They fit well I ordered a size up from what I would normally wear. It would be perfect if they were a speck wider. But I like them and their support. Zappos customer service is outstanding!

I wore size 40 Kaylas for years. My feet have grown enough to make my toes stick out of the 40s, but the 41s turns out to be too loose, so I returned them. Lucky for me Naot has come up with the wonderful, cushiony Papakis which, in a 41 that fits perfectlly, should serve my sandal needs this summer.

Love Naots they are perfect for arch support and plantar fasciitis.

Instantly perfect! Adjustable, supportive, wonderful grey color, perfect fit! I will wear these out this summer and will be back for new colors soon.

These have a cork orthotic insole that forms to your foot. They run a little short and a little narrow so one size up was perfect.

I have these sandals in anotherolor and they are fine. This pair fits the same, but one strap hits me on the ankle bone and I know it will be a problem. Returning.

I have problematic feet, with plantar fasciitis and a neuroma. These sandals are perfectly comfortable. They give me great support around the ankle and heel and yield to the shape of MY feet. I am so glad to have them They saved my summer life.

This is my second pair of Naot Kayla's because they are SO comfortable. I walked miles on vacations in "The Before Times" in my first pair. I've recently begun suffering from plantar fasciitis and this sandal was recommended in one of the articles I read so I bought another pair. Won't be walking long distances in them as they're not as supportive as cushioned stability shoes but for summer when I don't want to be wearing a thick, hot shoe, they're going to be great. I'm a size 7 with fairly narrow feet and the size 37 was surprisingly too large so I returned them and got a 36 which fits perfectly.

I bought another pair last year and liked them so much I decided to get the same ones in a different color. They are very comfortable and attractive

I loved these sandals. I needed something with more stability as I was having balance issues - these were great in helping with that. No problem at all with the shoes, which is why I bought a second pair when my greyhound chewed one up 2 days after I got them. And silly me, after the second pair arrived, he got hold of them as well. I will buy again when back in stock. Loved everything about them. Maybe a bit boring for some, but quite comfortable, loved the color and excellent on the two long walks I was able to take prior to the 'chew' events.

I bought these for my mom who has tiny feet. She has difficulty finding shoes that fit. We were able to find a style she liked in the color she wanted. They fit perfectly and she is delighted with them.

This is my third pair of Kayla sandals, so obviously I like them. I know this is subjective, but the Kaylas by Naot are the first shoes I've ever worn that were comfortable from the very beginning, and I was able to wear them all day. Terrific shoes.

I love Naot shoes; especially the “Kayla” sandal. Note: the picture of the gray, crinkle Kayla is a bit misleading. The gray straps are not as “crinkled” and the finish on the straps are not gunmetal.

I like everything about the Kayla. I can be on my feet all day in these shoes. My feet are comfortable and legs feel supported. I wear a 5.5 or 6 in most shoes; I always wear a 36 in the Kayla by Naot. Wish Naot would make a style with a higher platform in the future.

These always begin a hair snug across the ball of my foot/top of my toes then loosen to perfection as I wear them. Own the red from last year and bought the oily suede this year. I'm a 42 not quite narrow sized foot with narrow heels and high arches, and this brand consistently provides perfection. They tend to last for years as well. The few times they've needed any repairs, the shoe guy approves them as being worth his time and effort. (He'll shove cheap shoes back at me and tell me when he doesn't think they're worth fixing, which is why he's priceless and always has a backlog of repairs.)

I wish Naot would make shoes in a narrow. The Kayla is a medium, but Naot says it runs narrow to medium. However it is still too wide for me. I think Naot shoes are great but I wish they could come in a narrow so I could wear them

These shoes fit great! I have tricky very—high arches, bunions and plantar fibromatosis on both feet. NAOT shoes have been my go to shoe for a few years now. These are cute and comfortable!

The fit and size were exactly what I expected. They were comfortable from the moment I put them on -- no break in period with these sandals. Leather is soft and color is good. I am very happy with these sandals.

I have about 8 pairs of this shoe in various colors. I have walked all over Europe and california in them. Comfortable and hold up well!

I love this shoe, but still thinking about whether to keep it. Beautifully made, soft leather straps. But the second one was too wide for me. Called the cobbler and they said that they couldn't fix them. But then it occurred to me that there might be a way of putting another layer beneath the straps to take up the extra space. I may take them to see what they say. You can see how desperate I am to keep them.

These sandals are super comfortable-the fit is perfect for my particular foot type. I just wish Naot would come out with a true neutral tan or brown colorway in this sandal. The oily dune is very orange and the Buffalo appears to be quite red.

These are really stylish and comfortable shoes and they are really stable which is important to me as I age. I have them in black and just ordered the Stone Nubuck which isn’t as neutral as I had hoped. Depending on the light they can look purple or plum colored. But, still cute so I’ll probably keep them.

Shoes, shoes, shoes who has enough shoes. I own a blue pair and they fit like a glove and summer is just around the corner, so this pale yellow/tan was just what I needed. Very comfortable, easy to put on and take off with a slight heel. Looks perfect with anything from jeans to a summer linen sundress. Quality shoes compliment everything in your wardrobe.

I love these shoes sooo much. I bought one pair and then bought the same basic shoe in the black-with-bling version. Together, they are pretty much the only shoes I wear in the summer, and they’re both in great condition after 2 years of use. They match everything, and I can walk for miles in them and feel great. These are those “I imagine I will buy them for decades shoes.” I will say that in the midst of all this I ordered a different pair of Naots as well (different style footbed), and they weren’t comfortable so I sent them back. If these don’t work for you, I highly recommend trying out other footbed styles until you find one that works for you.

Very comfortable and nice looking casual sandal. Good arch support.
