Leather a bit sharp for me, and with slightly wider feet, I was worried about blisters. Cute enough though!

I bought the sizes as recommended (I typically wear a 9 or 9.5) and the length of the shoes was good, but the width was a bit on the narrow side (I prefer a wider toebox). And therefore I will return. The edges of the straps were also a bit sharp and might lead to some break in issues.

Sandals are cute but we are returning them. The length is a bit on longer side but the width is a bit snug on a foot that is not particularly wide. Since the shoes are leather I think there is a chance my daughter could have broken them in but she is not interested in trying so we are returning. I think if you like the sandals for the price and are ok wearing them in and the front section a tad longer than other sandals give it a try, it might work.

I liked the classic style but could not jam my feet into them. I have wide feet and now bunions in middle age. No way to adjust these sandals.

My usual size is 7 but I ordered size 8 since this is summer sandal. Sandal doesn’t need to be fitted in my personal preference. Cons; shipping was fast but they sent me just one pair of shoes in the box and also stain and dirts on the bottom of shoes looking second hand. So I finally could get my order after 3 attempts. Be aware!

I have two other Salt Water Sandals in size 8. I usually wear 8.5, but a size 8 in these. I ordered a size 8 (I've never seen the "child's size" included in the sizing) and the shoe was too small. I ordered the next size up, 9 (which did not mention a "child's size" equivalent) and it was too big. The sizing is definitely off here. The first box was a plain box, not the usual Salt Water Sandal shoe box.. not sure if that was also a red flag. Returned both and will make due with the two shoes I already have (size 8, that fit great!) The inconsistency in sizing has deterred my business. Thank goodness for Zappos easy returns!

My daughter loves them and they are surviving summer admirably. We got her 2 pairs and the black ones strap snapped and broke. The leather not the buckle. The buckles definitely feel hinky. And the straps are very short. My daughter is a tall lanky but healthy 10 year old and she can only buckle the second hole. I'm not sure what kind of adult man these would work for as I reckon male ankles are rather more broad and sturdy than a girls. But the hall hasn't worn on these and the straps are still going strong so yay!

I have another pair of 7s, I guess they've stretched. these were too small. however, the reason i'm returning and not reordering another size is the silver pair doesn't have a silver lining, it's lined with white which looks cheap in my opinion. I love my tan pair, so this was disappointing. I could not tell in the photos that the insole was white. why not match the shoe? i'll order in other colors, would LOVE an emerald green pair, but no to the metallic ones.

I have other salt water sandals. These have definitely changed as far as sizing. I have these and never even worn them because they are too small. Stuck with a pair of new sandals and not getting to wear them. I wanted to exchange for one size bigger but my time is up. I will say they give generous time to exchange or return, I just didn't even try them on till it was too late because I assumed they fit like my other pairs from a couple years ago. I will still order from zappos because they have amazing customer service. Just be aware these are smaller than years back. Either that or my feet grew. Which I don't think happened. ?

I wear a shoe size 8 and 8 1/2 to be comfortable in a heal .. these were too small - - guess I'll try the women's size 10!

I love the cute yellow but they are too hard and the heel too low to wear comfortably. It feels like your heel is actually lower than your toes and there is zero cushioning.

Super cute shoes but the leather has not softened even after a few months of wear. They also squeek a bit which is annoying - I was hoping it would stop once the leather gave - but they still squeek and the leather hasn't softened. I'm OK with them but wouldn't buy them again.

How I wish these sandals would fit my daughter! But her feet are just too narrow. We tried the adjustable version, too, and they still wouldn't fit. No Salt Water sandals for us, which is too bad, because they look fantastic and come in so many different colors. The silver is very nice, not too shiny. I personally could not do with the 'no arch support' style, but that was not a problem for my daughter.

I have worn Saltwater sandals for many years, and I love them. However, when I ordered these - same size as I have always ordered - they are much smaller. They are at least half an inch shorter, with tighter foot and ankle straps than my previous pairs. At first I thought it was just because they were new that they felt so tight, but they are actually smaller! When I tried to stretch the front straps, as you are supposed to, and the leather started to rip.

These classic sandals were not flattering at all on me. The red was bright but lacked luster. My feet could not have looked any wider or flatter wearing these. I had to return them. I still have fond memories of wearing this style when I was a lot younger.

I have a red pair of Salt Water Sandals and wanted a second pair. I ordered two colors, same size that I already know fit. The navy sandal looked bland so I will return that. The yellow sandals were a nice color, but way too small and very stiff. They came in a plain brown box, instead of the usual Salt Water Sandals.. I'm sticking with my original reds and returning both of these. Too inconsistent to consider.

Very cute sandals I love it but after an hour start hurts my feets :(

These shoes are so cute & stylish. I wore them right out of the box on a recent trip to Hawaii. They felt fine at first, but by the second or third day, I was experiencing significant front leg pain. I did not wear them the whole day, just for a few hours, but I was walking on pavement & carrying a 2 year old. The pain went away, & I wore the shoes again. Sure enough, the front leg pain returned, & is taking longer to heal. I would recommend these shoes for very minimal walking, & walking on softer surfaces, such as grass or sand.

These are basic sandals - you need to break them in a bit in order for them to fit comfortably. There is no arch-support so I only wear these for short periods of time - not for long walks.

I normally wear a size 7.5, however ordered a size (adult)8 and shoe was exact fit. Only issue, did not arrive when promised. Promised Thursday May 2nd and arrived Sunday, May 5th.

I ordered the size 7 big kid and they fit like a true women's size 9 (my usual size). They are really cute. I love the mustard color. It's unique but also very neutral. Unfortunately the strap around the ankle feels like it's cutting into my ankle bone. It's very uncomfortable with just a little walking around my house. They'll need to be returned.

fit was perfect but the material was uncomfortable and the bottom of the shoe was very uncomfortable on the bottom of my foot, particularly in the front. am returning for these reasonss

Wanted to like these -- I have friends that are very loyal & own different sizes -- but on my size 6 small feet, they just looked too child-like for someone in their mid-30s. Also, there's nothing to them...concerned they wouldn't hold up long term.

Have not received my shoe yet but it looks very nice
