, since I have a narrow foot. And I usually wear flats, but I found this heel height to be perfectly fine and I can walk in them with no problem. I loved the black pair I got so much, I ordered a pair in brown the same day.

Shoes, I love you, it's not you, it's my feet. See how the strap over the toes makes a V shape? My feet tend to swell up and that V squeezes the fat on top of my foot (I know, eeeww). The sole is not as flexible as I would like out of the box, although the support is good. Two small issues aside from fit: the "metal leather" color is more on the bronze side than the pewter-gray side. Still a good neutral metallic but not exactly what I wanted. Also, Naot stamps their name on the strap. Fine, Naot, get your brag on, you do make excellent shoes, but I'm not looking to be your walking billboard.

Comfortable right out of the box. Fits well and is stylish. Love this color.

OMG! These are so comfortable! Footbed feels great and cradles my heel nicely. They are extremely light weight as well. They are not as bulky as a lot of comfort sandals and will look good with jeans, pants or skirts.

I have been ordering Kayla from Zappos for about 10 years. They are the most comfortable shoes I own. I practically live in them the entire summer. I had two foot surgeries, gone wrong, and these shoes are perfect for my aching feet. I would highly recommend them.

This is my third pair of Naot 'Kayla' sandals and I am very happy to find that they have the colors I want. If they are out of the style I want, Zappos tells me when they are available again and then I jump and order them.

I want a sandal I can wear in Italy this summer that is both comfortable and cute! I chose the Naot Kayla in the Biscuit Leather based on highly rated Zappos reviews. The shoes do run narrow which is a good thing for me. I had to order a couple different pairs because I found that the back strap was bigger in the back on some of them. Of course Zappos return policy made this easy for me. I have a narrow heel so I needed mine to be a bit tighter. I am excited to try these out this summer and hopefully I will love them!

Very pretty shoe. Comfortable as are all Kayla. I ordered "Silver Snake". I think I would describe it as pearlized pale grays -- not really silver. It's still a nice color, but just not a good color with my skin tone, so I'll be returning it. I love Naot shoes though!

I did have to order a 44 which equals a 13, and I can often wear a 12 in other brands. I bought Naots last year, and they still look and feel great this year. Warning, the fit is so extraordinary, that you may feel like throwing out so many other sandals in your closet! Oh well, can't stop progress!

Very comfortable and nice looking -- hard to find shoes that are truly white and this one is. I always have to go up a size in Naot and this is true with this shoe.

These are my favorite go-to sandals. I wear them year-round in Texas. I am one to put comfort above fashion 100% of the time. That being said, I naturally prefer a good-looking shoe if I can get one without losing the necessary comfort. When the salesman first pulled out these shoes in the store, years ago, I cringed. I thought they were hideous. But he urged me to put them on and then judge. I did. And he was right! They look very cute on my size 11 foot! They look smallish, actually! And they go well with everything except dressy stuff. They look cute with my jeans, casual slacks, shorts, bathing suit and wrap, etc. Most importantly, these are extremely comfortable! I can wear them for miles and miles on concrete surfaces with zero discomfort. They are true to size. They are just a tad snug in the width when you first try them on, but they slowly stretch out to perfection after the first few weeks of wearing them. I love them! I've been wearing these sandals ever since I purchased that first pair about 5 or 6 years ago. I buy a new pair every year. I hope they never stop making them!

Most comfortable shoes on the planet. Simple and will go will anything. Not annoyingly old lady-ish. Pretty cute and give a little height.

Loved wearing this shoe. Supremely comfortable. Though I wear a size 5/36, I bought the 4/35 and the shoe fit to a tee. The back strap gaped in the larger size.

Very good serviceable, comfortable, go anywhere sandals. I have two other styles; these are the best all round. Getting another very soon.

Super comfortable but straps stretched out after one wearing. Might be okay for a wide foot (although the footbed is not wide). Going back.

This is my fourth pair, and the most comfortable, supportive shoes I own. I can't wait for spring every year so I can start wearing them. These are the only sandals that really offer good arch support. They have a nice, clean classic walking sandal look, especially the black. Usually the first thing I do when it's time to relax is take my shoes off. With these I sometimes forget to take them off until bedtime. I've done a lot of walking in these shoes.

If you NEED significant arch support, do yourself a favor and try Naot! Most sandals are sloppy wide on me (even ones which are labeled "narrow" width) but the Kayla fits like it was made for my foot. I read the other reviews and ordered a size larger than I had planned and am so glad I did or my toes would have been hanging off the end. The width is perfect for me - I have had a very hard time in the past accommodating my high ankle, very high arches, and thin, narrow bony feet but this shoe fits the bill amazingly well. Am somewhat concerned that they will stretch out and be too big (as some reviewers have noted) but time will tell, I suppose. I am so glad I found a sandal with high arch support. I wear orthotics every day and the footbed in this shoe is shaped the same as my orthotics so there was no adjustment for my feet. Amazing! I also agree with the reviewers who say this shoe is much cuter on than it looks in the photographs.

Great shoe - nice support, super comfortable, and open and airy! I did get one blister from the strap across my ankle. I put a bandaid on it and it healed, and the strap softened and has since been fine.

Love the lightweight sole but unfortunately runs too narrow and a bit snug on my feet. Will have to return for a larger size. I have another pair of Naot sandals that fit perfectly and I'm in love with.

I have been wearing this sandal style for years, replacing and alternating colors as needed. While not the cutest style, these shoes are unsurpassed for comfort during long walks, and I walk a lot. They especially suit people with narrow feet.
