I love the styling and workmanship of Naot sandals, but unfortunately the footbed doesn't quite work for my foot. I'm disappointed, since I was sure this would be my favorite shoe ever but even after trying 2 sizes, will have to return both.

I wear a size 13med on a good day. What I mean by that is that it is very difficult to find shoes because size 13 can vary and I can never size up because there is rarely a size 14 options. These shoes fit very well. I wore them at home for a week before committing. I also have plantar fasciitis which makes many shoes uncomfortable. I am hoping these will work but I won't know unless I can actually wear them out. I will try to remember to update the review after I know. I have found it helpful when others address foot problems in their reviews. It gives me a little more info. I also am very grateful for Zappos'return policy. I might use it more than many because of these challenges.

These sandals provided immediate comfort! Recovering from a broken ankle, I feel more comfortable in a sandal with a back and these are a delight! Fashion and comfort.

These are the most comfortable sandal I have ever owned! This is my first pair of Naot sandals and I immediately fell in love. The footbed gets more comfortable every time I wear them as they continue to mold to my foot. Great for comfort and stylish as well!

My foot width is average and this was too narrow for me.

Love this shoe. Comfortable out of the box. I have long narrow feet and always wear a 41 in a sandal. It took a 42 in this shoe. Due to it being a bit narrower than a medium width, it fits my narrow feet just fine. I chose the red.

I have had many pairs of this shoe over the years and once again I am buying another pair for my trip next week which will entail lots and lots of walking. You can put these sandals on straight out of the box and go! Soft leather. My foot width is between N and M so this shoe works well. I buy the 41 for my 9 1/2 size.

Love this sandal so far, though I've only worn it a couple of times. It does run small and a bit narrow. I'm a pretty solid size 12, sometimes even an 11 in sandals, but had to go up to a 13 for these. Zappos customer service was friendly and very helpful.

I have these in brown and wanted them in black. I find them to be really comfortable and the heel isn't too high. I would buy these again without hesitation.

I've been wearing the Kayla for years. It's comfortable right out of the box and is stylish, too. Love the silver metal color and the "Rumba Red". I buy a new pair every year. Highly recommended.

I actually already own a pair of these shoes in brown and needed some in black. I am very happy with the fit and comfort of them. They can be used for more dressed up occasions or very casual.

I have had this shoe for a few years in another color. They are excellent for walking. They are a bit short (I wish half sizes were available), but the comfort level is high. Other Naots, for me, haven't always worked out, but this is a keeper!

Fit as expected. The strap around my ankle rubs and I wasn't confident I could break them in before a trip to Europe, with lots of walking. Returning.

I love these. They have good arch support for my high arch. The black patent adds a little "dress" professionalism to an ankle pant. Good for walking and standing in classroom.

I LOVE this shoe!! Six weeks ago I had double knee scopes. Now my Dad is in the hospital and I've had to walk miles each day. This shoes is fabulous!! Wore it two days in a row with no foot or knee pain.

I ordered these sandals last summer, and decided on buying another pair instead...but, I found I was still thinking about them as spring approaches. This time, I kept them. The purple color is beautiful, and the sandal is strappy, so has some style, but let's be honest, it's a comfort shoe, so while not high-styling, it is still cute and, I could say, cute enough to warrant the price because the comfort is an A+. I have two other pair of Naot sandals, and one of them did stretch (as described in another review of these sandals), and became looser, but I didn't mind so much because they are a casual summer sandal. This pair has not been put to the test on the wearing-them-every-day-front, so I can't speak to that. I will say, that they fit beautifully now. I am typically an 8 1/2 and need the 40 in Naot because the foot bed is a bit too short on the 39s.

Theses are great sandals for those of us who need to have support in a shoe that we'll be walking in for long periods of time. They're also attractive and don't look like an "orthopedic " shoe. Comfortable right out of the box.

This is my second pair of Naot Kaylas and I can't say enough good things about their comfort. I bought them for a trip to Vegas because we walk a lot and these are the only shoes I can wear for very long periods of time without any pain.

Went a size up to compensate for my wide foot. Still too narrow.

I LOVE my Naot Kaylas! They do run small, and the leather stretches over time, so that should be expected. Since my feet are a small size 5, the 5's fit me perfectly without being too long like most other sandals are. I bought the Biscuit color, which I understand is discontinuing. But, grab it if you can because it's so neutral that it goes with EVERYTHING! These have great arch support and the footbeds caress your feet from the time you put them on until you walk all day and then take them off. The leather is very soft, straps adjust, so they feel nice all around. They're my favorite sandals ever, and although I wasn't even looking for this style, the comfort and versatility won me over once I put them on! I look forward to warmer weather when I can wear them again.

These are lovely sandals, but they couldn't compete with Naot's Pamela for comfort and style. I ordered both in white and kept the Pamela's.
