Great looking sandal and very comfortable. The top strap was initially tight on my small toe and rubbed but it has softened and been broken in.

Am loving the gunmetal color. It's absolutely beautiful. Depending on the lighting it has a gold tone or silver tone. Great neutral oolor. I am normally a 9.5 but got a 10 (41). My smaller toes stick out just slightly over the sole but don't think so much that it will bother me that much. Haven't walked them enough to evaluate comfort but initial try feels good. Meet feet do run on the slightly narrow side and it has a perfect fit on the straps. So reviews on this runs narrow is spot on. I also got the Krista in Black with the thought of returning one of them but think I may keep both. They look very comfy and looks like I can use them for everything this summer.

I love these shoes - it is the second pair that I have owned, and I find the black color great for work (slightly casual but it is the summer). I walk several miles a day and never get blisters in these, or in fact, in any Naots (this is my third pair). Even with all the walking, these usually last me about five years. These are more or less true-to-size, although my other Naots are one size smaller so if you are on the fence, I would order these in a slightly larger size.

I really wanted to like this sandal- so many colors to choose from!- but the style does not work for those with less thick feet. (By 'less thick', I mean in terms of foot's height, not in terms of the narrowness of the foot's width.) The length of the footbed seems to run short, but the front straps become markedly looser as you go up in size. Sizing up solved the length issue for me but the front straps ended up being too loose. Had to return.

I love this shoe! This is the second pair I have owned in the same color. They are stylish and comfortable. Be sure to use cork sealer on the cork for longer wear and if the heels begin to wear, take them to a shoe store for a little piece of leather to be placed on the heel.

So comfortable! These shoes are amazing right out of the box. I have the black lace which is very suttle. Ordered a half size up based on reviews. They fit perfectly. I am very happy with the purchase. Love Naot and Zappos.

I stick with the elegant collection because of my narrow foot. Naot specifically states in the description this collection is designed for narrow to medium feet. Because of the design, the collection is also bunion and corn friendly. The footbed gives wonderful support. I own the Kayla and Carly. I would also like to get the Tracy; however, I wish it was offered in more colors. It is a very attractive design. Taos is also a very comfortable sandal. I highly recommend it. As far as the straps, they are going to stretch out. The footbed is going to lose support. This happens in all brands. The cheaper brands are going to lose their support much faster than the quality brands. I've researched many brands, and I love Naot and Taos. Nothing lasts forever.

I have bought these shoes for the past 5 years never to be disappointed. They stay true to their size unlike many other shoe brands. I have a small narrow foot (size 6) and these sandals stay on my feet with no problem. I have worn multiple pairs out. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! They are simple, yet stylish. Thanks Naot for continuing to carry these shoes!

I love my Naot Kayla sandals! I have had them in Metal for three years, they still are in great shape, and I wear them with everything! I know that I will enjoy wearing them in the new color. I have terrible feet, and Naots and Dansko are my favorites - they have the arch support that I need, and they are worth the expense, as they are extremely long-wearing!

Nice comfortable shoe; wearing them as I write this. True to size. The gray color goes with everything and, most importantly, this shoe is super comfortable. A very cool summer shoe. Love the Velcro straps!

I have three pair of these and just bought some for my mother too. They are so comfortable and you can wear them right out of the box—no breaking in. The velcro fastenings give a great fit. I just wish that Naot still did the replaceable footbeds.

I love these shoes! This is my second pair (my first lasted a few years). Super comfortable; I walked all around Kyoto for days without much breaking in time required. Extremely comfortable. I am flat-footed and normally require lots of arch support; these are only moderately supportive, but they are sufficient for me. Often I like shoes with wide toe beds because I have bunions. But even if these are on the narrower side, they are super comfortable in the toe bed and do not bother my bunions at all. I will definitely buy another pair when these wear out! I love Naot.

I love these sandals. This is my third pair in the last two years. You can ware them all day walking.

Love these sandals! I had read other reviews (prior to ordering) which said these shoes run small and to order up if in between sizes. I normally wear 8 to 8 1/2 so I ordered a size 9, and thought they fit perfect. They are super comfortable, and I have even gotten compliments on how they look. And, as always, couldn't be happier with purchasing through Zappos- great shoe selection, fast shipping, and always nice to know I can easily return or exchange if I need to (but happily I didn't have to use that with this purchase!).

These sandals were comfortable right out of the box. Yes, Naots do cost more than many brands; however, I have a pair of Naot sandals that I have owned for ten years, and these are still comfy. Good arch support, good looking and stylish with pants, shorts or skirts.

Have you ever owned a Naot shoe? The best! That's why when I need new sandals I go right to Naot. True sizing and great comfort. Plus Zappos delivery is quick! Go for it!

LOVE these. I am obsessed with Naot shoes, and needed a coral colored pair of shoes to match a halter dress I bought. I never thought to look at Naots for some reason (not sure why) but when browsing Zappos one day, saw these in Coral and automatically put them into my cart. Unfortunately the first pair (my usual 7 in Naot size) was too small (my toes were hanging over the edge on one foot), so I had to return for an 8, which fits great. They are extremely comfortable and a good value for the price.

This is my 5th pair of Naot Kayla sandals -- love the comfort, the durability and the look. My black pair is in it's 3th season of frequent wear and still looks and feels great.

First time purchasing Naot sandals. Love them! I wanted something as comfortable as Birkenstocks but I have small, narrow feet and I wanted something that would suit me more. These are perfect! Comfortable, easy to wear, looks good with shorts and denim.

I have never written a review on-line before but my satisfaction with this sandal has compelled me to write this! I wore the sandals for the first time on a 4-day trip to Disney World and was thrilled with the level of comfort and support. we walked a lot over the four days and I never once had foot, knee or back pain. I have high arches and felt completely supported in this shoe. I ordered the silvery color which I was very pleased with, as well.

I loved this shoe and it was darned comfy but it hit my left foot bunion wrong and has to go back. Very cute!

Perfect Perfect Perfect - and what a relief! My last pair of Naot sandals lasted for years, but, sadly, they finally had to go. I was worried because I could not find an exact match for that vintage slide style, but these fit perfectly right out of the box - wore them to work & never looked back. I went with 4 stars for style 'cause I'm not fond of Velcro, but when on, the closure isn't visible and I think they look great.

These are so comfortable. They are great for hallux rigidus. They have a rigid sole and straps that anchor the big toe. It is the color that I could not stand. I am going to try another color.

I love Naots. the Kayla were my favorite style but I will not buy them anymore. The quality has declined. The first pair I had lasted for years. The last 2 I had did not hold up. The leather stretches out, the velcro does not stick and the bottoms get smooth too quickly. So I am sending these back. I have not worn them. I will look for another style.

These are very nice, and I'll be keeping them (in both the buffalo leather and the black matte leather). But I got them in a size 39, and I think I'm going to size up to a 40 and then compare them before deciding which to keep. I suspect the 40 is going to be a better fit. There is a bit of variance in the Naot sizing -- I have some dress shoes that are a 39.5; a pair of sandals that I think are a 39; and another pair of sandals that are a 40. All of these are a perfect fit. If you're unsure of the appropriate sizing for you, size up.
