I love these sandals. They hold a classic look that will stand the test of time. When I first tried them on, they were very tight, however since they are leather, I feel they will loosen up nicely. I will be getting these sandals a couple other colors in the near future. Great price too!

I was torn on what size to order since I am more of a 6.5, but the 7 was a good choice. They fit even better after I followed the tip to soak them in warm water for about 15 minutes before wearing them the rest of the day so that the leather forms to your feet as it dries. The tan color goes with just about everything and I have worn them pretty much every day since I got them. If you are used to shoes with lots of padding and foam, these may take some getting used to since they are very flat and have no padding, but you will be surprised how comfortable they are even without all that. They allow your foot to spread out into a more natural position and there's no pinching or rubbing. It's so nice to wear a new pair of shoes and not get blisters!

I wear a women's size 8 in virtually every type/brand of shoe I purchase. I ordered the Youth 6/ Women's 8. At first they were very snug, but I followed the included instructions to loosen/stretch them - even putting them in water, stretching them, and wearing them as they dried. I know that seems like a lot of work, but they are worth it. The stretching did not affect the appearance of the sandals at all and they are extremely comfortable now. I have only worn them for a few hours at a time so I can't comment on how they will be for all day wear involving a lot of walking. I plan to take them on several trips over the summer and have no reason to believe they would be uncomfortable for all day wear. And they're so cute!

My daughter loves her new salt water sandals!

The sandal is beautiful in the rose gold. I have not purchased Hoys in many years. They have always held up so well, and they stood up to water true to their word. I'm hoping that hasn't changed. My younger daughter is a medium width. I purchased a women's 8 so that she has growing room (she still fits in a 7, but barely). The 8 is big on her, but it is secure on her foot. I am not sure if we will keep this style, simply because my daughter is not sure about the "swirl" on top of the foot where the leather meets. Right out of the box, she feels a slight pressure, and she is worried that it will be uncomfortable. I am confident that it will soften based on our past experience, but that may not be enough to convince her to wear them. I have just ordered the Retro style to compare.

I’ve been wearing a size 6 to 6 1/2 in shoes and the size 6 in these fit perfectly. The 7 felt too floppy. They are very comfortable. I’ve even worn them to amusement parks.

These were for my 11yo daughter and she LOVES them. Even better, I needed sandals. to match a dress last-minute, and was stressing out when my daughter said, try wearing my new sandals, Mom! I loved them and they were super comfortable standing up for 4-5 hours. However, I would not own a pair because my feet hurt later (I have lots of back and feet issues). But I'm thrilled my daughter loves them and that I can borrow them occasionally. They are super cute and go with so much in the rose gold!

I love these sandals! I remember wearing these as a girl, but it hadn’t occurred to me that women can wear them until I saw them featured in the current Martha Stewart Living magazine. I purchased tan, which is classic, but might get a pair in olive too:)

I LoVe these sandals!! Super cute! I typically wear a size 9, but after reading other reviews I decided to order a size up. I’m sure glad that I did because the 10’s in this sandal fit like a size 9. Also similar to other reviews, these are a tad narrow. I have a more narrow foot, so they are still comfortable for me. So, my recommendation would be to order the next size bigger than you normally wear and be prepared for a narrow shoe.

These fit exactly right! I wear my regular size 7. They are comfortable right out of the box. I only wish there were more styles for adults.

Love these old school sandals! My daughters wore these for years when they were little, and now it’s my turn. :) The sizing is a bit weird, but Zappos has made it easy as long as you follow their size recommendation chart. Love these! I’m a 7 and got the kids 5 that says it’s a women’s 7. My toes definitely come to the end, but they fit great!

These are wonderful sandals. I bought them for my (adult) daughter and she couldn't be happier. She ALWAYS wears a woman's size 10, and these sandals, in a 10, were too small. We knew they would stretch out eventually, but the length was a little short, so we ordered an 11. I couldn't imagine they would fit, but they do, perfectly. She will enjoy wearing these for many years.

I wear a size 71/2-8. After reading reviews I originally ordered a size 6 but returned them because they were too small. I got a size 7 & they’re perfect.

These are the ultimate summer sandal! After many wears they still look brand new!

I grew up wearing salt water sandals in the PNW. My girls have the same love and they both have several pair. Very durable, comfortable and a simple style sandal that go with just about everything. I always highly recommend these.

Go to sandal for the summer. Perfect fit and lots of style. Can be dressed up or down. Great comfort and durability! Closet staple for sure!

Who doesn't love a red shoe? Perfect for Spring and Summer. I wear these in the water and sometimes into the pool to protect the bottoms of my feet. The color does not fade and the sandal is handmade with great quality. Will by Salt Water year after year. One last thing, shoe holds its value if you ever want to re-sell.

I have bought a pair of these each summer. They fit well and hold up nice. They run true to size. Definitely going to order more.

Super cute sandals! I've been wanting them for a while & Zappos happened to have a really good sale on them recently. I'm a true 7, and the big kids size 5 worked great. They do not really have arch support, but still seem very comfortable.

These are a classic for a reason — simple, comfortable, functional and attractive. In terms of doing, I usually wear US 7.5 (very occasionally US 8) and always take EU 38. The size 6 I ordered fits well with about 1/4th of an inch to spare at the toe and 1/8th of an inch at the heel. I have narrow heels and can slip these on and off without unbuckling them.

These are great sandals. Well made, comfy and cute. They were delivered to the wrong house (someone on my street most likely) and customer service was amazing. Shipped a new pair right away and got them quickly. Happy happy happy.

I had several pairs as a child and I was so excited that they carried them in my size as an adult! The fit was true and the wear was comfortable, but due to the fact that they are super flat and have zero arch support I will limit my wear. Overall, they are a great nostalgic shoe.
